I could barely understand the person working the front desk as they kept mumbling and speaking quietly. I was not able to get the member discount because they had no idea what I was talking about and I gave up trying to explain. This is such a basic thing that the person working front desk should know about. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt with the mumbling but when I went back downstairs they were suddenly talking very clearly and loudly with their friend on the phone. Frustrating. Also the first time I stayed here I payed for a basic room. The second time I paid more for suite. I got the same exact room both times. Please train your staff better. Beside that the room was clean and amenities are nice. The free breakfast is good and overall I enjoyed my stay. Edited: changed to one star. I asked to speak to a manager (who is apparently only in for 30 minutes a week) and left my name and number I know the girl at the desk never told her manager. I keep asking. The people working the front desk are ridiculous.

This is one of the best Hilton brands I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was super comfortable. The TV was huge. Everything was very very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and the complementary breakfast was better than most hotels.

Stating here for about 6 to 7 weeks. Got off work decided to soke sore back in the hot tub. Super dirty I got in anyways because of the pain in my back. I could rub the greenish sludge off of the tile with my finger. Super gross. I'll clean it my self if allowed. I have 4 to 5 more weeks here atleast.

Overpriced for what you get ($340+). Front desk person didn't know any info about rates or discounts. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows non-supportive. Toiletries were lacking ( body soap, & shampoo sub-par ) no conditioner.

Very clean and welcoming place. Breakfast VERY boring, needs change. Gym could use more equipment.

Room was great, bed fairly comfortable (which is high marks from me). I like the layout with the kitchenette, and it could work well for extended stay. Location is excellent, just off the freeway and right on a fairly frequent bus line to downtown. Two quibbles were with the front desk agent and the breakfast. The front desk agent when we checked in didn't provide even basic information, like where the elevators were or when breakfast was served. And speaking of breakfast, there was a serious dearth of gluten-free options, and the only meat was sausage biscuits. Not excellent when a "hot breakfast" is advertised. I'd put the breakfast between Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn: decent snack, but you won't get a full meal. These are very minor issues for me; YMMV. Overall, I'd stay here again, but price being equal, I'd probably choose the Hampton down the block.

This is one of the friendliest nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure to talk to you over the phone. My car broke down in their parking lot. I called them they were respectful and helpful and understanding, they let me fix my car the next day in their parking lot. And I wasn't even a guest! I live not too far from here this is a place I will bring my family and friends big parking lot looks pretty fancy and quiet. Thank you so much for your help and staff thank you! You will have my business soon! and all I see is :-) faces coming out of this place. God bless the home2 suites by Hilton.

I come to Bellingham for business often and will not be staying at this hotel again. For how much you pay they do not have lotion in the room, no conditioner, you have to ask the front desk for more coffee and creamer packets (they do not clean your room or refill these unless you specifically ask). Kids were loud running up and down the halls and did not stop even when I called the front desk. The breakfast was nice. That was the only positive for me

Very good! Staff is friendly and nice. Very clean and fully renovated suite and hotel. The breakfast was the highlight. They had breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cereals, make your own waffles, juices, omlettes. It was a buffet ayce style. For what it was...it was pretty darn good.

Going through a floor by floor remodel. Guests are not in the same floor as the construction, so the impact is minimal, unless you're a day sleeper, which is something that my travels sometimes require. The room I stayed in had black out blinds installed. When deployed....0% light.

Great place to stay in Bellingham. Clean rooms, decent sized pool and hot tub, good fitness area (they even have a peloton). The front desk person (Aidan?) was very helpful. He gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat while in town. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodations, and close to the airport. I’m excited for my next visit.

During my first stay, I identified several problems with the hotel and documented it via an email Hilton survey. The manager comp me a free room, but "LOL" the carpet was wet due to a flooding that occurred next door. They resolved the flooding next door, but the water traveled into our room and the carpet was wet. We laid towels down to help this issue. We informed management about the wet floors, but they didn't care, because it was a free room. As a past Diamond member, it's sad how Hilton has gone downhill. We will stay at the Marriott across the street from now on.

