The hotel isn't located in the old city center, but on the other side of the station. So it's not super located for a city trip. A walk of about 15 minutes to the shopping street. The positive side is that the hotel is easy to reach. And they have a big parking (to be paid). The staff is friendly. And especially the staff that serves the breakfast is super friendly and very helpful. A big plus! Recommended. If you believe this review is useful, then please 'like' it.

Near the train, comfortable, clean and friendly. Some nice outdoor spaces including a pool. There's also a convention center attached with a club that can be busy.

Well actually the worst place I've been in years now. At arrival the bar closed right in front of us at 23h30, flight was a bit delayed. No bars in the neighbourhood to get a drink. Only 1 vending machine in the lobby (takes only cash). The Staff seems always 'too busy' to be friendly. Hardly speak English here. Breakfast was trashed by 9h30. No refills of coffee. Orange juice never came after we ordered it (from the machine was very diluted). Everything seems hard here. The rooms are spacious but dated. The pool looks nice. To end on a happy note.

I booked this hotel because of the Wellness & Spa which they offer on their website. The Wellness & Spa, though, consists in a little extremely stinking place in the basement near the gym. It's dark, has got one tiny sauna and one tiny steam sauna. Everything is small and was dirty when we got there and totally smelly of sewage water, there were no glasses for water and no soap or shampoo. Because of the intense smell we could not stay, but we would not have stayed anyways for all the other reasons. We spoke to the responsible person at the reception but there was no understanding or accommodating from their side. The only thing she did was telling us that she would send someone down to have a look. Other than that she said that that's the way it is and that there were even pictures of the Spa on the website and so on... Just justifying basically. We were very very disappointed. Just to add the positive sides of this place: the room was ok and the bed very comfortable.

Huge room with a sofa as well. Very clean! No balcony :( Pool was great and very warm water. Breakfast was delicious even though initially i thought there was not a great variety of choice. Slightly far from the city centre, but with an electric scooter you can get there in 4-5min. Walking about 20min.

This staff is wonderful!! and so are the gardens surrounding the property. The swimming pool is also very nice.

I have spend 3 nights cost nearly Euro 400 and the reason I booked this hotel it is because hotel have gym and swimming pool facilities, when I ask extra towel for use in pool ,gym and sauna. The front desk informed me that the extra towel will be additional charges!!! . I am solo traveller and the house keeping only left one towel per day in my room. This is 4 star hotel with spa facilities and is a bit of joke hotel didn’t provide the towel to use the facilities! Meanwhile when I look on the website, doesn’t mentioned extra charges for towel to use at gym and pool ! Overall the front desk staff service and breakfast are excellent. I don’t blame house keeper and I would like to thank you to house keeper keep room clean and tidy, I think they just follow company policy. Eventually I don’t think as ‘loyalty ‘ to book some many nights in the same hotel, you only given 1st day check in with full range like towels and hot beverage and bathroom toiletries, soon the following days you most unlikely to get top up or refresh!

I really would give it 4.5 stars. It needs some updates. Pool was great. Gym the A/C didn't work. However A/c in my room was excellent...that rarely happens in Europe. Location was a little out of the way. But overall, the hotel was a solid Very Good.

The breakfast is something to look forward to.. the staff are all warm to guests, makes them feel at home and always there to assist . Will recommend this hotel to anyone that loves good things ✨️ ☺️ ❤️

Very spacious rooms. Everything is old but clean. Nothing to do nearby but can park your car safely in the night. Nice environment inside hotel site. Kind staff. Perfect breakfast.

Beautiful secluded complex. Everything is excellent from the room to the pool, the restaurant, the quality of the food, and mostly the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you are in Bari.

My wife and I were travelling the country and stayed in many hotels. The Mercure Villa Romanazzi Carducci in Bari was our top pick for service, cleanliness, and most of all food. I can say that without a doubt the best meal I have ever eaten in my life was at the hotel restaurant. I came back from my trip a few days ago and have continued to pass high praise for our stay at this establishment. Wonderful top floor apartment with a magnificent view. Old world luxury The best part about the hotel is that it feels like a Sanctuary and a retreat, secluded away from the chaos of the bustling town. Comes with all the creature comforts and frills of a higher-end Mercure hotel LOCATION: Very odd location that is a bit far from the old town as well a good walk from the Train station entrance. DINE + DRINK: Good Lobby level restaurant that served fine local cuisine. ROOM: We stayed in Room 110, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the garden and the pool at a distance; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a full range of weights and Cardio machines good for a full-on workout. But a bit stuffy as it is in the basement. They also have a lovely Outdoor swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile, but the front desk could certainly add more staff to handle the crowd! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi(50 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Super Tiny TV - that almost felt like a joke - that streamed only ITALIAN language media predominantly!

I attended a conference here, but did not stay in the hotel. For a conference venue, it was very well equipped and had a beautiful campus. Even the gardens had WiFi, which made it great for checking email between sessions.

The hotel was lovely specifically Michael he was superb, he made us amazing food throughout our entire stay especially the club sandwich! Noor also was brilliant with us at reception! We Will be back soon! Great service!

Hotel was absolutely ok even if the building itself is getting a little old. Nice outside area. Location isn’t great - too far to walk from station with luggage and quite a way from the nicer parts of the city.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities. Very nice outdoor pool. A little bit too far to walk into the old town. The breakfast area is very nice however the breakfast lack vegetables. The staff were friendly but not organised on weekend when the breakfast area was busy. I still recommend this place and if we came back to the Bari I will consider staying in this hotel again.

Nice hotel with swimming pool and garden. Good food on the restaurant and reasonable prices. I liked my stay but as swimming pool is 16+ personel should react for screaming and jumping kids as it was annoying.

Very limited choice of breakfast . Atmosphere in restaurant like you wanna still from them. I had ants 🐜 in my room. Air conditioning couldn’t be switched off witch calls me neck muscle pain.

I'm staying at the hotel at this very moment, we like the style of the hotel but now I'm very angry. First night was already a party in front of our room and we didn't complain, still we were in holiday mood. Now, second night the music is even louder and my nine months old child can't sleep. I went to front desk and she went to supervisor (my guess the GM who didn't bother to talk to me). The lady from front desk was terrified to speak English but explained that this is our bad, they need the business and WE DONT CARE. What a terrible hotel and supervisor.

Overall we liked the hotel. The pool and park was very nice and you can easily relax there. It is a little far from everything in town, but manageable. Approx 20-30 min walk to the old town. The room was spacious and clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It was probably the biggest bed we ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was ok, don’t know if this was due to COVID, but the selection was meager for non packaged food.

Good price/quality, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple but clean, bed is comfortable and shower is good.A terrace is spacious. Also we liked the beautiful territory, although couldn't enjoy the pool as it opens only at 10:30 (quite late). Breakfast was very good - selection of Italian pastries, very very good omlette made fresh, good cheeses and meat delicacies. However, we felt that the hotel is really short in staff. The breakfast was a mess as there have been only 3 waiters for many many guests. The same in their restaurant at dinner. The directiry should hire more personnel.

I especially enjoyed the dinner at the carducci restaurant. Very good and tasty food and Good service. In a family of four we did take many dishes and all of them were very well prepared and we really enjoyed having dinner at the Carducci.
