Only thing good here is doctors. Billing and admission services are pathetic. No proper communication. For insurance claims they take more than 15hrs . Also super expensive hospital. Billing procedure has been nothing short of nightmare. Insurance and billing people thinks that they are the superior and they have cleared some top exams and sitting. No proper response only money minded people's sitting there. Making a patient to wait for more than 15hours for discharging is not tolerable. Few duty nurses are good and responds fast, remaining peoples are very pathetic.

I saw Dr. Anil M U for my kid. I listened to me patiently and cleared all our queries. He also told us the future action.

Labour ward is very co operative all nursing staff even those cleaning staff was also very kind people. Gynecologist Dr. Shwetha Gupta is very good . I had normal delivery that is because of her patience and confidence she gave me I could be able to have normal delivery. All nursing staff is having very kind heart and lot of patience towards every patient they never said no for any help when asked. I would like to recommend this hospital for gynecological and labour section.

One of the worst hospital administration and nursing staff i have seen.. You have to plead 10 times to get anything done, which they are supposed to do.. 1. Doctor advised to shift patient from ICU to ward, it took 3+ hrs after multiple follow ups.. Which delayed all other scannings, ended up spending extra day. 2. Nursing staff is completely busy with paperwork and they ignore and delay all instructions given by doctors.. they delayed medicines by 6hrs even after we followed up multiple times.. 3. Wards are filled with mosquitoes.. 4. Attendees are not provided with even a basic blanket.. they charge 5k per day even without these basic things.. 5. ICU is like fish market.. Save your lives by not visiting this hospital.

We consider hospitals as patients treating temple & doctors as avatar of gods. But in recent times it has become a money making business.😔 Here Doctors are good😊, treatment is good😊, but all comes at an expensive costs. I think patients experienced here will know it. If we raise question they say it's arguing & a big display board is attested. Don't know what to tell... Recommend or not..... is a big?????

Management system is pathetic. Too much waiting for all the services even with appointment. Then what is the purpose of an appointment. Wait for billing, wait for doctor, wait for sample and collection of report. Come after one or two days to show report and wait for that also. People come for doctors and also for good services. If management doesn’t upgrade it is slow loss to them and this gap item can be profited by other hospitals. Update post 3rd visit to Gyno: The waiting part has drastically improved. Didn’t experience much issues. Billing was fast. As usual doctors are good. sample collection waiting and scan waiting is also improved. Please make sure appointment is taken. Will not talk about fee, recommend to get your scans done in Sparsh. Will update further in future. Changing rating to 4 stars from 2 stars.

My experience with Sparsh was very good. Starting from Doctors, nursing staffs, billing team, all were very supportive and were friendly to educate the patient and made our stay comfortable. The food service provided was good and also timely mannered.

Nowadays service in this hospital has become very worse. Staff count is less in 3 sharing rooms. Staff will not respond immediately. No proper maintenance of rooms. It has become more like government hospital. Management has to check and set right the things. Else if the same situation continues then within couple of years no one will turn up to this hospital. Having experienced Doctors is important but having enough staff to maintain is much more important. If you are charging extensively then you’ve to provide the service accordingly.

The management is totally unprofessional, with the worst coordination between departments and rude desk staff. Considering our long history with the doctor, we decided to drive for 2 hours with our small child to go to this hospital. However, we ended up waiting for 2.5 hours before meeting the doctor, without even having lunch. The doctor suggested a scan, so we went two floors down to the scanning department, only to wait again. It turned out to be a repeated scan that had already been done last time. The reception staff claimed that the doctor had not specifically mentioned the scan name, so they told us to go back upstairs to see the doctor and correct it. Already tired and hungry, we explained that it was the same test as before and asked them to confirm with the department over phone. Instead of cooperating, the receptionist rudely insisted that we get a signature. Completely frustrated and tired of dealing with the bureaucracy, we decided to end the torture and left the premises. Thank you for ruining our entire day and wasting my 900 rupees, plus time and fuel. Government hospitals might have better staff and management nowadays. It's a fact that the behavior of ground staff reflects the overall management. Best of luck!

