This place was amazing. Super clean, the front staff was beyond amazing. The warm cookies were just what I needed. On entering the lobby I dropped everything and made quite a mess. The staff rushed over to help. I have never been at a hotel where I felt more at home. Don't judge my pictures I post. We are mountain climbers and our gear was all over the room. Nonetheless, the rooms were absolutely spotless.

Lots of noise from other guests in the hall. Not yelling, just normal conversations but we could hear them clearly. Soundproofing is sorely needed. I'm a sound sleeper but was awakened before 5am by the sound of my neighbor's TV. The room doors loudly slam closed. Not very restful so -1 star. The room was clean, well appointed & everything worked. Elevators came quickly. Parking was a bit challenging in the evening but we always found a spot. It's close to the airport & I believe they offer extended parking & an airport shuttle. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of options and pleasant, helpful staff who kept it clean and constantly refilled. Great way to start the day & we were able to find a table even during busy times. Loved the 24 hr coffee/hot cocoa machine. If you are visiting a Western Washington University student, be sure to request your 15% discount. I'd stay there again but request a quiet room & see if that's any better.

Lovely hotel! Excellent service from the front desk agents and Jay at breakfast! Nothing is finer than a full, hearty breakfast and Jay made sure to ask us if we needed anything. Food was hot and fresh and the coffee was delicious. Clean, well appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed! Will absolutely stay here again on return trips to Bellingham.

Everyone that helped us here were so nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning also had a ton of options-nothing fancy but it was good. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were pretty outdated but they seemed clean. Definitely worth it to stop on a road trip.

Had a really great experience staying at this hotel for a statewide conference on ending homelessness. The staff was incredible- had particularly good experience with Rabie at the front desk and Jay and Vivian with the breakfast. They went above and beyond to make things a good experience and had incredible energy. Thanks for helping with getting me some hot water for tea!

Suzy from housekeeping turned in my prescription pills πŸ’Š 😳 to lost & found. Manager called and let me know Best Western had my belongs left behind. Special thanks to Housekeeping & management for professionalism !

I stayed for four nights and it was great! There is a full breakfast, complete with waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal. It was like we were eating out every morning. The room was fine, I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room, but it had everything I could ask for, and the bed was great! They are also in a great location with a coffee shop less than a block away, a gas station and Costco within walking distance!

They serve an excellent breakfast. My room is clean and bed comfortable. Lived here for my job near by for going on 7 weeks now. Staff and cooks are good people. My only issue with this hotel is that no matter how many times I told the front desk to leave us more than one day of towels; they left one day of towels every time. We had to stop by front desk nearly every day to get towels before we went up.

Fantastic! Spacious rooms, an incredible shower, wonderful staff, best continental breakfast of any place I've stayed. I highly recommend it. The only drawback I encountered is there is only 1 washer and dryer, which really only matters if you pack too light.

The family enjoyed the breakfast but was disappointed the pool was closed for the season already. Was hoping they had a hot tub inside instead then. Only to be disappointed again, the kids did use the gym for a little while. location was great. Breweries were only a few mins away by highway or back roads. Rooms, though, were a little small for a family on a budget. But we made it work for us ..

Very comfortable room. We had a pet friendly room, it was so nice to be close to an exit on the ground floor with a puppy that needs to go out often. I wish other motels would follow this plan!

Everything was good except the bed wasn't as comfy. Staff were amazing especially the night staff was super friendly, I believe his name was Daniel. He has great customer service. I love his energy. Overall was good. I will definitely be back when I come back.

This hotel was decent. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was free and had a decent amount of options. Overall, not a bad stay for one night. If I go to Bellingham again, might stay somewhere else. There was no indoor pool.

EV charger easily located. Plenty of green spots for dogs. Good selection for breakfast. Clean beds! Clean rooms! Great customer service. This is seriously one of the BEST Best Westerns we have ever stayed. Everyone was super nice. The breakfast had these little touches that took it beyond good. Cheese and salsa for the eggs, chocolate milk, whipped cream and sprinkles for the waffles. Just cheap additions that made it 100% better and more memorable.

