Jangan sampai anda menyesal We have paid for the Oyo hotel room, when we arrived in the city of Balikpapan through the traveloka application at 8 am, then we went straight to the Oyo hotel near the airport to check in, but after arriving at the hotel and showing proof of payment we were refused by the receptionist the only reason was may check in after 2 pm with harsh words. did not invite us to sit and wait or kindly ask us to wait.

The picture vs the actual condition is completely different. You will be extremely dissapointed if you choose this hotel based on the picture given, its almost like complete fraud. AC very hot, the room smells moldy, the pillow smells like someone has been sweating it for years. I hope this hotel soon to be renovated or better to close the business. I dont want anyone will experience the bad experience as i did. Thank you

the moment i arrived at the hotel, no staff welcomed me and no response for my greeting. it took so long before the receptionist notice me after watefer he's been doing in front of the desk and ask for booking information. with the poor aminities at least you could give warm greeting and be nice to your guest.

For budget hotel, it's fair price with the facilities you will get. The staff friendly enough to give you any information. The shower need improvement, the water is so small.

Not recommended. They better close this hotel.

Its OK if you just want to stay for transit but not really recommended if you stay for long. Sorry to say, but the bathroom cannot be locked and its not really clean. I hope you can make it better 🙏🙏

The only good things of these place is the Location. The price is worst, they scammed you because they not accept the price on OYO Apps. Better stay at somewhere else

I apologize in advance. I convey actually, regarding the condition of the hotel room which is not good, sorry I found some cockroach chicks when I left the hotel to go out for a while. The air conditioner is not cold, and the TV does not provide a good picture to view (too streaky and the signal is not good). I assess the suitability for future improvements. for the price it is cheap, but I give input if the conditions are better I make sure I can compete better. regards
