A small abandoned Hindu Temple. Hindu population of the city took artifacts of the temple back to India when they left Bandar Abbas. There was a guide during Nowruz days. Interesting to visit a Hindu temple in Iran.

You can't find special interests here and in my opinion the best thing that you can see is the dome of the temple with special architecture of India. After Indian emigration from the city to India, they moved all of holy things of the temple to their country.

One of the few historical sites in BandarAbbas with a very minimal architectural design.

The first time I heard about it, I thought it's a fascinating Temple with many tourist attractions, however it's a very simple building with a casual store next to it. Totally, it doesn't worth to spend your time visiting this boring place. Fooling around the stores of this city is more valued!

That was the first Hindus temple that I visited. The most interesting part of it is that it is a polytheistic temple in a Monotheistic country. Anyway, the existence of it shows how tolerant the Iranian government is. The temple is a great place for someone who is interested in religion.

It's completly different from other places in Iran but it's not a big or specefic temple. Also the museum of this place is very small.

Bandar Abbas is not known for its historical attractions, but the Hindu temple is one of the tourist attractions of this city. This temple was built in the Qajar period. In terms of accessibility, it's pretty good. It is near the market and the pier and can be reached with a short walk. This attraction consists of two parts, one is a Hindu temple and the other is a museum of precious objects. Visiting the museum is free. In the inner area of the museum, there is a place for those who like to apply henna designs on their hands. There is also a cafe inside the courtyard of the museum.