Very impressed with how professional and courteous the staff was which means they have a great leader running it. Very clean inside and out. Great breakfast is served daily with a little something for each age group. The amenities are great for business or family travel. It is located within walking distance to a store and the shuttle will take you within 5 miles. The beds very comfortable and clean. Bathroom has body wash, shampoo, and lotion so you don't have to pack it. This hotel deserves 10 stars . It is very family friendly. I wish I could of met the manager to let him know he's running a great hotel. When we go to Bellingham we will only stay at this hotel and you should too. You wouldn't be disappointed!!!!

Very impressed with their COVID-19 protocols!!! When I walked into the lobby I could smell the cleaner that had been used to mop the floor - a positive first impression. In my room I used Lysol wipes on all of the hard surfaces....the wipes remained white. Every surface had been cleaned thoroughly by the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during each interaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I've stayed at this hotel several times while waiting to get into my rental house, my rooms have always been extremely clean. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently had problems with my bank account and the manager Dana went above and beyond to work with me. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

There was so much about this stay that was great. The room was newly remodeled and really nice THE BEDS were super comfortable! THE Shining STAR was the staff! The front desk was so kind. But the Superstar was RUTHIE, RUTHIE, RUTHIE SHE IS IN CHARGE OF THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST THAT WAS COMPLETELY MADE WITH LOVE AND HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST I'VE HAD! I will be back!

I really liked the staff who were unfailingly friendly. I also liked the fresh cookies they put out in the evening. The breakfast was good and the staff showed me how to heat a tortilla using the waffle iron. The rooms were clean with nice dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Checking in and out was easy. Nice location near the freeway and airport. The pool is outside.

Clean and comfortable rooms, courteous and competent staff. Our TV remote did not function properly and they tried but were unable to rectify that after our late check in. They offered a significant discount to compensate which I really appreciated and would recommend this hotel to all comers!

The building keeps morphing into a new brand. Seems to be well kept, just some minor details that need to be touched up. Great Greek restaurant next door, great breakfast as well.

BEST breakfast post covid!!! It was clean and the staff was so nice. Incredible coffee machine in the lobby fresh ground coffee or a steamer this machine could do it all. Stay here. It's worth it

Easy on and off I-5. Very clean facility. Standard pricing for rooms though the rooms are very well set up. Alot of different company workers using the facility for lodging. Breakfast was well stocked. Nice place to stay.

The food was so good I forgot to take a photo! The pita bread fresh and hot and so amazing. Definitely get the Greek salad so yummy. The meat was well prepared in the entree but I was so full I didn't get to eat much of it! Yeah for dinner the next night as well.

Don't know what else you could ask for at this price point. Yes, the rooms could be a little more updated but they are clean and the breakfast that comes with the room is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and professional staff too. Five stars based on value for money.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, because the front staff was world-class and the bed offered up a terrific night sleep and the breakfast was really good value. However, we had to move a couch a bit to make room for a Pack and Play crib and there was a bunch of half-eaten sunflower seeds under the couch on the floor. Really, really gross. So, they definitely aren't as committed to cleanliness as advertised. It also makes the, "sanitized for your safety" stickers seem like a bit of a joke. What does that even mean? Also, bathrooms don't have fans and the walls are paper-thin. You will hear other guests. Will we be back? Probably, yeah but our expectations are adjusted.

I stayed at this hotel in early July 2022. I was thoroughly impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING, and my stay was perfect in every way. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (I think her name was Kit(?)); she was personable, accommodating and professional. When I got to my room, it was perfect; the bathroom has multiple mirrors in it and a lot of complimentary toiletries (e.g. face soap, body soap, mouthwash, etc.). When I woke up the next day and decided to check out their complimentary breakfast, I was impressed once again. Not only was the assortment of items vast, the quality of breakfast items was top notch. They had everything from soy chocolate milk to chocolate chips and sprinkles(!) for waffles, to the latte/mocha machine. Once again, the staff was amazing, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was so much better than I would ever expect at a 3-star hotel. Book your stay here and you will not regret it.
