We got bed bugs from here. The staff couldn’t speak English and were rude. The pictures on the hotel are old or edited. The pool was green and the room smelled disgusting. We booked a transfer through the hotel but got dropped at the wrong location and had to pay extra, even though the staff confirmed our trip. The rooms doesn’t have AC so it was humid and hot all the time. Even though it’s cheap I think there are better hotels for the same price.

This hotel is very old, the AC "works" but making a horrible noise, they do not clean the room although you put the paper please come in (they change to not disturb). The beds are uncomfortable, making noise. The toilet (my room) the mirror has black spots, the roof is open and the toilet is based of plastic. They say that you have hairdryer, this is a lie. The person that is on the night in the reception, very very rude, I asked for that and he said no, his English was elementary. When I said, I need the hairdryer he laughed and said go to bed. He was shouting at me when I said that If I can speak with someone else, he seemed that he was drunk so... I was scared. The other colleagues appeared and I asked please for the hairdryer, they look at me and just gone. I do not recommend this hotel for anything.

When we arrived they gave no explanation. Room was very dirty. We had a large salamander in the room that made a lot of noise. Staff stop working at 9:00 PM. So we couldn't get help and you can't reach them. We couldn't sleep all night. Early the next day we reported this to the staff and they said they would resolve it. We then went outside and asked the returning staff if it had been resolved and she pretended she didn't know anything about it. She also did this in the beginning about the price. With a lot of effort and hassle we got a room, but we had to wait a very long time for it. For all complaints they refer you to booking. So many bad experiences and do not recommend the hotel to anyone!!!

Great location bear at night market and the elephants. Across from the beach. Stjnnung building. Needs some rehab the areas around. Not enough work on the gardens but the rooms are nice and comfortable . But nature all around the buildings and many swimming pools. Great lobby area. Overall is a good location and natural green environment

It's not far to get from hotel to Ao Nang's night market although the way is dark and creepy, I wouldn't recommend due to localization and conditions of rooms, place looks like abandoned and same looks the neighborhood. It seems to be an amazing place couple of years ago but not anymore. Photos are not showing actual conditions.

Rooms and atmosphere is perfect for holidays. I was just walk in and thought I will stay only one nice but this place is so peaceful so I end up stay 10 days. Owner Mr. William is welcome guest himself. It was nice and I will definitely coming back.

Great location. Dated rooms..breakfast terrible , no bell boy. It was once a beautiful place..now dated. They need more staff.

tl;dr: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! This abomination of a hotel has: 1. Bad Reception; our check-in took forever and it was chaotic to say the least. Only one person (1/5) could speak english. They said they didn't have our booking because it's not 1400 o clock yet, which was weird. After 1400 they finally found it we were guided to our rooms. 2. NO WIFI in the rooms. Only one weak one in the reception. 3. Awful tidiness; Everywhere was dusty. There were "clean" bed sheets lying around on the common areas' couches. And the couches were of course dusty. There were also bed sheets on the floor. One pillow in the other of our rooms had a yellow stain on it. 4. MOLD; our rooms had mold in them!! 5. Crippled AC (Air Conditioning); when the ac is running on low power it is as good as useless. But when you turn it up then it is so noisy that sleeping is impossible. And dear god if you turn up the fan. It will start to wiggle to the extent that it is about to fall down from the roof! 6. No restaurant 7. Dilapitaded pool area. All the sun beds were cracked down. And it seemed as if the water is not flowing/changing. to name but a few problems. ----- This is hotel probably had it's glory days but now it is a wreck and I hope no one visits it. And they dare to showcase some photoshopped pictures of the hotel online along with a 4 star status. 4 STAR HOTELS DON'T HAVE MOLD IN THEM!

Our experience was short and terrible and we can say straight away - do not book here you will regret it!! We booked this room a few months and was very exited to stay as it looks lovely on the ad. When we got there we noticed many cheaper prices advertised for nicer rooms compared to what we booked. The staff were utterly useless and rude with no willingness to help or even upgrade despite them offering better options online. People already staying there warned us to look at our room before agreeing to pay - so we did. Not only were we guaranteed to get lost in this abandoned looking building, the room WiFi did not work, the air con was hopeless and it was incredibly smelly and dirty. For the high end price - very poor quality. Many factors swayed us towards cancelling our booking and we’re glad we did. I cannot reiterate how rude and arrogant the so called ‘manager’ came across. This hotel does not deserve any custom.