We stayed at a nice upgraded room with a King bed and sofa bed. Staff seems nice. We were greeted with snacks and water as Diamond member. Included continental breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. We were at the too floor (4th) but still very close to ground so street noises are unavoidable. I don't like the air conditioning unit which turns on/off all night long. I was looking forward to indoor swimming pool, but found that the pool, spa, and deck did not look anything like the picture. The pool and spa walls were quite dark and should use some power washing. My biggest concern is this: The pool exit door was left open each time I checked (3 times total, including the next morning). So, anyone can enter the indoor pool regardless of whether they are hotel guests. I asked the staff about this because I thought this should be a safety issue, and was told that it was OK to let the door open to the hotel BBQ area. Really? The BBQ area is part of the front parking lot and is accessible by non-guests.

This is a pretty standard Home2Suites: friendly staff, kitchenette with DISHWASHER and full fridge (induction stoves for check out). The pool was almost always busy with lots of kids (we happened to be here over the 4th of July, so lots of families traveling). Hot tub was hot, but our shower was NOT - it got tepid at best, and hot water was slow to arrive at all our fixtures. The hotel is being face-lifted, so that was a hassle, as the work seemed to be happening on every floor at once. I understand this might be easier for the hotel and make things go much faster, but as a guest it's a big pain to have workers in the halls, ice machines turned off, etc. They did the best they could to make outdoor seating areas with umbrellas and such, but it was just about the hottest week of the year so the lack of shade (and trees) was noticeable. The breakfast was standard (so you can rely on it), but they had a hard time keeping up with the holiday crowd and the breakfast area got congested at peak times. All breakfast bars have this problem, though: people don't think about how they are blocking the coffee for EVERYONE when they stand in front of it opening the little creamers one by one, or waiting for their toast to drop down or waffles to cook. Home2 uses a very linear breakfast set up for which this phenomenon can be a problem. The room was great, but the windows don't open even a few inches (that's a bugaboo of ours). We try to get a top floor, so it was quiet. Not walkable to anywhere in particular, but Bellingham's not that big so it's a fast drive to everywhere. All of that said, we'd not hesitate to return here - it's a standard Hilton experience and sometimes that's exactly what you need.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Bellingham Airport, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Although I encountered a small issue with the digital key not working, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast they served was delicious, and I have to give a special shoutout to Lynn, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant morning dining experience. Her warmth and exceptional service truly made a difference. I highly recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton Bellingham Airport for anyone visiting the area. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and tasty breakfast make it a top choice. Despite the minor hiccup with the digital key, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nicely appointed room, with all the amenities one would wish for, for a 2 night getaway. Our room had a King bed and a pull out Queen Sofa bed. A small closet, living area with a 42 inch TV. A kitchenette with service for 4. A large microwave, dishwasher and a fridge.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was great and well appointed. I was even able to do a load of laundry. I really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Thank you!

We stayed here for one night last week for a necessary hospital appointment. Our hotel room was pretty perfect. King sized bed, sofa (a bit low for my old knees), big TV, really decent fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, small coffee maker, good selection of dishes, dishwasher (amazing!), lots of storage space, desk area & office chair, pull-out kitchen table (but no chairs that I could see), USB charging stations in the lamp bases. Lovely big shower stall in our bathroom. Free breakfast bar in the lobby, and coffee available there all the time. Two computers available in the lobby. Free wifi. I understand that one can request a cooktop for the kitchenette. Pool and hot tub. The times we looked, no-one was in them. The floor of the pool was a bit green and looked like it wasn't getting much use. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. We have a more extended stay coming up and will be very happy to stay here again. Yes, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Top notch place to stay that is close to the airport and nearby restaurants. Bellingham is kind of spread out so be prepared to drive or get a ride if you want to explore the town. Rooms are clean, kept up to date, and have lots of room. Breakfast is self-serve and has some creative hot food options along with the standard cold cereal fare. The hotel shuttle has limited hours but they will take you to places other than just the airport.

What a great place to stay! Whitney (hope I am spelling that right…) was so sweet and accommodating. She really made my stay! Thank you for all of you kindness and hospitality. The room is also great. Haha. I would definitely recommend and I will certainly be coming back when I visit WA in the future!

