Perfect spot for their every drink

LITERALLY THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER... EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF... THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT COFFEE CREAM IS...THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.. I WAS YELLED AT BY THE STAFF FOR SPELLING MY NAME AND IT WAS HE WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT MY ORDER WAS... STARBUCKS YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS... UNBELIEVABLE....

The place is very dirty, it was very crowded and there was only a table and two chairs and this table was dirty with liquids not cleaned yet. I told the staff three times to clean the table, they told me that they would come immediately, I finished my coffee and no one came to clean this table! Even a fly was enjoying with us drinking the leftover coffee from the table! (This happened on 08/24/2021 at 8:09 PM)

They speak bad English and they ask for small amount of Cash , The cashier abuses me in a language I don't know , but good quality for the coffee.

Very quiet and relaxing in the mornings... very crowded in the evenings

Very bad The tables are not clean, although the branch workers are warned to clean them. Nobody responds. We forced us to clean them ourselves. I doubt that this is a branch of the Starbucks series that we know, may be fake, or impersonate the visual identity.

The servers have an attitude problem. I wish that the store manager did a tiny bit better job selecting the type of people that interact with the customers when representing a brand such as Starbucks. In a store this busy, the servers and baristas shouldn't be this uptight and just plain RUDE.

I think when it comes to Starbucks, nothing at all to add.

Many comes here for the coffee but I come here for the extra heated Haşhaşlı-3 cheese sandwich and creamy carrot cake

After a day shopping in Istanbul mall. I get a Bad expérience in Starbucks of thé mall. Two Times thé waiters Come to take over m'y drinks without asking me if i had finished. Thé team there are rushing people to consume. Bad comptant worst manager. Not happy AT all

One of my worst experiences at Starbucks First at the cashier they wanted to take the rest 200 lira rude staff also the americano was extremely watery . Don’t recommend anyone to take their coffee from here I do hope Starbucks to make action about this branch because it’s in a great mall .

The best coffee ever

There are certain reasons why is Starbucks popular aside from its coffee. 1. Free Internet 2. You can sit there as long as you want 3. Bathroom 4. Variety of hot and cold drinks 5. Variety of cold sandwiches and cakes Out of these fives, this place has one figure out. You can sit there as long as you want but your choices of drinks, cold sandwiches and cakes are very limited so eventually, you want to leave. Plus the internet has a very weird process of registration that you probably will end up not using it. And guess what there is no bathroom. So if you want to use the bathroom you have to use the one in the Mall of Istanbul, which means you have to walk away a bit far. Overall, we can say this Starbucks has none of the features we expect to be. It was very disappointing to see how an American store fails in another country. I wonder does Tim Hortons, or Sega Fredo fail like this. I want to believe yes but evidence shows otherwise.

My favourite place to work

Starbucks is the same everywhere ...always lively and nice...its a nice hangout ..although I have the smallest comment about their frappuccinos... they're not really blended well ..you drink the frap but the ice stays at the bottom so it gets watered down ...

Starbucks is nice place. Staff is good. But they have strange customers. Mostly people are just sitting and talking or reading books without ordering anything from the place. Someone should tell them that books are to be read in libraries and Coffee shop is for having coffee.

Conveniently located at the ground level entrance to the Mall of Istanbul, this is a classic Starbucks outlet but with an industrial interior styling. An open to sky section on the outside is pleasant for a coffee after a hard days shopping. Needs some additional lighting inside the dark interiors, costing them a star. Have visited often, will repeat.
