Hospital: still in old tradition of files which becomes cumbersome to maintain. Apart from that they take decent care. We need to be behind the staffs for any queries. Would appreciate if they get back constantly over queries. canteen: Hygienic place, good food. Quantity is good. Food quality can be slightly be improved. Fuss was not completely cooked. But overall satisfied.

Doctors in India are considered as a next to the God since Vedic time and Dr Kavita Kovi is the perfect example for it. I'd say she is the best Doctor in Bangalore for normal delivery. One can blindly trust her. My pregnancy journey with Dr Kavita Kovi was god's blessing for me. I came to know about Dr. Kavita Kovi through my friend and you know what she met our all expectations. I heard, normal delivery is now myth. As difficult as nailing jelly to a tree but Kavitha ma'am made it possible and yes I gave natural childbirth. Another important point I'd like to mention here is, she is multilingual that help us to connect and understand every aspect of your health. She will be available 24/7 for you. One can easily connect via WhatsApp and get your queries clarified. I'd recommend this doctor to all, specially who stays in Whitefield or near by.

Nice and helpful staff, clean n hygienic. Went for covishield vaccine for 2nd dose, charged 780. It was done within 30 minutes. Accept gpay but it wasn't working that day. I parked my car outside on road itself.

First of all it's very lengthy review because it is combination of OP and IP. I am consulting with Dr.Vishnu Priya for my wife starting from week 12 pregnancy, the doctor is very very friendly and she will listen to all our concerns patiently then she will address all our queries one by one and she will never hesitate for any question even though it is very simple so we are very happy with Dr. Vishnu Priya and with Dr. Kafi Bora (Scanning) All the receptionists and supporting staff (Priyanka, Pinky, Mrunalini and I missed some other names to ask) are very friendly and the hospital maintenance is very good with valet parking. If you are planning for delivery here they are having delivery packages also based on your insurance provider, if you avail delivery package and pay some pre booking amount then you will get some free scans and consultation* *T&C apply. Note: If you are going for consultation on the weekend please book an appointment otherwise you have to wait a long time and please prebook an appointment for any Scan. **************************************** IPD experience - We were admitted early in the morning at 6AM and the staff members took care of everything and the IP billing team was also very responsive and they have submitted all claim requests within 5 hours of admission and over all admission process is hassle free, thanks to the IP billing team. Cafeteria service also very good they were timely delivered the food as per Dietician check list thank to all of them. Been at hospital for surgery and had to stay for few days at 204. Starting with Dr Kavitha Kovi for consultation to OT doctors and nurses have been very positive and supportive. The room was fantastic, the bed, toilets, cleanliness, housekeeping team were superb. The nurses to take care of patients at room were very helpful and considerate. Few names are Susan, Sona and others whose name we couldn't recollect for great patient care. Changing of linen, mopping and removing wastes were done promptly. The cafeteria food was healthy and pocket friendly. The staff were neat and courteous and accomodative to needs.

Location wise easily accessible from all directions. Doctors are very good and spend sufficient time with patients to understand the real problems. During peak pandemic wave-2 we safely and confidently delivered a baby boy in May 2021 at Aster women and children hospital Whitefield. From introduction, to room choices, to precautions everything was smooth thanks to Venu CK who was our liaison for insurance and admissions, who then led us to Ms Moulin from customer services. Moulin not only patiently explained to us the safety levels and room choices via a video call (including showing us the rooms), but also sensing our nervousness as first time parents, unexpectedly upgraded us to suite room which allowed our mother to join us at the hospital during the whole process. Once at the hospital, we felt secure, well taken care of and motherly nursing care was provided to mother and child including timely injections, medications, and explanations for every step and procedure. To our surprise, each and every staff member was updated about patient case details at all times: we could approach anyone for help at anytime. I highly recommend this hospital for its cleanliness, staff behaviour, technology adeptness, doctors experience and safety. **Also we took our doctor Dr Shilpa T as our case doctor since she is a visiting consultant at this hospital: which ensured that we were always under expert advice that we could always trust.

The doctors treat the patients and save their lives, but the nurses care for the patients and keep them alive. Excellent hospital with staff showing genuine care for the patients. My wife was admitted as she had been infected with dengue, and just yesterday she got discharged. Both the general physicians, Dr. Basavaraj and Dr. Suchismita were extremely kind, patient and experienced, and steered my wife to a successful recovery. The rooms are reminiscent of hotel rooms, and are spic and span. Nursing support is brilliant and care is provided all around the clock. Handover between nurses working different shifts is seamless and there was no break in the medication routine prescribed. I want to give a huge shoutout to the following people for their steadfast support and care: Soma and her team at the Nursing station, Dabi, Harsha, Bheemanna, Ishika, Suresh, Arun and his team at the cafetaria, Anitha and Naveen at the blood collection centre and Basavaraj at the IP Billing for all their help and empathy. Here are some photos. The only complaint that I have is the ground floor and the cafetaria area can be better maintained as I saw a fair number of mosquitoes during this season there. And the cafetaria can include more non-Indian food as many patients, when recovering from certain diseases, can feel nauseous at the aroma of Indian food. That's all, but it was a lovely experience. It was my first trip to the hospital, and trying to understand the whole insurance process etc, but the hospital TPA desk made it seamless.

No doubt very good ambience, experienced and well known doctors, neat and clean everything but support staff and services are pathetic. I recently visited this hospital (first time and most frequently) due to my doctor for which I was consulting before were shifted here. I am really very sad to see the behavior of staff. When I visited for my daughter health, as usual I got tremendous support and advice from my doctor but when it came to next step for investigation / lab, I was completely disappointed. i.e. after multiple follow up I got my report after 6 days which was supposed to come in a day or 2 max. They were unable to justify the delay. When asking a slot to consult with doctor for same report, they are asking to book another appointment by paying charges since free consultation period of 5 days is over which is because of report delay from their end (specially Mr. Jay from front desk, he was very rude and ready to fight for his shameless behavior). Apart of there was a lot delay by meeting doctor as the appointment was not managed properly. Based on my experience, I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. My conclusion visit this hospital only if your doctor available here as you are visiting only for your doctor not for hospital or its name.

