Wide& spacious room, completely room's facility and well functioning even though old type, good wifi signal, fast response when problem with old system power outlet modifications in fact lamp symbol instead of tv symbol, quite & good AC.

Great experience with this hotel. The breakfast is superb, lots of choices. Gym and swimming pool facilities are great. I book superior room and it was spacious. One of the best hotel in balikpapan. Left my belongings once and they keep it until I get back. Well done.

The rooms was vintage i was intrigued at first enter the room (even at first enter the hotel) of how vintage looks of the hotel, There are some old cars n motor bike at the front desk The breakfast was good The location was not right in the main road so.... Yeah but its ok overall the stay was great The waiter gave banana smoothie when i stay there, the taste was less sweeter than i thought but its ok

January 2023 was my fourt time experienced ballrooms for meetings, wedding & school events --this hotel survived & is still improving after pandemic 2020-2021 ...goob job, hotel mgmt.!

An old luxurious hotel that needs many renovations to keep up. The room I got in this hotel is old fashioned, a lot of furniture that I feel like it belongs to my grandpa's house. It's not necessarily a bad thing if there's modern utility under it, but sadly even the AC is old, it creates so much noise if I turn it on and take a while to cool the room. The hot water is luke warm most of the time, the baththub is barely usable. Noise from outside is leaking through the door so much that sometime I got up to check if the door is closed. The staff is polite enough. The breakfast is boring, for 4 days I keep eating the same menu at breakfast. Also the breakfast room can't keep entire hotel's guest, at 7:45 I see that the whole room and poolside table is full of guest and there's still people looking for seat. The dinner that they sent to my room is also boring.

We are staying in Hotel.Gran Senyiur BPN for.first time but for Hotel Bumi Senyiur Samarinda has been more.often.stayed there for several.days. We're rent in 2 rooms since yesterday dedicated for.me, my wife and other 3 children. Very good experience stay in Gran Senyiur because of great housekeeping, great tastes of.food, kind and support staffs, feel.secure because of security on park area, etc. We are very recommend for you stay and feel the amazing experience in Hotel.Gran Senyiur Balikpapan. A very large parking lot, very clean and antique hotel. For a deluxe bedroom, it's perfect and equipped with snacks that are not subject to additional costs. For breakfast, lots of dining choices are varied and very tasty. So far, i'm excited here.

Great cozy n comfort hotel

Great atmosphere, classic but not too old, warmest services, great room with excellent view of the city. However, for current covid experience, for in-room breakfast should be suggested earlier while registering at the front desk, it is much more efficient rather than calling to guest room in the middle of the night. Hand sanitizer should be attended and refilled accordingly, especially near the entrance and elevator. But overall it was great experience for us to stay at this marvelous hotel in Balikpapan.

For the hotel which located in the middle of city, it is quite conducive, quiet, clean, with a wide room, and a good view of the city.

Services are good, clean hotel and quite peaceful surrounding good for business meetings or conferences. The hotel also provides underground and on ground parking space. Near parks and garden and a safe jogging place.

Comfortable place because in the middle of the city, for quick access to the airport or to the shopping center not need to long, for the type of room most like Deluxe Plus because the combination of Superior & Suites room'$ ...

One of well maintained old hotel with excellent services in Balikpapan. It's also a perfect place to rest after a long journey.

Really nice "majestic" hotel (high ceilings, decoration...) but a bit old school.. still very good and clean though. I loved the gym as it has great equipments but it was too hot in there as the AC didn't work properly. Very good breakfast. Worth it
