At
first,
I
was
going
to
give
this
hotel
a
1-star
rating.
What?
Yes,
a
one-star
rating
was
my
initial
intention.
Nothing
out
of
the
ordinary
when
you're
visiting
by
car,
but
when
you
ride
a
motorcycle,
the
parking
spot
was
on
2nd
floor,
that
should
not
be
a
problem
either,
IF
the
access
to
the
hotel
is
available
for
the
floor,
there
used
to
be
one,
but
now
it's
locked.
Now
for
the
reception,
and
lobby.
OK,
nothing
strange
here
too,
the
check
in
(and
out
was
smooth),
no
deposit
needed.
Time
to
go
the
the
room.
It
was
dark
with
all
the
yellow
lights
ambiance,
but
it
was
done
in
a
wrong
way.
I
don't
know
how
old
this
hotel,
but
it
seems
and
feels
that
it
hasn't
been
maintained
properly.
The
drainage
in
the
bathroom
was
all
wrong,
tiles
tilted
the
wrong
way,
so
the
water
directions
was
not
go
straight
to
the
drainage.
The
bad
was
not
as
tidy
as
it
should.
The
air
conditioner
was
great
though.
The
breakfast
was
OK,
not
much
of
variation,
but
OK.
You
can
pay
with
credit
card
with
minimum
purchace
of
100K
rupiab.
OK
with
all
the
bad
thing
said,
why
4-star?
Here
is
why.
Service
beats
everything.
This
is
personal
experience,
don't
know
about
the
other
visitors.
As
I
went
back
to
the
room
after
a
morning
swim,
the
room
was
tidy,
all
the
towel
replaced,
amenities
renewed.
This
happened
when
we
we
going
to
check
out
only
a
few
hours
later,
so
it
definitely
a
plus.
I
know
this
seems
unfair
for
the
other
hotel,
but,
that
was
unexpected.
