For the price you pay, stay somewhere else. Extremely old rooms. I mean extremely old. Rooms were really dirty, the carpets were old and in need of a wash! There were insects on my bed, even new clean sheets were dirty. Few good things about this place are the health club, the breakfast and location. They should really refurbish the hotel. Its about time.

I went to hang out by the pool and eat lunch with a friend who is a member of the fitness gym. Actually they have a great deal, 350 baht to use the facility and 200 baht of that can be used to buy food from the menu. Pool was refreshing quiet and cool, the slide was a blast and I went down it a half dozen times in various positions. A few kids were enjoying the water park portion. A great afternoon experience. Here's a picture of my friends wife recuperating poolside from her birthday the night before. Hahaha

It was the best experience of hotel that me and my family had ever had, and I'd like to thank the family whom we are their sponsors to during new years. The room service is great, as well as their food. I like the fancy design and luxurious atmosphere. Although the spa and fitness are still inaccessible during my time there, I pretty much enjoyed everything that they still have.

We took a day pass for the pool. Excellent price and we really enjoyed the pools. Service was a bit hectic, the could do with more staff. There were only 2 guys there and were working like crazy. Price for poolpass was superb

Pros: the staff is absolutely incredible Cons: - we asked for a feather free room. When we got to our room upon checkin, we realized that there were feathers in the mattress topper, the duvet, and the pillows. We called and asked them to change. They sent up housekeeping who changed out everything, but 1) the mattress still head feathers stuck in it and 2) we received a twin comforter for a king bed. Soā€¦ cold feet. We asked the hotel today to resolve and they told us none were available.. so.. cold feet continues. We also have a pad on top of the mattress that only covers2/3 of the bed so.. overall is quite lumpy - our room stank like mold, giving us both allergies and causing my husband to cough. After enduring for two nights we asked the hotel to take a look, upon which they pulled out a super dirty filter from the ac unit and replaced. It has been better since, but why is that not part of regular maintenance? - upon checkin they asked for a credit card. No problem, we gave them the number. 5 min after we get into our room, we get a phone cal saying they didnā€™t take down the number. We donā€™t give those over the phone, so went to the front desk. They then told us everything was fine, no info needed. What? - overall the room condition is poor, the floor is scratched, the light shades have mold spots, etc. In summation, not at all what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. We have considered moving several times, but have stayed since we prepaid. Do not recommend.

I must say everything is great from the moment we were here! Bonus from reception catered us very early check-in. We tried Chi spa massage, we highly recommend it, they are very skilful and environment is very relax. You must try this. The hotel also gave us a birthday cake, itā€™s such a big surprise. Normally, you need to remind or write to hotel about your stay for celebration. We really love our stay at Shangri-La, always the best.

It takes more than an hour for room dining to be delivered to the room. Pad Thai became like rice cake. Khao Soi was served with lukewarm broth. Pizza was served at a temperature lower than body temperature. I became a person who pays money and disposes of food waste. I still have more to stay, but I'm afraid of what kind of strange experience I'll have. More things... 1.Old and unmaintained are different. They don't seem to use a vacuum cleaner. Even after cleaning, there are lumps of dust and hair on the floor. 2.They never change linens during our stay. Environmental protection is important, but it is disconcerting how to accept the fact that it is not changed even though it has indicated a request for replacement. 3. There are four of us, so We had rwo rooms. When I ordered room service, I asked for cartridges for 4 people, and the person in charge replied, "Oh! 4 people," surprised, but only gave me 2 cartridges. Breakfast, concierge, swimming pool management and front desk seem to be struggling in the COVID-19 environment. But The rest need significant improvement.

It's an old-fashioned hotel. Chiang Mai is a slow city, but I don't think it's a style that young people like. I want to improve everything that fills the building. Most of the luxury hotels these days have smart electricity and electronic products. I was a little uncomfortable when I used the facility. But the friendly service of the staff was commendable.

The best in the city in term of hotel facilities and food. Usually hotel in room dining have mediocre food but we love it here. Our favorite is goat cheese salad with proper olive oil. šŸ‘ŒšŸ½ Large pool, nice gym with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They also have a tennis court. Breakfast is buffet again which is great! *most other hotels close buffet due to Covid restrictions. My favorite thing is actually the fact that they provide ā€œhair bunā€, no other hotels I have been provide hair bun which is so useful for females or any customer with long hair! Downside: not much going on, there are not many customers so the vibes is a bit weird, not lively. Hope you have more customers again soon.

