The worst hostel I have ever been to. The rooms are very small& dirty Shared bathroom is absolutely disaster! as dirty as the toilet of a train station. Since It's a hostel so I didn't have much expectations from the beginning, but definitely the whole place in general like entrance, hallways, etc look like cheap, bad hospital, bathroom like prison. You hardly feel comfortable! The area where the hostel is located is not safe( Near La Ramblas street). I can't recommend the hostel to anyone, there are much better hostels than this one in the area.... it was a big mistake to stay here. It was really the worst accommodation and an unpleasant experience.

Such a great place, great value meals, super friendly staff and I really liked the atmosphere. Best hostel ever, next time I think I will stay longer ;) Oh bonus; I liked the cleanness and especially the rfid locks for secure and easy entry and to store my valuable luggage 😊

I stayed in this hostel with my wife, and it was one of my worst experiences in a hostel ever. Even though we didn’t expect much from the hostel, we were still disappointed. We paid 330€ for 4 nights in a private room. The room seemed very old and dirty, there was rust in the bathroom and the metallic doors looked like prison doors. After 3 days, we asked for the cleaning service but the only thing they cleaned is the toilet sink, so for the whole stay we had the bed sheets. The hostel is located in a dirty neighborhood, that does not seems very secure from what I heard from other travelers.

Good hostel, friendly staff to boot and the rooms were nice as well. Location was really good! You're close to everything including a few transit lines which made it easy to get around. The free breakfast is nice as well, and the kitchen allows you to prepare a few meals if needed. There are also a number of restaurants in the area, so eating out is always an option. Speaking of the location, its pretty good. Metro is close by which gets you to every other area of the city easily and you're about 20 minute walk or so from the beach. Now for the bad... It's only the lockers in the room I had an issue with. They used a bracelet to unlock and lock and while that is nice if you forgot a lock, it does make me nervous about keeping things in there. Nothing was stolen during my stay, it's just a slight peeve of mine. Other than that this was a fine hostel to stay at and I'd recommend it to friends.

Decent location however was still about a 30 min walk to beach. We had 6 people crammed into a small room with no air con and minimal air flow. They also offer a 2 euro breakfast which was pretty good. We came s as travellers from Australia and were charged a 100 euro fee for ‘tourist tax’ on arrival after already paying for the accommodation so beware.

It’s a hostel so I didn’t have much expectations from the start, but anyways the whole place in general like entrance, hallways, etc. look like cheap, bad hospital, bathrooms look literally like prison, sinks and lights turn off automatically so you can’t even decently wash teeth, one of the SHOWERS DON’T HAVE HOT WATER, the front desk guy is frustrated and super rude and as far as breakfast .. would be better if they didn’t even have it. Wasted money, better off with a couple of bucks more for an air bnb, big mistake! 👎

Great location, customer service, clean. The place felt modern, good kitchen facilities. The showers were a bit annoying (kept turning off) however not the end of the world.

We spent 3 (March 6-9) nights in this hostel. The location is very good , many restaurants are close to the hostel. Metro station within 2minutes where you can reach any sights within 15 minutes. Breakfast was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We had a great time there. Greetings from Hungary. 🇭🇺🤝🇪🇸

Horrible customer service. Rooms smell and beds are not clean. Location is awful, rooms are small, standing water in showers, push a button every 10 seconds for water in the shower.

The rooms are run down and it is very over priced. A bed there shouldn't cost more than 15€ MAX.

Overall good value but might feel bit basic. Location is great. Off to side of Gothic and Raval, but immediate area itself has a lot going too. Right by metro as well. Atmosphere will feel like it caters to the party/nightclub scene, should you be into it. After all, it is right by the Apollo Room. Lounge area is pretty noisy and for us, was filled with Brits on vacation (but isn't Barcelona in general, it seems?). Quieter shared workspace are might be nice, but not necessary. Rooms at least were quiet -- we might've just gotten lucky with roommates though, but also were glad to have upcharged for only 4-person dorms. Facilities are fine but basic, reminded me of my experiences with military barracks. Simple open-framed bunks. No separation or privacy curtain. A locker. Bathrooms felt a bit primitive. Push-button thingy you have to re-press frequently (like public bathroom sinks), no simple conveniences like soap holder, water spray direction was fixed and weirdly close to the wall. Lacks ventilation. Dunno who kept taking hot showers, but bathrooms were constantly super muggy. Definitely bring shower sandals. Bracelet keycard system is pretty convenient.

You get good access to most places by metro. The staff are nice and the rooms are relatively clean but I didn't like the bathroom of the ensuite room. There are no handheld shower heads, and it's not nice at all. It was also a bit loud in the lobby at night.

Very good except for the mysterious couple of fiancé always standing (who knows why) at the reception, probably because of a stage. He was doomy and unpleasant, constantly in the kitchen, leaving his skateboard eveywhere. She did not prove really kind or helpful.