It's a very very bad experience, that we are visiting this hospital from past 2 years. No admin, staff are not co operative. When ever we visit lab test they are taking huge time to give reports. If we cm around 8.00 to visit doctor after completion of all report procedure it will be minimum 4.00pm. in doctor parts no issue. But main waiting in laboratory off all departments. If we go for each test we will get the report after 2hrs. Earlier we visited to other hospitals but definitely we are not issues in any departments. We find here no staff nor medical staff one doing their work in enthusiastically.

This hospital Insurance dept is not patience to patients words and it is horrible experience and not give any required information to patients. One of the the worst medical experiences of my life was at Sparsh hospital. The doctors at Sparsh are only money minded. They keep their profits even above the well being of the patients. I was in extreme pain for 3 days yet they kept making me take unnecessary and expensive tests without prescription of proper medication. Going in for a simple issue, I ended up spending thousands of rupees without the correct diagnosis. Their only aim seems to be to keep the patients tangled in a web of tests, injections, just to pump up the final bill. Please do not go here if you have other options. Trust me you will regret it.

Got admitted my mother for a surgery. Took private ward #408 which was neat and good. Dr.Muralidhar and team were very good and very caring. And the support staff are very courteous and helpful. Also the charges are reasonable and less compared to other competitors. Good service and value for money.

This hospital is all about money. They value for money more than the patients they treat. They personally call us for the feedback and when we share a negative response within no time they cut the call. Doctor doesn't know to use the computer and he always calls for the staff to assist him. We had to visit another hospital for the treatment after spending 60k for a day, where the another hospital cured it for less than 5k. Never visit this hospital.

Positive: Doctors are very good and we recommend Dr.Mahesh Pai to all people. Negative: Nursing team were too late to attend the patient and quick response was not there. Housekeeping was very pathetic, they dont even know to discard the urine bag and cleanliness is very bad. That Housekeeping ladybwas not wearing proper gloves and mask. Hygienic was not maintained. Canteen food is not upto the mark and it is too costly. This is not a 5star hotel. As per Dieticians order Morning breakfast came, idly was very hard and was not eatable at all. When Enquired the staff, he replied as per diet only we gave we cant give Alternative. So much of pathetic service. Along with her all the duty doctors, all the nurses and staffs cared us like their own family member. And what to say she recovered really fast and such a great experience I had from there. Sparsh is just a normal 100rs clinic. So I suggest no one goto this hospital, they will ruin your health.

I Would rather talk about how they force to provide ratings. I was waiting for my appointment in the waiting lobby and a person walks to everyone to provide ratings on Google and for people who are not aware of how to give rating they take the phone with our consent and provide a rating of their own without even asking how are the services provided. Giving rating to any listing on Google should be a personal interest and not a forceful act, if it has to be bought to the customer awareness to give rating then a advertisement on how to give should be displayed. Went for annual general health checkup Pros: Good staff, coordination is really great between different wings, the hospital food is also good, reports are given on the same day and consultation happens on same day too. Vasantha helped us with the coordination and she was aware and fast and made sure we know the next steps of the process. Cons: washrooms are not clean!!

I would not recommend anyone going to this hospital. Main motive of doctors is not to save lives but to make money. They move the patient to ICU even when it is not required to increase the bill. They constantly keep under fear.This is one of the tactics to make us shell out more money. For 20 days hospitalisation bill ran upto 14 lakhs. The health has detoriated. We have moved the patient to another hospital and her condition is improving

Registration!! Why is it so important?? For a 1 time visit of 10 mins consultation, why do we need to pay and register ourselves? At that point itself Sparsh is gone.. Let alone the treatment.. Have incoming patients registered if they are going to be admitted for more than 24 hours which makes sense

