Nice clean rooms. Front desk staff friendly and awesome. Room attendants were awesome and over the top. Cleaned our room, made beds and supplied us with new linens. Overall, it's a nice hotel. Modern, clean, quite. Breakfast was tasty and the pool was huge (and almost warm). The mystery is why they built such spacious rooms...with a bathroom so small you literally had to squeeze into the corner to close the door.

Good hotel. Very family friendly. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was excellent. They made sure all the guests were satisfied and weren't missing anything. Our only complaint was the bathroom in the room. It was VERY small and no fan.

To begin our reservation wasnt found in their system for multiple rooms. After many searches it was discovered the last name was spelt wrong. One of the rooms smelt like mold and musty, phone didnt work. The others had smells but not as bad. Phones didnt work, bathrooms didnt look cleaned. Ac ran all night in one. Ac didnt work in another. We had to go back to the room upon checkout and the house keeping had no sheets with her or on her cart and was making the bed with the same sheets we slept in. Not even close to the Marriott standards. Disgusting.

We love this hotel, the staff and service are great. The ice maker in the lobby area is a nice touch. The rooms are clean and comfy, with a very well laid out breakfast. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Pros. Decent staff. Clean. Good room sizes. Cons : a bit dated. It’s actually set up like a motel. The gym is almost non existent. Very small and dingy with 2 treadmills. The corridor to gym stinks of bleach.

Firstly, the A/C has no thermostat so it just runs all night. Very hard to sleep with a the fan running all the time. Secondly, the hotel put an extra charge $200 charge on my credit card. When I showed them I paid on full already, the lady with green hair at the front desk kept saying over and over again that there is a remaining balance on my room and there is nothing she can do. Very bad customer. I will never stay here again.

Nice chain. A little different style with the suites but I liked it. Huge pool. 100% OJ was 90%water 10%juice. Thought it was a fluke but every day. Ate elsewhere for my stay.

This is a great value and clean hotel near the expressway and dining & shopping. For an older odd layout hotel it is very clean, updated, friendly accommodating staff, comfy bed/room, nice pool, decent basic breakfast, and good value. The hotel could use a few more updates (doors, hallway lights) but overall it's mainly been updated. The staff were great. The breakfast was basic but good value. The bathrooms, room, and pool were all very clean. The only recommendations I'd give management is repair the non functioning front parking lot lights, get a larger illuminated Fairfield sign (hard to notice currently), and replace the old bathroom and hallway doors.

Had to change rooms do to black specs and hairs all over the matress and sheets. The second room had no black specs on the matress but the bathroom had not been cleaned.. what seemed to be for weeks. Clerk services were very nice and helpful.

Wow, the breakfast buffet here. Exceptional- never had such a great (included) hotel breakfast in my travels… I only picked up a handful of items but there was so much choice and a great variety of everything. Couldn’t be more satisfied. The rooms and hotel is nice as well, staff are lovely as per all Marriott branded hotels, and everything is clean. Very happy!

Quick one-night stay here in September. Room was huge, and bed was comfy. Breakfast was pretty good too early the next morning. Lots of parking and close to anything else you would need. Will stay again if every back in town

Room quiet and clean, bed very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was varied and tasty each time. The staff is very friendly and attentionate, and they go the extra mile so to keep you happy. The hotel is providing a direct access to the 401, it is located close to a large mall and is directly behind a wonderful park on the Moira river, it could not be better! This was a true worry free stay, highly recommended!

My son and I came to stay for a few days, despite a few minor things everything was great..All the staff is very friendly and always trying too accommodate and help in anyway. The beds are very comfortable and you get a great night sleep.Also have a very good breakfast. Great place to bring your family.

Go to Belleville hotel. Have plugged in the car a few times to get charge near the front door. Check out the Italian place near the gas station (little Italy on 62).. it’s literally one of the best Italian restaurants in ontario..

Love their pool and free breakfast. However, the hygiene at this place could be a bit of a concern. I found a hair stuck on the bath towels when I checked in. If you zoom in the picture you will see that.