The soft product is great as always at Shangri-la. Staff attentive and helpful especially the concierge desk! What made this a 2 star stay was the hard product and theCovid safety ignorance..It was the little things like finding dirty tables at the lobby seating area, finding Christmas balls dropped on the floor and wonky signs scratches on walls. Also the breakfast buffet was not fully what I expected for a Shangri-La. Again, it was the little things that let it down. For example, receiving what was espresso when we had ordered black coffee and the fruit spread consisting of only 3 different types of fruits. Due toCOVID, the breakfast buffet stations are not self-service. Whilst this is totally fine, there was no staff at one of the stations and I found myself having to wait for a staff to come to serve the food. I also did not get asked how much of the food I had wanted so at some stations I got served a huge portion and at some other stations very little. It would have been better to have been asked how much food I wanted. Covid safety incidents: 1. There was another guest who was walking around the breakfast buffet without a face mask. The staff did not take notice and I had to complain to a staff before anything was done about it. 2. We were a group of 3 people waiting for the lift and a staff held the door open for us which already had 3 people inside. We were disappointed that the hotels own staff would encourage breaching their own policy of maximum 4 people inside the lifts! If we went inside, that would have been 7 people in a single lift. Check-out: I was not asked how was my stay at check out. I wanted to give some constructive feedback but no one asked me.

A nice hotel but this could be even better. There should be someone to welcome you into the hotel by the lobby doors. It was our honeymoon and they made a real effort for us in the room. But we could hear other guests TV's in our room which woke us up! The breakfast selection was standard but the staff are friendly and polite. The outdoor jucuzzi was closed and the indoor one although open, was was cold and dirty

Cannot fault our stay! Excellent location, 10 min walk from the nightly market and shops. Staff very helpful. Rooms and whole hotel were immaculate. Nice touch bringing fresh cold water poolside as soon as we sat down.

ā€¦which means that it represents very poor value for money, especially if booking with a large group. The excellent things about our stay were the pool (though there were no attendants around at all), the food in the club lounge (though it was refilled at a glacial pace), the ornate lobby, the stunning high ceilings in their Kad Kafe restaurant and the wonderful packed breakfast they made us when we checked out. As for the negativesā€¦well, there were just so many, unfortunately. (Check the photos for reference if what I am saying sounds exaggerated.) Where to begin? Our otherwise very comfortable and spacious room was completely spoiled by having not been properly cleaned: lots of hair left on surfaces and the balcony was covered in bird poo, which would become a common theme. This was later rectified somewhat but the hotel exterior and all balconies still looked pretty grotty and unclean, including ours. In fact lots of the communal outdoor spaces, especially outside Kad Kafe, were also covered in avian poo, to the point it seemed like they had been neglected for weeks or even months. Pretty disgusting really. Leaves and general plant detritus was just left for who knows how long. Elsewhere, dirty carpets and marked walls were common all over our level. However our main problem was with the ā€˜Kidsā€™ Cornerā€™, which was cheaply put together with practically no toys provided and parts of it were genuinely dangerous. Flooring was basic rubber mats, the ball pool was not properly looked after so there was a gaping hole in the middle with broken padding and simple garden play equipment was all that had been provided. Unimpressive and unclean. The outdoor play area was better but did not make up for this. My family and I booked this hotel specifically for our child to use these facilities and we feel cheated. I spoke to management about how we had been conned by the promotional photos and misleading information but they were unwilling to offer anything more than apologetic words and utterly meagre, token gestures. So we hope that staff at their head office in Hong Kong are more helpful. Such a shame! This will probably be the last Shangri-La property we stay at after a similarly disappointing experience at their Rasa Sentosa resort in Singapore last year. Ah well, Iā€™m sure Hyatt, Marriott and the rest will be glad to take our money instead thenā€¦

The room were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is interested in going to Chiangmai. I had a wonderful experience there. My son love it so much and wanted to go and stay there again. Very convenient and easy to find, the hotel location is not far from all the tourist attractions.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel over Songkran. The staff made our stay special. To Praew and Non in the Horizon Lounge our special thanks. To the rest of the staff behind the scenes and at front of house you are doing a wonderful job making people from all backgrounds feel welcome and appreciated. The food, facilities, ambiance and staff are fabulous. We can highly recommend this hotel and if possible purchase a Horizon Club Lounge room for a wonderful experience.

