The
worst
Holiday
Inn
Express
I’ve
been
to.
I’m
a
frequent
traveler
and
member
yet
wasn’t
treated
with
the
same
respect
at
this
location
as
I
usually
am
at
other
locations.
Front
desk
staff
didn’t
even
tell
me
about
the
gym
next
door
because
this
location
doesn’t
have
a
gym.
I
had
to
bring
my
own
weights
in
which
I
rarely
do
at
a
hotel.
Only
had
breakfast
once
since
no
one
was
wearing
a
mask
—
no
staff
and
no
guests.
Housekeeping
staff
stared
at
me
for
wearing
a
mask,
were
unfriendly
and
unhelpful
yet
when
another
guest
who
wasn’t
wearing
a
mask
wanted
to
empty
her
recycling,
the
housekeeping
staff
were
eager
to
help.
Funny
how
that
works.
Disgusted
by
their
attitude.
Bur
that
aside,
there
was
a
problem
with
the
air
conditioning.
It
didn’t
reach
the
entire
room,
pointed
up
towards
the
stained
curtains
and
didn’t
keep
the
humidity
down
so
the
room
was
moldy
and
musty
and
smelled
horribly.
The
bathroom
has
been
remodeled
and
has
an
electric
bidet
so
there’s
that
but
the
ac
system
needs
to
be
changed
and
updated.