Would like to give 0 of Google had that option. Nonsensical layout for the hospital. Was given an appointment for 10 for GI endoscopy. Was not informed prior that an RT-PCR test was required. Was Charged INR 700 for the same. No one was available at the department of GI, hepatology & nutrition at 10. Took an hour for the tests for the rest to be done. Having been on a an empty stomach, wanted to get access to a coffee shop that they claim they have. Do not have access to a coffee shop through the routes mentioned as per the sign boards. Was guided by a security incorrectly to access the coffee shop through the start entry. Staff Rukmini at the basement the staff entry to the coffee shop was really rude and non - apologetic for her behavior. Reception did not enquire about the issue when I raised the complaint to them. Administration services seriously require a revamp given the charges levied.

Dr adinarayana makham is a Good doctor but, you have to take a whole day off to get a scan done. 3 to 4 hrs from appointment time usually it takes.

I was admitted to sparsh hospital, Yeshwanthpur in regard with the breathing problem. It was my pleasure to meet Dr.P.Ramachandra and he diagnoised and informed my real problem regarding chronic kidney disease. He recommended for hemodialysis and after he explained the transplant process. I am very much satisfied with the dialysis and his treatment... I strongly recommend the doctor for all of my friends. After continuous tests and report i have undergone for live renal transplant process under his guidance. My mother was very much satisfied and agreed to donate her kidney. I am very much thankful and greatful to Mr.Avinash, Mr.P.Ramachandra, Mr.Giriraju and his team for making my renal transplant success.. After post surgery i have undergone some complications in my anti rejection bodies. suddenly doctors were explained and told about plasmapheresis and started giving treatment and then i came to normal condition. Treatment was very helpful and very supportive and i came to normal condition and then discharged. My overall health was improved under their guidance and treatment. Doctors were very knowledgable, experienced and very friendly explained each and every treatment, Hospitality is very good and Nursing staff in ICU were also very good and caring. For the purpose of COVID vaccination, this is one of the best hospital. Mr. Mhd Junaid, Transplant Coordinator at SPARSH Yeswantpur was really helpful during the vaccination process. He guided me and my family for registration and the process of it. After vaccination, he also gave a printed copy of the certificate as well as explained the process of downloading it by ourselves online. He was doing the same to others who came to get vaccinated as well, especially th elderly who did not know to get it done. It was amazing to see him do the same. The other staffs also were very cooperative and kind.

VERY worst service they came with a camp for vaccination and 3day over still not updated the details unable to download the certificate, because this facing lot of issues. i never seen such irresponsible hospital.

We have admitted my brother in General ward for 5days the house keeping persons were not respond for the bed pan and he suffers a lot from that pain and also the rest rooms are very bad and smell due to that my sister in law also got infected and took a treatment over there. Something I witnessed that was really surprising,Sparsha hospital conducted code green during health problems that are life threatening for pregnant women, this type of emergencies are conducting in reputed organisation. These are the issue to be addressed. 1) Vehicle parking issue, and every movement shall be paid, no proper guidence. 2) Night time attender plus one visitor shall be allowed to stay with patient for emergency needs.

Had been for corporate health checkup on Friday and this review is specific to that experience. Firstly, the hospital is neat and clean and the front desk team, co-oridnates well enough. However, they need to improve process of managing the crowd and come out with more robust method of assigning /directing to next procedure in row. We had to get running around to know what was next. They served complimentary breakfast, which was good enough. The waiting time is too long once the samples are collected. We were told 2 hrs but it took 4.5 hrs.. They need to come up with a facility to have online consultation and sharing the reports over mail (which they still do), in order to save time. Finally, the staff almost asks to give reviews and they insist on it frequently. When said that it would be done later they get offended. They are doing pretty fair job, but they need to stop following up and requesting people to rate in front of them. In short, good job, except for few improvements.

We were here for the delivery of my first child. Overall had pleasent experience. Everything was taken care in good manner.
