    1) Bad location 2) unhelpful front desk personnel. At no time did I find them helpful. They try to avoid providing free shuttle to and from the metro station etc. will not order food from outside. Told me to go to any nearest restaurant and order myself. Will not call for a taxi, saying they don’t have taxis available and told me to go to the street and find one myself. Travesty is that none of them speak English in a full sentence. A tourist destination with staff who don’t speak English. This is the last time I will stay at this Ramada. It shows how poor the management is. There are many, many problems with this hotel. I just mentioned a couple here.

Flight got cancelled. Turkish Airlines offered room. Its over an hour away from the airport. I could stay for 2.5 hours. The food offered was bad and I got food poisoning. If it wasnt for that, I 'd say nothing bad about the hotel. Turkish Airlines - never again!

I’ve stayed in many hotels. Never have I experienced something like I did at the Ramada Encore. A group of people next room to me would not shut up all night. After countless times of calling them to be quiet, knocking on their door, having staff up here, the guys won’t shut up and the hotel refuses to kick them out. So, I guess I can just blast my music on speakers and wake everyone up. The hotel can’t kick me out. When I asked about kicking them out for disturbing guest and being repeatedly told, the hotel seemed to have no concept of this. What a low level class hotel to not even know this is possible. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. Front desk has proven to not know basic Hotel standards and are useless

Customer service needs to improve a lot. They are rude and thirsty for money. They wanted to charge $100 dollars for laundry service (6 pieces) The rooms are not noise sealed, so you can hear absolutely every noise from your neighbors. Rooms require a lot of deep cleaning, on the photos you can see how much humidity and dust is inside the room.

This hotel is amazing!! Very clean, great food in the dining room and top notch service!!! A call out to Levent and Navzat in the dining room who went above and beyond to make my stay here most memorable! I plan to come back to Turkey again soon and when I do, I will be staying here again to see my new friends!!!

Wouldn’t recommend, staff aren’t attentive perhaps due to the language barrier? But the reason for the 1 star review is due to the way they handled our check out, we were booked to stay for 7 days and instead it was 3. So what did Ramada decide to do? They decided to take our belongings out the room going through our personal items and dumping it in pile and put it in the lobby. Would’ve been polite for them to let us know so we could extend the days due to the mix up that was on their end. Also their wifi is the worse, it is slow and always disconnects once you close your device, if you’re working remote this will be a major issue. They also did not clean our room despite us putting the sign up for it be cleaned and telling the receptionist. But I’m happy we ended up leaving earlier than planned and booked a better hotel closer to the city. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a foe. If you have other options just go to another hotel, they put a real stain on the Ramada brand.

Rooms stink of cigarettes. Overall clean but not comfortable. Beds too soft for comfort. Service and food is impeccable with friendly and efficient staff. Location is little off the grid in case you wish to explore the city...somewhere in middle of nowhere. There is noise disturbance of the traffic and train tracks

Meals for passengers booked into this hotel are dreadful. Meals provided are like feeding dogs or Cats. Dreadful is for lack of a better word.

Ercan, Hotel is not safe! Large square lamp fell almost on child's head. Glass pieces were over the whole floor of the room. They looked and blamed us and forced us to pay for it. They let the childeren sleep in a room full of glass. They were more interested in the money than in the safety of the childeren. I examined the lamp in my own room and that was certainly not fixed properly and was the glass lose.

I ended at Ramada Encore due to a cancelled flight to Trabzon. Turkish Airlines transports passenger that missed their flights or facing cancellations to Ramada Encore. I think the staff deserves a compliment. People that missed their connecting flight are tensed and light flammable, but the staff is so kind and helpful that the tension flows away. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was good (enough). So all in all a deserved 4 stars. I there was more time i would explore the surroundings. Would like to come here in other circumstances. René.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and welcoming and want to give you the best service. Nevzat went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything and quite clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The food selection we found to be fine and the quality good. Only downside is the location - it’s not in a very touristic area which for us was fine as we were with a guided tour, but taxis will be required if you are going it alone!

The hotel charges 5 Euros per minute for in-room phone calls, and guests receive only two complimentary water bottles per day. Any additional bottles come at a charge of 2 Euros, whereas they can be purchased for just 0.20 cents outside. It is recommended to buy a sim card from an external source it's around 30 US dollars. The hotel is situated quite a distance from central areas, leading to Uber Eats declining delivery requests. The in-house dining come at a higher cost than external restaurants. Nonetheless, the room itself is satisfactory, earning a 4-star rating, and the room service is commendable, However you could hear the people from the other room easily.

service was good, the people at the front desk were very nice. the hotel is located in an industrial area where u cannot walk around it. in a taxi or a car it’s close to many areas, like fatih and sultanahmet, but you cannot walk there.

All the staff are cheerful, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and include the necessities and more. The food is just delicious, varied and very yummy. I recommend that you don't miss the Turkish tea towards the end of your meal. Thank you for a great stay. :)

The hotel has a very good service and very good personnel. The location of the hotel is also near touristic places. The only complaint i could have is that the hotel is near a railroad and it makes noise from time to time other than that i recommend this hotel to anyone that want to have a quick touristic stay in İstanbul.

The Ramada encore is a good place to stay in. Their breakfast variet is quite good. The cleaning of hotel was very good. The rooms was a bit smaller and the sound proofing of rooms and washrooms was almost nill. You can stay with your partner here but would be difficult to stay with colleagues or friends.

The staff is polite. The room is pleasant. The metro runs along the main road. The noise of trains can be annoying even when the window is closed. Breakfast is varied. You can also get an omelette for some extra cost. Close to a MAL ... Buy and eat can be good.

Good hotel with helpful people at the reception and restaurant. Location is a little off if you're in Istanbul for a vacation. Takes a while to get to Sultanahmet and late night walks back from metro did not seem safe. Housekeeping needs improvement. Once they just put up a "your room has been sanitized sign" and the room clearly wasnt even cleaned. The good thing is that the staff at the reception were willing to listen, help, explain routes, call taxis, or even uber when no taxi was available. So big thanks to Furkan, Ramzan and Emre from the front desk.

Very pleasant hotel the staff is amazing especially Nevzat, Levent, Diren, Isik and Ertunc from the restaurant were beyond amazing, caring and professional. Diren and Isik were amazing who were mostly at the restaurant for breakfast! The bellboys were extremely nice Berkant, Berat, Adem and Esref they always did their best to help me find taxis and we’re always very polite and professional as well. I stayed in room 1015 on the 10th floor when I requested to stay additional few nights the receptionist Ramazan, he was very helpful and always polite and professional as well. The whole staff was very pleasant! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The worst hotel you could book, firstly there is a massive language barrier it’s like getting blood out off stone when you need to ask for something, the staff some are okay and the rest are rude and unhelpful. The food is the worst they give you horrible food it puts you off eating. The location is not suitable for women without a male, the roads are very unless to walk around. If I was you opt for somewhere central the prices are less and the hospitality is 100% better.