The hotel presented a rather desolate atmosphere, and parts of it were notably unclean. However, the bathrooms in our room were satisfactory, and we received fresh towels daily. Unfortunately, the pathways to the rooms were dirty and emitted a sewage odor. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, allowing us to change rooms due to a cockroach issue. Breakfast was acceptable but not remarkable. The overall size of the hotel complex seemed too vast for adequate maintenance. On a positive note, there were ample parking spaces, and while we didn't use the pool, the pricing was reasonable.

Booked for 3 nights had to change room as water leaking through the ceiling rooms are very out dated really showing signs of its age bed is as hard as the floor breakfast is just a waste of time grounds are very run down with very little maintenance and up keep would not recommend

It was lovely staying at MW it was quite quietly but i love the feeling of 2 connected hotel it is like one is busy and one is not So one is like for introverts and one is for extrovert lovely taste

Very nice hotel. We were lucky to find it for such a nice price per night for deluxe room. Big room, balcony, nice view. Pool donwstairs. Just the bathroom, the wall above the doors was not up to the ceiling so you hear everything. Also good location, they offer to rent a motorbike and they also extended our stay for more 2 nights for the same price (as we wanted that for the same price).

Great repuation for work and staffs I like the place very much it a feeling of quiet and exicted at the same time i do not understand why it is not 5 stars!

Wow i love the way it is set in the middle of everything lovely staffs and nice room big swimming pool clean and everything, welcome drinks is also lovely.

NO STARS ACTUALLY. We had two nights booked here but left after one. The owner refused to provide a refund despite the deficiencies we observed such as: mold and mildew on the floors, walls, and walks. Yellow stains were observed in the toilet which hadn't been cleaned in a while. Only two thread-bare towels were provided---no hand towels or washcloths. The bed was the hardest in all my years of travel. The odor of the mold and mildew was semi-toxic, making it difficult to breath. Almost all of the exterior lighting was turned off. Propert is creepy at night. The swimming pool photos are actually of the pool next door, also owned by the same gentleman. Breakfast was pathetic---the worst in all of our three weeks in Thailand. General maintenance and upkeep of the building and premises are poor. Why did we stay? Late arrival, very tired and exhausted, poor lighting to observe fully what we were getting into. I don't like writing negative reviews, but feel the necessity to warn others. BEWARE! Stay here only if they have the last vacancies in the country.

We were looking for a comfortable hotel with convenient krabi. And this is what we got: a very comfortable hotel (bed was excellent) with spacious rooms and the location was even too convenient. The breakfast service was very impressive. Everything freshly cooked to order and my scrambled eggs was delicious. We will happily return as it shows what can be achieved.

This is by far the worst hotel i ever visited. The staff in the lobby is so ignorant and has no custom service what so ever. The rooms are not beeing cleaned good and they dont even change the towel every day. No wifi in the rooms either. I strongly recommend you guys to look for another hotel. There is dead insects everywhere. But the worst part is the lobby staff, they make up things to charge you for, and thats just crazy. I will never recommend this place and I will never come back. This was the worst hotel experiance in my life.

Its old and ran down but they did change our room when the aircon was broken. No issues checking in or out but the staff weren't all the warm sorts you encounter in Thailand. Connected quite literally to the neighbouring more expensive hotel.

Stayed here for 2 weeks , dated hotel that could do with a refurb , lovely pool area shared with adjoining hotel. Breakfast room has a very bad problem with biting insects. Overall a good hotel in a good location, air con also worked well in our room.

It's a huge place with hundreds of rooms but they don't know how to maintain a colossal place like this. I mean, they didn’t make up the room during our two days stay. We had to ask them multiple times to clean it up. The worst thing is the wifi. It’s the worst connection we've ever experienced in the whole country. They have a swimming pool which is for advertising purposes because it's a shared pool with Ayodhaya Beach Resort (an adjacent big resort). I like their lobby which has bookshelves and a nice setting to rest. You can take a book and read there to pass your waiting time. The rooms are big with some innovative interior like the wooden floor and a spacious balcony.

Not a great hotel if you are looking for well appointed rooms. The pool is good, they need more sun loungers though as they only have roughly 12 for the whole hotel. Staff attitudes could be VASTLY improved, unlike every other hotel I have been to in Thailand, the staff were rude and laughed at me when I was trying to explain I needed a safe in my room. No welcoming smiles, no hospitality whatsoever and if you need to speak to management, be prepared to not be able to! Had this hotel not been primarily a base to leave luggage whilst we went off to Lanta and Phi Phi then I would have demanded a refund. I was massively disappointed.
