thieves! Dont deserve any stars! Our stay was horrible, staff robbed us literally. Stole our expensive sunglasses which we left there on the table and pendant ,which they just took off the necklace. After we told it to them they just answered ''go to police'' as they knew we had to leave to our bus already. They didnt even tried to look for it, instead they told they would take everything. and before checking in we saw the same situation happening for one lady who was leaving. Rooms extremely dirty, hair everywhere, layers of dust, no towels. hope this hotel will be closed asap. wont recommend it for my worst enemy.

I've read a lot of reviews of this hotel and in my opinion most of them are too negative. It's true that the place needs some redecoration. Paint is peeling in places, there are damp patches on the wall above the shower, the doors are scratched. It wasn't dirty. We had no trouble with noise but then our room was at the back and was quite large. Location is pretty good, handy for the station and ten minutes from the old town. All in all I would say it represents reasonable value for money - but it's not the Sheraton. You get what you pay for.

We spent 5nights in this place and after the first shock we changed our mind. YES, The design is old-fashioned and the walls need some reparation. It's not the *****Hilton. But hey who cares?! We lived next to the train station so we didn't have to take long walk every morning to the train. Next to a beautiful park and the main fashion street. Our room was cleaned every day, new sheets, new towels, clean bathroom. The owner/receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I really don't know what those people think what they got for 110Euros?! It's not the Intercontinental but for our budget it was luxury and the hospitality make it up for everything. Thanks!

Take care of your belongings, everyday we noticed something missing once we arrived in our rooms, like a bikini, earrings, make up articles and a phone's charger. Lock your stuff in your suitcase and don't leave any item unattended.

What can I say it can't be worst everything was horrible the bed was broken the floor was dirty let's not talk about the arguing in the evening they were shouting so loud it definitely doesn't worth a cent of the money they ask....

Don't have any high expectations. You basically pay the price for a convenient location. The staff was nice. The room and bathroom was shabby but clean. Also slightly noisy and hot inside.

Two stars for the room being clean despite old. Our main complain is that several of our small stuff went missing from both of the rooms we booked. So if you're staying, be sure to take care of your belongings.

No air-conditioning, no working WiFi, you can't hold on to your key. Overall a mediocre to bad experience.

The room was not very clean when we arrived paper and crumbs on the table. The bathroom was very rundown we didn’t even use the shower. The woman at reception was not polite on arrival amd just said document and pointed to our room. Another man was in reception later was much nicer. Close to station but we did not few safe . Booked for two nights only stayed one.

The internet was pathetic, the WiFi was poor. They have to buy equipment that improves the Internet signal!

Basic but very clean. Our bathroom was very small & room by noisy road but very convenient for our needs by railway station.
