The service was great. The room was okay (a bit dated), but the toilet seat was the real star. That was by far the fanciest porcelain thrown that my rear-end has ever experienced. It had heated seats, a heated bidet and a dryer. I didn't know such things existed, but I now have a life goal for my home. Thanks for the stay!

The worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve been to. I’m a frequent traveler and member yet wasn’t treated with the same respect at this location as I usually am at other locations. Front desk staff didn’t even tell me about the gym next door because this location doesn’t have a gym. I had to bring my own weights in which I rarely do at a hotel. Only had breakfast once since no one was wearing a mask — no staff and no guests. Housekeeping staff stared at me for wearing a mask, were unfriendly and unhelpful yet when another guest who wasn’t wearing a mask wanted to empty her recycling, the housekeeping staff were eager to help. Funny how that works. Disgusted by their attitude. Bur that aside, there was a problem with the air conditioning. It didn’t reach the entire room, pointed up towards the stained curtains and didn’t keep the humidity down so the room was moldy and musty and smelled horribly. The bathroom has been remodeled and has an electric bidet so there’s that but the ac system needs to be changed and updated.

I am a fan of the Express. This was a decent stay but they put me in a room on the first floor right next to where the housekeepers were working. A bit loud. I have stayed here before and been very happy. It is close to shopping and good restaurants. Hard to go wrong. Try Extremes for food and drink at the bottom of the hill. No need to drive and excellent.

Very consistent. I stay here anytime I’m in town for business. The rooms are well appointed and updated. The hotel allows access to the public gym next door but be forewarned, it closes very early.

I am a fan of Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are clean, staff is nice. You have use of Dove brand toiletries. They offer a very nice free breakfast. It's a real breakfast, not continental.

Loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express! We were there for 5 days moving our daughter. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We loved that they cleaned your room everyday without being asked to. Most of all they are super dog friendly and had treats waiting for the dogs.

The good, pool was open at 6am and breakfast was hot and location has easy access. The bad The website states they have suites, but they don't. They are studio apartments. Our room was missing a smoke detector. Bathroom had 2 towel bars, 1 by the sink for hand towels one over the toilet. There was a tear in the upholstered head board. The door handle stayed in the down position on the inside. The staff didn't know the area. We wanted a light dinner, they had no clue where to send us, we also wanted a park that we could watch the sun rise over the mountains, no clue there either, and there wasn't a book on the area in the room with attractions or restaurants.

Very happy with my stay! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Dog and disability friendly.

The staff ignored us coming in and out of the lobby. The hallways and room reeked of weed/lemon grass, it was very very very strong and gave me a headache. Not sure what it was but it was horrible. On a side note, you get a fancy bidet on your toilet so that’s cool.

Great holiday inn. The night service was better than the day service. The night service host was friendlier. They didn't hold people accountable with their dogs in the dining room or I would have given 5 stars. The facility was clean, well organized and I loved the heated toilet seats in the king sized rooms. 👌

The front desk attendant Isabella was professional, courteous, and had our party of 4 checked into our 4 separate rooms quickly. The entire hotel is clean, the staff keeps up on the interior and grounds very well. Each staff member I've encountered has been helpful and friendly and approachable. I travel often for work and always enjoy staying at this location!

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I have been coming out here for work every week for the last couple years and see a lot of the same rooms, which are spotless and smell nice. The breakfast is amazing and the lady in charge of the area is very nice and takes great care over the food and maintenance of the food areas. The bacon is just awesome. The maintenance team is great too. I have never had to worry about anything on these grounds. Completely on the ball. I am greeted with a friendly smile when i come through the door, no matter how busy the day is. The team here is exceptional and i will continue to come here for as long as i can.

This hotel did a great job accommodating people for our event, multiple performers from out of town. Everyone had a great stay, comfortable, clean and wonderful staff. The GM was very easy to work with, friendly and professional. We appreciate the Holiday Inn Express Bellingham!

For a room at about $185 plus tax a night on a Wednesday they need to make some serious improvements. No streaming tvs. The comforter is basically a wad of sheets. Everything is very old and outdated. The plugs on the lamps don’t work so it’s hard to charge your phone while your sleeping. The headboards are torn and peeling. Our curtains are sheer ivory and the outer curtains don’t close. We are right over the circle drive so we don’t feel a sense of privacy. Plus the sun is going to wake us up at the crack of dawn. Our carpet must have just been shampooed so it’s still damp and sticky. There is no restaurant or bar. The Sheraton a few miles away was 175 a night is much nicer. Either reduce the price or up your game. This is the second Holiday inn I have stayed at recently and both were very unacceptable. The staff here seems nice so this is not about them.

Had a great two night stay. The hotel/room was clean, safe, and comfortable! In addition, its location is not only conveniently near I5, it's not right next to the highway so the room was very quiet! The stay also includes free breakfast (good selection of hot and cold food), a small pool, a jacuzzi, and let you use the full gym next door for free. All in all, if peaceful mind and restful sleep is a must, I highly recommend you pay a little extra for this Holiday Inn Express, instead of staying at a random budget hotel/motel.