Currently here on day 3 of our trip and it has been fantastic the water pressure is amazing the views are gorgeous and the staff from the front desk to maintenance have been the kindest and most helpful I have ever seen. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect and I donā€™t think Iā€™ve stood still for more than two minutes without someone asking if there is anything they can do to make our stay better. The hot water in my room went out and was fixed within 30 minutes as well as fresh towels and a bathroom cleaning. While we waited for our trip transportation someone came over unprompted and asked us if we would like them to wait for us instead so we could sit somewhere comfortable and retrieved us when our ride arrived. It is a wonderful place and I couldnā€™t recommend it more.

We only used the pool. Food was nice. Staff were polite. Pool was surrounded by sand (for songkran?) Think it was a bad idea. Was unpleasant and hot to walk on. Pool depth 2.4m deep end. Hot tub was HOT but jets did not work well at all (25%worked and were weak) Kids slide and play area was nice.

The Horizon Club Lounge staff was terrific, and so was the concierge, I believe his name was Thor, who organized all our transportation, recommended sites to visit, and arranged towels for us to take outside. The housekeeping staff was accommodating. The food at the Horizon Lounge was so delicious and beautifully presented. The front desk was extra helpful and welcoming. I would love to have stayed longer. The executive suite king room would have been fabulous except for the worn-out and stained carpet.

I came for Friday Seafood Buffet, variety of seafood. I love pasta station, good taste! fresh oysters and prawns. The barbecue station was crowded. I would recommend to come on time because all stuff gone so fast especially when many tourists are here. Staff was very nice and had service mind.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful. I feel it is a Chiang Mai thing The people is exceptionally friendly even in Thai standard. The hotel itself is a bit worn out compared to other Shangri La establishments. Room was fine. Everything worked and was clean. Breakfast buffet was well curated with good selections. Though small they even had an Arab corner.

An amazing experience. We took the Horizon Premium rooms. Joe was a wonderful housekeeper, warm and affable. The club lounge staff Min and Tristan made our family welcome and were very patient with the kids. Would highly recommend.

Have stayed here multiple times. Have always found the staff to be exceptional. The rooms are really quiet, turn down service and cleanliness are best in class. The food is great. On our last stay, the water slide and outdoor spa was closed for maintenance, otherwise everything was wonderful. Some outdoor maintenance on the hotel will be needed soon.

This was our second stay at this place, and while it was still a decent experience, it did feel less impressive than on the previous occasion. The positives: + This place has a good range of facilities and amenities, and feels almost like a resort. We stayed at 3 different places (Bangkok, Chiang Rai, and Chiang Mai) on this vacation, and this hotel had the most to offer from this aspect. + The room was spacious and comfortable. We liked that they placed children's beds in the room's sitting area - which was appreciated by everyone in the family. + The breakfast spread was also good - again, the best spread from among the 3 places we stayed in. + The offerings in the club lounge were also pretty decent. Not much to complain about. + Service was generally good. Most of the staff members we encountered were trying hard to be friendly and helpful where possible. It was however a mixed experience as there were other areas where it did feel somewhat disappointing: - As we booked 2 rooms for 2 families with 2 children each, we requested connecting/adjacent rooms when we made the reservation several weeks in advance. We still ended up on different levels. - While there is a good range of facilities and amenities, many of these close way too early for our liking. By 8pm, almost everything, including the gym, spa, kids club, swimming pool, etc., are closed. - Too few power sockets in the room. In our family we had 4 mobile phones, 3 smart watches, 2 cameras, and 2 power banks, and each night we had to rotate these among 3 charging points - one of which was on the ground. - While the people in the club lounge were all friendly, they did feel under-resourced. At every meal, we were stacking used bowls and plates as there was hardly anyone available to help remove those. There were a couple of evenings when literally every single food tray was empty 20 minutes before the end of the evening cocktail session. The first time, we asked the chef if these were going to be refilled since there were still 20 minutes to go, and he replied, "if you want, I can go make more food. But it will take a long time." There was royalty checking in on our last night, and not sure if they ended up prioritising resources and manpower towards the related preparations, at the expense of other guests who were there over the same period. - The spa experience was disappointing. The therapist could not speak a word of English. I was not sure if the reason my massage was literally only skin-deep resulted from her being unable to understand my request for more pressure, or she was simply too tired to bother. All 4 adults in our group went for massages here as well as at the other hotels we stayed in through our holiday, and even went to another massage place near this hotel (because the hotel spa was closed after dinner and we had no choice but to venture out), and everyone unanimously agreed the experience at the Shangri-la spa was most underwhelming.