Easy check in and check out. Room was spacious, clean, and had a mini kitchen. Lots of breakfast options, including hot sandwiches. Great service overall. One star off because the pool area was a bit of a mess. Lots of people with dirty outside shoes on and having outside drinks. Should be more supervised, especially during Covid times.

Enjoyed our time there with the grandsons. Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty. While we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they were a bit dirty, so couldn't give a higher rating this stay.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Fantastic pool area, very warm air and nicely heated pool. Hot tub was a touch warm (we thought it was about 104). Stayed in an ADA room due to knee injury - spacious, comfortable and mostly well equipped. Knives were rusty, and there was limiting dish ware. Biggest complaints are: bedroom shares wall with laundry facility. They do laundry until 12am, and start again at 3am. Very disruptive. Also the light switch in bathroom is inconveniently placed. Highly recommend.

The hotel is what you will expect from a Home2Suites by Hilton. The room was clean, the breakfast was hearty, and the jacuzzi was hot! The staff alone however, are worth the trip. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating that it elevated the experience.

While in between homes, I stayed at the Home2 for several weeks. My stay was so comfortable that I became sad when it was time to leave. I felt safe and secure in the hotel and the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, though expect a skeleton crew in the evening hours. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There is a touch of luxury when it comes to the bed, linens, and surfaces, but the feel is home-like being in a small studio. Being that my stay was so long, it was important to me to be able to store and cook my own food. The refrigerator is medium size, and has an actual freezer. Although the kitchen does not have a stove/oven, a portable stove-top may be available upon request. These were in high demand when I checked in, and waited a few days before one was available. I would recommend requesting one prior to your check-in, if you are making an early reservation. There is a Fred-Meyer grocery store that is a few minute walk away, very convenient. The heated pool and hot tub were clean, and perfect temp. The laundry machines are cheaper than the laundromat somehow. Some of the staff are new, and some problems did arise, as they should in any hotel stay this long. The General Manager, Sara Holliday, is quite accommodating and very reasonable. She is a genuine warm hearted person. I had some unique problems that arose and she went above and beyond my expectations in order to resolve them. She treated me as a person, as opposed to a number, which is very refreshing. I will be recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

Okay place but room maintenance could be better. For example, the alarm clock was still on daylight time a week after DST ended. The mechanism for adjusting the time was behind a cover marked "hotel staff only"

Great Ambience and great staff. Very welcoming. We stayed only one night after returning to US from Canada. The room we stayed in was awesome on the 4th floor with a nice view. Continental breakfast was nice. Definitely will visit in the future! Thank you for having us!

I loved the room that I got for a few nights and a pretty fair price. The person at the front desk was very nice and polite. And the rooms were very clean and modern. The location is ideal for travelers because it is not too far from the airport and right next to the freeway, and has many shopping locations along with restaurants and fastfood establishments very close along with a few coffee shops that are fairly close.

I've been staying at this location over the past two years and have seen a steady decline in the cleanliness of the rooms (hair on "clean" towels) and staff attention. The bed lights were broken and no desk lamp or a microscopic desk lamp and the shower was broken. Desk staff were not apologetic when all of the above occurred, couldn't manage the program to format my bill according to my company's policy, and had to be woken up to check out. Last straw and will be staying at the Hampton down the road from now on.

We usually check for cleanliness first as my daughter’s skin is sensitive and I’m allergic to dust. And this place, definitely passed the test! And it was close to everything we need. Will definitely be going back.

It appears homeless people stay and congregate at this hotel. We did not want to sit outside for this reason. Very bad. It was noisy and was disturbed by a dog barking. Smelly and dirty in the hotel although the room itself was clean. I scheduled the shuttle to the airport and it arrived 15 minutes late. Apparently my request never was recorded. Will not stay here again.

The hotel and the team that runs it are absolutely A-1. We spent a significant amount of time here and the staff and accommodations were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bellingham.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Definitely won’t go wrong. The place is clean, comfy, and cozy. Spacious for sure!

This was awesome stay! Friendly and helpful staff, modern interior and appliances, small kitchen in the room and spacy feel. Only con would be maintenance - wasn't worst, but there were some screeching parts in the room and luggage cart was making a lot of noise, which was very uncomfortable - I didn't want to wake up anyone at night when I arrived.
