Booked 2 nights taxes included, arrived at the hostel the receptionist asked me 44€ for “not included taxes”, I booked another hotel where they asked me for 0,44€ (44 cents). And the hostel looks like a crack house, scammers.

the sink in the room works fine albeit being small, the air conditioning works fine and the room is cleaned everyday. the shared bathroom is cleaned thoroughly, but because it’s being shared it’s almost always occupied and you have to wait to use it to shower and freshen up. you could hear people next doors and outside too well- the first morning I was waken up at 7:30 to the sound of kids running and screaming next doors when I intended to sleep in until 10. bed is hard and springy. the location is perfect tho, so if your budget is tight but you’d like a good city center location regardless of the quality of your stay, this is the place for you.

Very good location in Barcelona if you want to be in the centre and close to almost everything. The metro is just outside the door and there are several bus stops. The rooms are small but nice. I booked this place for my parents and they were happy with the stay.

It was really nice. Simple but had everything you need. After all, you're probably just going there to sleep. The bed is comfortable. Private room but public bathroom. You get towels and shampoo and body wash. Your room even has a sink. Very good location. In the center. Staff is very kind and helpful, not always speak English though.

Very convenient location, near metro and airport bus stop. It was also near many bakeries and eateries. The reception staff was warm and helpful. Room was relavtovely clean. If you are very sensitive to bed quality, maybe this place isn't for you, but if you're on a budget it's awesome.

Basic but good value, shared bathroom room, but grateful for the sink in my private room to freshen up. Room is clean, bed is soft and it’s in a good location. Window is nice but you really can’t see much outside.. For one night they collected $3 Euros for taxes from me. Elevator access and need to buzz from a board of many buzzers from the street to initially checkin. Free wifi works good, but isn’t consistent. Overall, I would return for a stay here.

Noisy. Front desk employees talk on the phone all the time and don't just take into account that there are resting guests in nearby rooms. The rooms near the reception are not soundproof, you can hear absolutely everything, it is oppressive, at night, very early in the morning and at all hours of the day. It's like being in the same reception participating in the noise. That is already recommended not to stay there.

Basic necessities, but clean and good location to explore the Gothic area. Stayed in a private room with shared bathroom.

Location: amazing. Many bars and restaurantes. Near to the gay area so if you are gay you will love it 😁 Hostel: I stayed in a private room and it was really good. Bed was good (maybe change the mattress from number 10 room) and very clean. Shower was strong. Small Balcony to the street (great view if you like to see people and drink before dinner). I didn’t hear any noise from the street. Reception: we met 3 different people: one gentleman without English who did his best at night to help me. Day time lovely Colombian lady. Explained how to get to the beach. Always smiling. The hostel has a small kitchen: basic and useful for breakfast. Overall: great!

We booked this accomodation for one night as it fit our relatively tight budget and it actually exceeded our expectations. The rooms were quaint and clean and our double room was sensibly big enough for two people. The shared bathroom was kept surprisingly clean for its 2 star status and the water pressure and warmth was fine. Would also like to say thank you to reception for being kind and helping us with some admin we had to do. Location was quite nice, lots of food and shops in walking distance and very easy to get to Las ramblas.

Victor from reception went above and beyond to welcome me and my family. We had to come here earlier than our reservation and he managed the situation so well. I came from UK so my charger was not suitable and he gave me a suitable charger, and he offered us to have coffee in the reception until the room gets ready

Very good location! Staff is really nice. Towels, shower stuff provided. A/C is quite problematic during our stay though.