The best hostel I have ever stayed in Europe. The location is phenomenal and there are lots of activities. I would stay there again!

Got a very expensive private room of 250 euro per night and got a noisy prison room instead with metal doors missing locks inside, old air-conditioning that couldn't be adjusted from the room, small space, horrible prison shower with a button you have to press every minute. Never again

Spent a night here with my familia. Such a lovely haven. Super clean. There were 5 of us so we got a room to ourselves. Cami at reception was fantastico! She even shared her mate with this fellow argentino. Slept like a log after flying in from Chicago. So much so we missed the bfast. Location was excellent. We took the ‘subte’ everywhere. Also, enjoyed a couple sangrias at happy hour. Even got in some table tennis. 😀

My sister and I booked this hostel and the stay was underwhelming. To begin with the worst of it, we booked a coed room but were put in a room with 6 men and no other women on our first night. This hardly counts as coed with such an uneven ratio. We even met someone else who was the only woman in a room of 6, and she felt uncomfortable with the ratio as well. When we got into our room it was like walking into a frat house, there were beer cans all around the floor. The showers were also clogged throughout our entire stay. Additionally, they don’t have the activities that they advertise online. It’s a great location, but some changes definitely need to be made to make female travelers feel more welcome and safe.

We spent a night there as a group of 4. We still don't know if we had a miss understanding at the moment of paying the bill or if they tried to make a fraud. About the rooms, it's small but OK. The bathroom was dispointing. It's a shared one, so you have to leave the room in order to use it. No doors for the shower just a curtain, wasn't feeling really safe.. wasn't clean (coins, dirt, stem cotton on the floor) but it's more the customers than the hostel itself. Girl's bathroom was clean. Overall it does the job, it's perfectly fine for a night, but it won't be my choice if I wanted to stay longer.

The hostel staff is amazing. They were lovely at all moments with us and gave us excellent tips about hidden places in the city. The room is really comfortable and clean as well. The atmosphere was very chilled and they are suuuuper centrally located so we could go by walk to the main highlights of the city! We really loved our stay there!

really great place to stay, friendly staff secure rooms and personal lockers in the room with additional secure storage in the main building an bar with 2 euro drinks. Wish I could have stayed longer, bummed by check in time being later in the day (2pm) and breakfast is kinda later in the day 8-10am. And sometimes theres strong smell of sweat but its August and humid here so lucky to have ac. Wish there was more communication on part of the hostel led events though

I was positively surprised with this hostel. Let's be clear, don't expect anything wow, in order not to get disappointed. What I particularly liked was lobby, bar and staff. Lobby is spacious with a ping pong table, a lot of space to sit down and relax. Bar have, or at least had, happy hour(s) when the beer is like 1,5€. The lowest price, and more surprisingly, the best beer I had tried during my stay in Barcelona. As of staff, Slovenian guy Tadei and Portuguese guy Manuel were amazing, so cool guys, willing to help you out and hang out. Rooms are as in other hostels, quite small, but relatively clean. Toilets are unacceptable tho. Oh, and you will have some sort of breakfast included in price, which is convenient, to have a quick snack before go out... :))

One of the best hostel that I've ever been. It's clean. Kitchen is great, lobby is huge. Reception opens 24h. One RFID key for everything (main entrance, room and locker). There is AC everywhere. Mattresses are good, bunk beds are alright. Less impressive are the showers and bathrooms. Water is warm this is the most important. Our staffs was great, giving informations with the smile. This is not the cheapest hostels but it's worth it.

BEST HOSTEL I have stayed in throughout Europe & the staff are so helpful with anything. Beds are comfortable & the whole place is very clean. Nice & quite at night so no problems with sleeping. Lovely areas to sit in inside & outside. Great washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is always clean & tidy with a large fridge to put our food in. Showers are good & have plenty of space in them. Love the recycling bins that are provided throughout the dining area & handy to the kitchen. Handy to main attractions & in easy walking distances. Metro close by. Went on both morning & afternoon walking tours which were very informative & saw some great sights. Thankyou so much for my stay here at your Hostel, I have really enjoyed it. 😊

Great hostel on a great location in Barcelona. Bedrooms need to be renewed but the common rooms are greatly functional. Staff is really nice and people were awesome. Had a fantastic stay, would recommend 100%!

Twin private roomy and clean. Some fixtures in the room are a bit loose. Great vibe in the lobby area. Excellent location (couldn't be in a better place). Close to El Raval. Can feel music bass sometimes.

Close to a metro stop, breakfast included, lockers with locks provided, towels not provided, it's clean. The street outside is a little loud. The best hostel bed I've ever slept on. Great for the money and location.

Great hostel, but when a guy in my room was eating Doritos and spilling crumbs all over the place, they didn't clean it for 3 days even when we asked. Kinda started to smell cheesy, lol. Would stay again though .
