The only good thing I have to say about our 4 day stay is that the room was clean. The hallway smells nasty from someone cooking with to much curry. The breakfast was nasty and what was there was little Debbie donuts you can buy at the store. No fruit or yogurt and the biscuits and gravy looked a week old. The property has so many weeds and looks unkept. They let people use the parking lot as a hangout playing loud music, smoking weed and other activities of nasty nature. I will not return and I used to stay here a lot. Don't feel safe and owner/management are lacking business skills at the least.

Rooms look nice but that’s it. You have to either bring your own towels or use your room towels for the pool ( which leaves you with no towels for a shower). They do not have pool towels or extra towels. Kids and adults running and screaming In the halls at all hours of the night/morning and nothing was done about it even after a complaint. Staff treated us like we were idiots. If you’re looking to stay, party and be loud all night it’s a great place but an awful place for a family to stay!!!

No elevators just stairs as warning. It's older, we rented the hot tub room, spacious room, older tv but still hdmi (bring a laptop or something the resolution was bad otherwise.) Hot tub was great, no table besides the laptop desk. Bed was good and clean. Cleaning team friendly and energetic. Breakfast was okay. Pool looked nice never tried it. Also normal bathroom too with shower. AC worked, smells outside sometimes a bit much (city sewers). Parking lot was fine. Location nice, sirens (a police station nearby, police heading out to calls.) Seemed fine right next the colleges and older buildings like city hall etc. 2/4 minute drives. Lots of great delivery restaurants with gluten free options nearby. Wifi was spotty, and disconnected often, worked good when connected. Room reminded us of the 80's some fixes that were a bit strange here and there but worked.

The hotel was clean, and the room was large, but the neighborhood isn't the best, and their were unsavory people near by. Their was someone sleeping on the lobby couch, in the morning, and their were always people near the lobby door smoking. I felt safe in the room, but as soon as I stepped out the lobby door, I did not feel safe. I won't stay there again, and that's too bad, because the hotel is really nice for the price.

The only thing I really liked about this Hotel was their free continental breakfast. The beds were actually comfortable and the weather wasn't that bad either. I would definitely book another stay here, for the service was pretty good and the employees were kind and courteous

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Reserved a 2 queen beds bedroom…got maybe a bed and a half. Bathroom door HITS the potty. Apparently NO manager on site to request new accommodations or a refund! Called their “customer care” center and that’s a joke! Bed bugs reported as of 2 months ago! “Customer care” hangs up—guess o won’t be getting that refund…seriously?!!! Booked my mom and my 8 year old twins at the Holiday Inn Express instead. Better and cleaner room. Manager on duty. Better service!

Location is great! Really cool zoo nearby. Room was kinda gross with a concerning stain on the mattress. Staff was super friendly and helpful when our roomkey broke and the pool was awesome!

Amazing front desk service :) would come back again just because of that. Pool and hot tub were super nice, air/heat worked well in the rooms. Comfy beds! Continental breakfast was a little mediocre but overall would recommend to most people. There is no elevator so that may not accommodate some people.

Front desk people are soo humble and the way receiving their guest is extraordinary. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Breakfast was so good and my family liked it. We thank the general manager Dhara for guiding us. I suggest best hotel in Battle Creek. I’ll be visiting again for sure.

I want to enjoy the experience for the time that I have. I want to enjoy the experience for the days that will last. I want to join the experience so I can rest and get some sleep. I like to breakfast here. It is great to eat but I've been disturbed and bothered with and people harassing me and listen to my conversation which I don't either bother them or listening their conversation. As you can see, people need to mind their own business and to get things done they don't need to listen to me because I'm relaxing and sleeping and watching TV but if you want to make my enjoyment a pleasure here, just leave me beef

Room was as expected, clean, and well appointed not fancy. Heated pool and hot tub were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and a variety to enjoy. The rate was excellent the staff was exceptional. If in the area I would definitely stay there. I was a bit concerned about the area when we pulled in but absolutely nothing nothing to worry about

If I could I would give this place a zero star review. I did not feel very safe at this hotel especially traveling as a single female. I believe they have people that are living in the hotel and the room smell like they are covering something up. Definitely lots of marijuana smells in the hallway. I left after 2 hours walking around the premises and not feeling comfortable and the smell of my room. I I told the front desk that I was leaving to find a room and because it was late at night I would call them to discuss the issue and get a refund. I finally called in and they did not budge or even care or apologize. Do not stay here.