    1) the most annoying thing is the phone line, think because of its age, the volume is soooooo small, every time I call service or friend room, cannot hear the voice. Very annoying. 2) there is sliding window in the bathroom from outside, a bit inconvenient if not stay with family. Friendsā€™ kids May open it and peek to play prank. 3) a small supermarket is abt 10mins walk 4) there are some eating places nearby. Pizza, beef noodle, night market is 10mins walking. 5) staff is great, helpful and friendly . 6) can hear noise from neighboring room, not good sound proof.

Words can not express our heartfelt gratitude to this hotel. Our family stayed at Shangri-La, Chiang Mai for 3 nights and we are so impressed by everything about this hotel. A couple of hours after checking in, our son unfortunately had an anaphylactic reaction after eating food from a nearby cafe. Luckily we had just returned to the hotel when he became quite unwell. One call to the front desk and the hotel coordinated the ambulance and transfer to hospital. The duty manager ā€œDearā€ was fabulous, she came up to the room where we had just given our son an Epipen and acted as translator helping to coordinate everything. Her calm demeanour was reassuring and we felt well supported during a stressful time. She stayed with us until our son was transferred to hospital. Our son was discharged later that day and Dear has shown great care and genuine concern since checking regularly that everything was ok or asking if we needed anything. The restaurant manager Tank and Sous Chef Eddy have been absolutely brilliant ensuring that our son was catered for with his food allergy. Tank went above and beyond to look after us, his service was impeccable and we felt like royalty in his care. Heā€™s also a genuinely warm and friendly man. Eddy was great in meeting with us prior to meals to go through safe options for our son and even preparing his food separately. We could not have asked for better care or service by the Kad Kafe staff, everyone we crossed paths with was excellent and the food was delicious too. Joe our house keeper was great, very friendly and our rooms were very well maintained. The hotel grounds are beautiful, our rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area is wonderful and the hotel has a nice feel about it. What makes it stand out though is the staff and the level of service provided. It was absolutely outstanding and we hope to visit again one day soon.

We really enjoyed our two stays here. The location is great and the place can feel like a city on its own (it's huge). The pool and slide are really fun and not too crowded. Environmentally, they seem to have a commitment to minimize plastic here (glass water bottles in rooms, no plastic straws) and there are plenty of vegan/vegetarian items on their various menus. The concierge desk was super helpful (Thor in particular, who was wearing his breast cancer awareness pin šŸ©·) and Nurse at the front desk was lovely. Don't miss the free coffee and tea bar in the lobby in the morning! Breakfast doesn't start until 630 so having good/strong coffee was great. Interesting mojitos and great breakfast/dinner buffet. If you stay on the 11th floor, they have a happy hour every night that can basically serve as dinner (for real) with what seems like a full bar.

The hotel is quite close to the airport and the night market. The rooms were clean, spacious and I had view of the hills which was quite good. The staff was very approachable and helpful. Overall, I was happy with my stay here and would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to visit Chiang Mai.

3 star service. On arrival the check-in counter treats guest like they have never stayed in a hotel before, even being a business executive traveler at a conference arranged in the hotel. Northern Khao soi for breakfast was particularly nice. Other food was kind of boring throughout 3 meals and coffee breaks at the hotel. Hotel staff messed up giving me an hotel invoice upon departure even though specifically asked for an official tax receipt at check on and check out. Contacted accounting and was promised that would immediately send the correct documents but it's been 3 days and we have chased multiple times a day. This is not the level of standard of this brand. Management missed on multiple service points. Nothing much in the immediate area. Kids might have fun at the kids pool.

