Ok so I will start with the bad things, but there is good too. - The twin bad is super small more like a single and a half bad. - In our time of stay, April 2019 (14-18 of April) the air conditioner was only capable to warm the room and from some reason in the night the room got hotter and warmer and it was really not comfortable and intolerable. - the window view was really bad, but I guess I didn’t pay for a beautiful window view. ........... The Good. - AMAZING Location! Seriously very close to everything. For Starbucks lovers, there is one right next door. Good restaurant in a 5 minute walk. Main streets like literally few minutes away by walking. That was the actual reason for us to choose this hotel. - Nice smart TV with Netflix. - In our room, 207, the shower was very nice! * plus, the staff was very nice. That is it. If you looking for something cheap, with an awesome location, and not a garbage facilities this is the place - clean, nice, and averagely. Enjoy!

Pretty nice hotel. The localisation close to the city enabled us to get to every tourist attraction not using the public transport! Breakfast was itself good. There was big choice of food so I guess everyone could find something for themselves to eat (I did although I am a very choosey person). The room we got was quite claustrophobic but it was ok for a few days in the city. Everything was as I expected and the little suprise in our room on Valentine's Day was such a lovely idea (I really appreciate it!) Gracias por todo! :)

Great city centre location. Nice rooms, modern and clean. Good bathroom with powerful shower. Friendly staff, breakfast option very well organised with good Corona-measures to ensure health and safety.

I really loved staying here. I would recommended to my friends and family. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved my room, it was not big but had enough room for my things. The facilities such as large smart tv, wifi were good. Nice and clean Shower /toilet . The bed was so comfortable i had no problems sleeping. There was a small fridge packed with drinks and food you have to pay for. But was expensive. The breakfast selection was good. Everything was fresh and the host was so welcoming. This hotel was in a good location for place de Catalunya. However my view out of the window was other rooms windows so i kept my curtains closed. Plus at night the banging doors made noise. Over all i would come back again.

The hotel has nice and clean rooms. It serves a great breakfast buffet in the morning and is only on a 2 minute walking distance from Placa de Catalunya. Sometimes, though, it was a bit noisy. Nevertheless, it is a great hotel in a perfect location.

We stayed at BCN Urban for 3 nights in early March. Reception and staff were very nice, our room was surprisingly ok (not large, not tiny) for a 3-star city hotel. However, we wanted a large bed and got two queen beds pushed together. Ugh. Amenities were all there (safe, hairdryer, soap, shower stuff, etc...). Room service cleaned the room every day. My only complaint really is that the bathroom smelled a little, all the time, like sewage. It was gross.

Seriously this place is a gem! If you are in Barcelona and want to stay in a great hotel stay here. The rooms are updated and comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The staff go above and beyond to assist you. If they had more then 5 stars I would have given them more.

Its a very, very basic hotel and the rooms are embarrassingly tiny. The AC sucks and it was very lukewarm in our room on 5th floor. The rooms have a balcony that can easily fit a family in case you want to have a family meal outside, but i found it useless. I have to add, the staff is A+++. I dont want to make it seem like we hated our stay here, we did not. But the rooms are smaller than normal and there is a fridge, but its tiny. I suppose if your visiting Europe, you don't necessarily plan on spending alot time in your room. The funky AC is inexcusable, but overall a decent place

Very good placing. Close to center, metro and squares. There are some troubles with rooms - there are NO windows in many rooms. Just kind of windows with views to the wall. I asked several employees for another room and they refused. But one employee changed my room in outcome. Good place but with some disadvantages. And prices are rather high.

Cheap hotel near center of Barcelona. In the hotel room the ashtray had cigarettes when we checked in. (Visited hotel 2021)