Very nice place I think. Didn't arrive until 10 pm, very nice staff, including the manager, very nice guy. My room was clean, very comfortable and clean bed. Now the curtains were a slight issue as very sheer when you are trying to dress, that is really my only minor complaint. Went to the hot tub for a dip. Had it to myself and was very pleasant. Clean water and didn't smell very chlorinated at all. Breakfast was good, got some hot breakfast and coffee. Was an overall great experience and am looking forward to continued business in this establishment...... now I have to update this as I stayed another night and already booked it and when I went to renew my room keys I was charged full price for the room I already paid for and when I told them they double charged me they said they canceled that transaction but I never received my almost 90 dollars back. I have to go to battle creek every month, so I may restore the stars if they make it right in December. I hope they do as I enjoyed the hotel very much and would like to come here every month I have to be in the area.

I see a lot of negative comments on here and it baffles me. Battle Creek isn't very impressive when I'm out and about. I would expect this place to be a complete DIVE for how inexpensive it is. I've paid three times this price to have far less in other cities. My room is spotless... the pool was empty so my son & I had a blast down there! The pool was SO warm! The hallways are clean! The gentleman at the front desk was so kind he even let me use his charger for my phone. There's plenty of available towels sitting next to the front desk. Anytime I have needed anything extra they have had no problem accommodating. My kids and I love to come here as a little get away to swim.. for 60 bucks, you can't beat that!! :-) 10 across the board from us! Also.. I've seen many families who stay long term because they're homeless. I'm sure this hotel doesn't get paid full for their rooms and I think it's great they do that for people in need! SO MUCH FUN! 5 stars!

Well I am so thankful for the discount room rate for the travelers. I am also writing this review due to reading others and I will say always look into something for yourself. My room is so nice, all new furniture, my room smells so fresh, my sheets are crispy white. My tub & toilet looks pretty new. Hot water the entire time I showered , My room might be a newly renovated but either way I rate my room a 10 . So glad I didn’t read the review and run.

This hotel is terrible. The service is lacking. I reserved a block of 6 rooms and we were spread all over the hotel. The rooms only had 2 towels no wash cloths. Half our rooms had broken light switches in bathrooms. One of the tubs had cigarette burns. The pool is absolutely disgusting. It was freezing cold and the water was super dirty. There was someones hair braid in it. We asked for towels for the pool and they said they were out of them. I wish I could share some photos here!! Nothing like the site protrays. The noise was over the top. Fights in several rooms near us all night. Outside our room were cars with bass blasting until at least 3am. Sleep was hard to come by. The over all feel was not good. It did not feel safe.

It worked out that it was a very good location for our crafts show event at Kellogg Arena. The updates getting done on this hotel are great. Room real clean and good Breakfast. Held us just fine till lunch. Matthew the front desk worker was very friendly and wanted to make sure our needs were met. We will stay there again if we need hotel in that area again.

The pool and hot tub were really nice. Not busy. Clean hot tub room. Needs a little updating but we were happy with the overall experience. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend to a friend.

So I chose this hotel to have a good night with friends I payed full price plus deposit and at like 2 am we found bed bugs in the bed and the guy at the front desk basically told us he would put us in a different clean room. We was told this one was clean I didn’t trust it I asked for a refund Becuase we ended up leaving at 2 am and he told me the best they can do is $50 in a refund so I will be calling my lawyer! Do not recommend!! At all!

Overall our stay was nice. The pool is excellent and warm. The room was mostly nice, loved that we could get a room with a jacuzzi. It was in need of a good update and smelled a little musty in the halls (and our room smelled like cigs, but we just sprayed some air freshener and were good). The guys we talked to at the front desk were great, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, basically just carbs with one thing that had sausages in it 😂 but hey it was free so I won't complain. Overall a good stay, would go back.

We stayed in one of the suites with the balcony overlooking the pool. The room was clean and beautiful and suited all of our needs. The employee that checked us in (Jermaine I believe) was very kind, efficient, and conversational. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!

Nope, never again. Was my second stay here one year apart. Figured I could handle anything just for one night. Was so wrong. NO ELEVATORS HERE. Was dumped in a "suite" that had one side chair, no desk. I needed a love seat or couch due to a recent injury. Was moved UPSTAIRS and no elevator. Dents in walls, just felt and looked dumpy. Stay away. Would rather pay twice as much somewhere else.

Loved this place , the rooms were large, had a desk& chair , a sitting chair , micro and fridge. Internet .Great shower and the rooms quiet. Also close to everything you’d want to see and do in Battle Creek. The staff including the cleaning crew were outstanding - would definitely recommend

In my opinion this hotel is the best hotel in the whole state, based on value, cleanliness, amenities, but most of all…. Their incredible staff. Mathew, just one of the quality staff members, is a refreshing example of an employee who actually takes pride in his job and is genuinely kind. He enjoys his job and it shows! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who demands the most for their money. The pool/hot tub area is perfect and as a bonus beautiful. Their Dtown location is convenient, clean, and inviting. We stay here anytime we can! Thanks Mathew!!!!! ✌🏼