Garden view room has no garden view, itā€™s a balcony which doesnā€™t get cleaned at all. Room service was horrible. Our room didnā€™t get cleaned for the day and were shocked to see the bed linen dint get changed even though we requested for it. And when we requested to get the room cleaned right away, we were surprised that no vaccum is used, they just wipe the floors, so expect the carpets and sofas to be dirty. Room service personnel even requested me to move our dining table outside of our room, who does that? Only pro was breakfast spread , although small, it was good. Not the experience for a 5 star hotel, and would not choose Shangri-la again.

Tired property and inconsistent service Overall facilities are good with great pool and gym facilities, but the property is a tired and in need of renovation and modernisation. Stayed in a club room that was spacious enough but had a stuffy smell and tired furniture, similarly in the Club Lounge - the sofas are so old theyā€™ve lost all their spring. The swimming pool and gym is very good, but if you wish to use the gym, shower, steam room, sauna facilities after swimming you have to go through the main lobby area!! As doors into the gym area is locked from pool access. This makes no sense and really not a comfortable guest experience to walk through the hotel lobby in your wet swimming attire! Service was inconsistent with some great and others less so. Suspect itā€™s a hangover from covid staff shortages. Overall not quite the Shangri-La experience we were expecting and definitely not worth the rates charged.

Spent 3 nights here. Horizon Club floor. Reception was fantastic!!! Especially Kuhn Rak! He was a rock star of receptionists! Alerted me to inexpensive upgrade and answered all questions and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Room view was wonderfulā€¦overlooking pool and tennis courts with beautiful mountains in the distance. Friday night Seafood Buffet was outstanding and included two Thai Lobsters! Great variety of foods and cheeses and desserts. Afternoon buffet was excellent as well. Horizon Club was excellent with great staff and great food and beverages. Staff was fantastic all the way around including a pleasant introduction and visit with the manager. Laundry service was service was excellent with delivery of cleaned clothing about 4 hours after recipient! The only flaw I found was the worn appearance of the carpet in the room. Iā€™m guessing this is on an update list in the future. Thank you Shangri La for a wonderful vacation!!! Joe

Very good stay. As always, staff excellent. Valentine's dinner was delicious--the beef was superb. Some minor cosmetic issues with the room, nothing serious. great location, great hotel but totally understaffed for the end year season! We had to fight for daily room cleaning, wait ages at the bar in the evening and felt it was a battle at breakfast to get food and drinks. Sorry - but it was not the Shangri La level I am used too! With more staff hopefully soon it will be a perfect hotel again. Our experience though was not impressive this time. Thank you anyway to the hard working staff!!

I and my husband live in Astra condo next to the hotel. We have to tolerate the screaming of customers esp. children in the pool all day. I tried to understand thier happiness and didnā€™t want to disturb but itā€™s too loud and keep going on and on never ending. Itā€™s noise pollution. Hope the hotel can do something about this.

I am sure these have been difficult items for all hotels in Chiang Mai. Your staff are superlative - they are to be congratulated. As the hotel actively asks for some feedback -I think the general reception area - not the reception counter but the general area, would benefit from some creative thinking. The elephant model shop and the jewellery are passe and dated in my opinion.

I am writing this as a hotel and restaurant developer and owner and thus it may be a bit more critical than the usual Traveler. We stayed at Shangri-La in various cities including Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok and traveled to Chiang Mai during our first break in two years. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. While we understand why the hotel has been rather outdated in style and design due to the current pandemic we would have at least expected friendliness and cleanliness. Associates were friendly but not outgoing as known for the brand. For example there was no service at the pool and we had to ask for towels or get it ourselves. Not that we have an issue with that but Shangri-La is usually known for "providing before asking". As for the room we had asked 3 times without success at which point I reached out to Gabriele, the GM, who kindly took swift action and resolved the issue and assured we had splendid clean rooms for the rest of our stay. However, I cannot give it 5 stars as I would have expected clean rooms as a basic standard. Breakfast was great as always. I'd only want to put a serious focus on cleanliness. On my last day I went into the jacuzzi and there was a dead fly greeting me. Plus the gym is not properly cleaned, specially considering the pandemic. In 3 days at 3 different times I've oy seen a gym attendant on 1 day and he didn't clean machines when people used them.

