I had experienced an awkward moment here. First of all, staffs greeted me very nice with a lot of info about their coffee. I was so excited for an innovative eco-cup instead of single-use PET plastics usually found everywhere. So I grabbed my phone and took a photo of it while waiting for coffee beans take-home from the grinder. Then a male staff warned me to ask for a "consent" before taking any picture. I was hurry apologized. It was quite an awkward moment. Then I realized, to whom I should ask when taking a photo of my coffee cup? or maybe I made them misunderstood of taking a photo that may include somebody's face there? That cup of coffee and a freshly ground one turned stale. I think they better have a 'Warning signs' for 'DO NOT take any picture' inside the cafe. Coffee tasted just fine by the way, but I can get the better somewhere else. ;p

Nice coffee shop, quiet and peaceful. Latte taste good. Variety of bean type. Barista is polite and helpful for bean selection. A little bit pricey, but worth for quality. Most of all, environmental friendly. They use paper cup, paper bean bag, no straw, always ask customer before giving them bag. Love it.

Might be good for the fruity coffee lover. Im more nutty coffee person so I feel like the coffee is too sour for me. For the one who want to relax and have coffee in the quiet place, this place is not where you find as the shop is pretty small while you will hear the coffee machine working all the time. Besides, no washing room in the shop. Anyway, staff are all nice and friendly.

    - Good quality flat white - inside of the lane (33/1) walking until almost the end (hidden) - kind of noisy for relaxing spot since coffee machine is running kind of often - friendly service - indoor temperature is suitable for this hot weather - coffee beans are available - orange pasty is a fine quality

I asked the waiter if there was a matcha latte with espresso? She said not yet! So I bought the matcha ice cream next to the Fuji supermarket and paired it with coffee, haha, on a cloudy and comfortable afternoon, the beans from Chiang Mai are also very good :D

Great little coffee roaster. The appearance from the outside is not great but they indeed make great coffees. CAPPUCHINO IS PERFECTLY brewed. No coffee art but classicly presented with your choice of chocolate or cinnamon topping performed at the table. Very good warmed butter croissant. The place is rather minimalistic but great for one on one meetings or your coffee fix in the morning.

Another cafe with coffee roaster, so it means you will have a fresh and great taste of coffee. Beside, they also have bakeries and cakes as well. I tried almond croissant and it tastes good as it should be and gets along well with their coffee. You can order coffee through either espresso or slow-bar dripping method as well as various type of coffee beans from Thailand, Brazil or Guatemala. One more thing I really love about them and have to mention is that this cafe cares about our world - take away cap and lid are 100% biodegradable and compostable - how cool is it🙃👈👍. (They use glasses if you order drink in, I had changed my mind after ordering them so...) Staff are friendly, don't hesitate to exchange knowledge with them.

I tried their filter coffee but it was okay, to be frank did not carry the notes it specified. I’m sure the espresso blends are good, given how busy it was.

One of the reasons why coffee lovers favor independent cafes over chains is the assumption that the owner/operators would be more dedicated, passionate in their brews to justify why they priced their coffees at par with the big chains. Experience told me otherwise as in this little coffee shop that claims that they roast their own coffee. Yes there were bags of coffee beans sitting in the back room. But the same bags had been sitting there for ages without being moved. Appeared to be props rather than stocks for production. Decor of the place is so bland with hardly any attempt for coziness. Coffees at 110 baht a cup is at par with Paul. Yet the drink is at par with Starbucks if not worse. The young partners of Ceresia need to try much harder if they want to sustain their little venture. Simple rule is you charge a premium rate, serve a premium quality coffee. Customers are not stupid!

Fantastic cafe/small roastery. Our flat whites were a straight 10/10 with exceptionally good latte art (when do you get a swan just because the barista feels like doing one?). On top of that, the scones and cinnamon rolls were perfect. I also had a pour over from Kenya (fruit bomb and absolutely recommendable). In general, I had the impression that there was a specialization in pour overs. Only the lack of a toilet has to be mentioned and brings a star deduction. Small gimmick, but I thought the notes on the cups (pour overs) were a very good idea.

I was there on 20th of June 2023. I asked for a coffee with 80% Robusta coffee. They said, "we don´t have Robusta" - ok, I accept it but I was a bit disappointed, that a shop like that, with so many positive statements does not have qualities of Robusta coffees and only going along the fashion of "Arabica". So I bought an Arabica, just to try their quality and yesterday I opened it and made a cappuccino and an Espresso out of these beans. I have a professional Bezzera Magica and I have a Barista knowledge about Coffee, also I am a chef in my first profession. So I know, what i am speaking about. I also made some documentaries about coffee in Thailand and Indonesia. The coffee I bought, is a MAE TOEY Thailand coffee. When I bought it, I was wondering, why that coffee did not smell at all, when the guy opened the box, which came "freshly" in and he just opened it the first time, since the other one was empty. And again I was wondering, how extremely exact that guy was scaling the coffee. Just like Gold Nuggets, he even too some single beans away, just to get the exact result on his scales. The price for 250 g was more then 700 Baht, I guess it was 740 Baht for 250 g this means, this coffee costs almost 80 Dollar a Kilo. And that coffee did not came from the somewhere it was a Thai coffee. So I was not really sure by myself if that is worth the price. Now, as mentioned, I opened it and made a cup and a second cup and again changed the grinding but this coffee is just terrible ! It did not even smell a bit, when I opened that packet. It did not smell, when I grounded it. The taste is like a VERY old coffee, long time on air and never stored safely. I feel like thrown away 740 Baht and I even feel cheated because of that horrible price. They acting like selling Gold and doing highly professional. I also asked for 250 g of the coffee, which is sold inside the coffeeshop. But they do not even sell it. He said, it is a "special" mix of their coffees. I will never put a step in that expensive shop and can only say one thing: Beware ! The reason I put two stars instead of one is, that the beans have been treated well and I did not see broken beans in the packet. But it definitely had is freshness long ago.