You are the best hotel I ever stayed in. Your staff are amazing - espeically Nine who was very friendly and helpful to me even though I'm there a short time. The breakfast is really 5-star quality and fresh. I love everything about your hotel. It's so nice I decided to come back one night before I go home to Singapore. I will see you again on 1st April:) Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

Breakfast, service and overall hotel environment are excellent. We have a pleasant stay here. The room facility is a bit old but clean. Some suggestion: the hair shampoo and conditioner is not so good, maybe can provide disposable shaver and comb.

We had a wonderful time here!! Pool was amazing, we spend most of the day in the pool my kids loved it very much. I would say this hotel is excellent choice if you have kids. Great location, not so far from airport and night bazaar, or Chiangmai town. Very comfy bed, good breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. They also give me a free upgrade. Definitely coming back here again.

Excellent staff, great rooms, comfortable beds, enjoyable pool area. Perfect for families -- the water slide and kids area of the pool can keep the little ones busy for hours on end. Joe from housekeeping was amazing and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. Shangri La made our daughter's birthday extra special. Breakfast is also very good.

First of all, the staff at Shangri-La Chiang Mai were amazing and faultless. They were extremely helpful and polite. However, most likely due to the effects of covid the hotel was not at a 5* standard. Only one restaurant open, very poor vegetarian options, pool doesn't get any sun due to apartment complex next door, outside grounds and pool look very run down and haven't been refurbished in an obviously long time. In the rooms, beds were comfy however first night the sheets were stained and throughout my stay of 3 nights I twice had an occasion of ants in my towels. Shops in the hotel all closed up and felt like a ghost town. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the hotel goes through a large refurbishment.

I faced multiple issues with the AC and cleanliness during my stay at shangrila, that being said the hotel tried its best to make things right after I brought it to their attention. The breakfast can also use some work. The Pool is amazing, and heated, the mountain views are great much better than Le meridian.

Nearly everything was fine. Only the check in was a bit difficult because the ( male) staff member was difficult to understand. He is no Thai and his english maybe good but the female Thai staff besides him many times helped me to understand what he told. I think she also knew, that it was not easy to listen to him. What I really missed at the breakfast buffet were small bowls for marmalade and honey. To keep it on the normal plate is no good idea. Overall the staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly! It was a nice stay.

I believe that this hotel is the best in Chiang Mai from its location, the room, the facilities, to their staff. Especially the staff as they were very nice and helpful with always a smile on their faces, specially 'Nine', he made our stay far more enjoyable and memorable, special thanks to him.

actual score:4.7/5 google score:5/5 The hotel gives me an amazing experience and image. The lobby is spendid and grand. The server here is friendly and always smiling. Food is here is exceelent and no mention to the spa. you have give it a try! the price is very reasonble and the quality and environment is super good. You can't expect more. Highly reconmmend this hotel, but only one thing, the neighborhood is quite undeveloped, nothing to go or shop. unless the hotel itself is great

Great experience very nice staff hotel is very luxurious and clean rooms are wide. We had our honeymoon there and they really spoiled us with cakes and wine! Highly recommend!!

The staff was very friendly at the reception. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was just huge. The breakfast choice was excellent. We could select from various styles of breakfast incl. local. The pool area looks very nice. Although there are many options for message elsewhere, try that one in the hotel in the spa area. It is really good.

We stayed here for Christmas 2022. Booked quite late, so we felt lucky to find a room, although the rates seemed quite high. The hotel is very nice, rooms are large and well-maintained, though everything looks a bit dated even though the place was built in 2007. The pool area is lovely, but we found the pool to be much too cold to swim in, which was a big disappointment since that was a major reason we chose this hotel. Good to know for the future that Chiang Mai is relatively cool this time of year. The location of the hotel is not a very scenic area, but it is walkable to restaurants, the night market, and the old city.

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Staff were friendly and room was spacious. Good option for breakfast lunch and dinner were good as well. The only down side was the gym closes at 8pm.