A very basic coffee shop. It tries to appear more professional than it actually is. The coffee bags and guy behind the glass are just there for show.. The overpriced latte was bland and tasted just like milk. There's no wifi, so don't bring your laptop... I'm just giving 2 stars for the big tables and metal straws.

Coffee shop in Sukhumvit 33/1, conveniently situated across from UFM Fuji Super. I opted for filter coffee, and the staff recommended the Peru beans. It was decent, though they mentioned chocolate notes, acidity, and sweetness, I mostly detected vanilla. The ambiance is pleasant, with a background song harmonizing with the sounds of coffee preparation. The warm lighting adds to the cozy atmosphere. It's a great place to unwind and relax.

The staff are friendly and the cafe seems to always be full. Upon entering the smell of fresh brewed coffee hits you and invites you in. I'm just not a fan of fruity coffees that lean towards acidic side. They do roast their beans in-house. The bakery choices are good, I really enjoyed the orange cake. It's a very cozy cafe where it just seems like everyone is sitting together although they're not. Love the embroidery work that you can buy. Parking at UFM or a short walk from Emquartier.

Absolutely fantastic quality coffee from a team who really care about what they are doing. I love a really good Flat White and could tell from the look and smell that this would be great before I even tasted it. I chatted to the owner who was kind enough to answer my questions, and give me knowledge about the roasting process and what can affect the taste of the coffee. Thanks so much. Fantastic place.

A coffee shop located in the Japanese street, with home-made beans which churns out fresh coffee. The barista speaks good English and conversed with foreigners on the different beans to help them make an informed decision. There isn’t much of a variety though, with only less than 8(?) kind of coffee to choose from, and several trays of pastries to choose from.

They brew an interesting bean: I ordered the espresso and it was, how should I say, rather American than Italian in the cup shape and quantity. The espresso was intense, fruity, and pleasantly acidic. And I mean acidic. It's an unusual bean worth trying. The seating arrangement is variable and I ended up on a chair on a small table as I was meeting someone - it was ok to sit for over an hour while discussing but it wouldn't be comfortable for lounging with a book that long.

Cute little coffee shop but surprisingly their messurements with regards to espresso shots is weird. They consider a single shot as double and when you ask for an extra shot you get half and obviously the extra shot chargeable which is okay and usual. My almond milk late still looked extremely white even after three shots (90 ML) which was technically only a shot and a half (45-50ML). I tried explaining my point to the barrista, but he was in no mood to listen, so I let go. Money spent - 220THB. Attaching picture of a three shot white latte.

The coffee is nice and the location is good. Deducting stars for stinginess: - they have increased their prices and the coffee is now about 20-30% more expensive than other comparable shops in the area. - not sure why they bother with loyalty cards when they clearly don’t want to let customers redeem them. It’s 2023 and they have a paper loyalty card that you have to remember to bring with you every time you go to the store because if they give you a replacement card you can’t combine them later on. Stupid. Why not use a digital card on LINE like almost every other store in the country?

It's the roaster itself there! You can see the machines next door through the glass wall. Coffee is great (as you should expect from this kind of place.) What we like also the desserts/ bakery/ pasties there. Carrot cakes are good. Another cooky-crust thing we couldn't remember the name is also good. The owner & staff are friendly. The decorations are simple but homey. During the day time, there are lots of Japanese house wives enjoying coffee and having a chat with their friends. (Next door is UFM Fuji supermarket.... that's why!) The price is right (for the quality of coffee and handcraft-like arts of brewing you got.) You pay something in the range of the mermaid one... but got a lot more in return for sure!

The staff described what each of the coffee's aromas and flavors were to match our preferences. We ordered Black honey Thailand and Brazil as we liked a dark chocolatey first roast. The scones were my husband's favorite. He misses his "cream tea" dates with his dad..

Been to this place twice. Looks like it has gotten more popular, so I guess they are doing it right, although the shop looks almost the same since the first time I visited about 1 year ago. I had a latte and it was fine but to me, it was a bit milky. They say the coffee is pricey but the cup was big. They also sell cakes and coffee by the pound. A barista explained a little bit about the varieties they Carry. There is parking available but the road is narrow and it can get very busy and hard to enter or exit this soi.

Quality global and locally sourced beans are available for sale with posted roasting dates. In the cafe you can order coffee prepared using just about every method. They do a great job with pour over. The cafe is popular and has an open and clean atmosphere. The beans offered were standard origins yet high quality. Would like to see more African bean options and would love them to add Indonesian Mahndeling to the offering. The selection offered may have just been relative to my first visit and more selections are available based on availability or popularity. Add Mahndeling. Who doesn't like Mahndeling? I shall return.

(Translated by Google) Roasted coffee comes well. Suitable for people who like to eat dark coffee a bit. Extracted like a drip. Employees understand the seeds that sell well. Very friendly I think if using it to make coffee, milk or espresso, it would be very delicious. Very affordable But if buying seeds secretly feels expensive The parking lot is quite tight all the time. I recommend park Emquartier and walk to eat Japanese food around here first and finish the coffee here.

👍👍 A little hard to find but well worth the adventure! You will have to go through a bar on the first floor to get to the stairwell that will take you to the third floor cafe.