Hospital is good, so are the doctors. But the nurses at the emergency are the most inhuman I’ve seen. I recently visited this hospital twice for the routine blood tests for my 16 month old daughter who was suffering from high fever. First time, we were there in late evening and senior nurse collected the blood without any hassle. Second time, we were there in the afternoon and was asked to wait for some 5 - 10 mins by the nurses sitting in Emergency Room. These nurses are most inhuman I’ve seen. They asked us to bring the kid and asked my wife to stay outside for a minute. “Rules” by the hospital says no attender is allowed!! Come on, kid is <1.5 yr and can’t be handled by some strangers. These idiotic nurses pushed my wife outside and locked the door. After bringing this up with those sitting at front desk, they allowed my wife to go inside. By then the nurses had scared my daughter by bringing bright lights in front of her and she was screaming & was having difficulty in breathing. Once my wife went inside & calmed her down, they were able to collect the sample. This happened when kid was having fever around 102 !!! The next big thing is some senior male nurse came along with manager. Manager was courteous enough to listen. Meanwhile this guy, Rajsekar, was giving all excuses and wasn’t even listening. Such idiotic people bring the value down. And the nurses sitting in ER - hope you find similar thing in your life sooner or later.

I came here for the first time to Dr Kavitha kovi for my first pregnancy check ups and consultation. I delivered my baby girl through normal delivery. Kavitha ma'am is very supportive, she guided me very well through out 9 months. Kavitha mam was available on phone and whenever I had a doubt she was quick to respond. She is very encouraging and doesn't give any unnecessary pressure.No doubt she is the best gyneac. Also hospital staff Mrinalini ma'am was attentive and every time I needed some support she was always very quick to extend that. She always greeted with a warm smile and made me feel safe. The hospital has all the advaced facilities, a decent canteen is there on the top floor. The Cleanliness is also great in the hospital. I must say that Dr Swathi, who was on duty when I got the labour pain did an amazing job by providing me emotional and physical support. She calmed me down by talking and letting me what labour stages I am entering. This helped a lot in making up my mind accordingly. On the improvement front I was not expecting hospital to ask me Rs 500 for the birth certificate. I mean after spending so much the hospital can atleast give the child birth certificate. Also I am not satisfied with neotanologist and pediatrician. The way they respond to the queries are just vague.

The hospital is very neat and clean. All the staff including the nurse, cleaning staff, non medical staff all are very helpful. It is a very smooth process for surgery, The medical staff started the process before admission. I like the service.

Today Aster arranged a baby shower for all the expecting mother's in the upcoming year. It was a great even hosted by Neha and team. There was live music, games and photo opportunity. It was a great experience for expecting parents to have fun and socialize.

Highly recommend this hospital for Pregnancy care and Delivery. My wife had NVD under the supervision of Dr.Kavitha Kovi. She is having vast experience in this field. Her guidance and support really helped in NVD of a healthy baby. Mrs.Mrinalini was supportive in getting the appointments for check ups and also other Gynic staff were very responsive.

This is the second time we organized a Vaccination drive through Aster after 3 months at Skylark Esta. Thanks to Roshan and his team, it went off as smoothly as the first. Sunday discharge formalities are sometimes slow it depends on staff, Sunday working less staff otherwise everything superb like rooms are too good.

Dr. KK is fabulous. She can come out to be very pushy but believe me you need her in the labour room to boost your confidence and guide you when no one can. Also whole of the nursing housekeeping and staffs were really awesome. specially Shivam Hemawati.

Amazing experience so far with the doctor and staff, the rooms were fantastic, and the bed, toilets, cleanliness, and housekeeping team were superb. The nurses to take care of patients in the room were very helpful and considerate. The cafeteria food was healthy and pocket friendly. The staff was neat and courteous and accommodative to needs. This hospital would be a good choice if you want to consult a Doctor here.

We contacted Dr. Sandhya Rani for my wife pregnancy after getting reference from one of her patients. Whatever feedback we received from her about the doctor was correct when we met her for the first time. She is a very patient doctor, listen to you carefully and tell you each and everything about the situation. Doesn't loose temper if you ask something twice.Besides that Hospital infrastructure is really good. It's clean and things are organized in a good way.

Since it's a new hospital , it doesn't come under network hospital and cashless insurance claims becomes difficult. I also felt it is more costly compared to other competitors .All the things were over charged. Doctor Sandhya Rani is too good.she did not leave a single stone unturned for normal delivery and explaining everything during whole pregnancy phase. Hospital staffs are also supportive. Night shift nurses are more proactive and active compared to day shift nurses. Some pediatrics are not good there.

Dr. Srinivas is calm and understanding doctor. I had visited him for baby’s check-up. He understood all my queries and gave right solution. Overall the experience was great

Nice Hospital, Excellent Services and Very Good Doctors. Went for an Emergency and the Treatment, Medication, Hospitality and the Care provided has been Outstanding. Special mention of the Nursing Department who took very good care both at the Emergency and in the Ward room. It was reassuring and positive. What I didn't like: One point that I wanted to call out is the lack of clarity and transparency in the Insurance and Reimbursement processing. Very disappointed with the way the entire Insurance Processing was handled. Could've been better, especially explaining the process involved and what needs to be furnished by the Patient.

Unorganised operations. Wasted 5 hours just for scan. No point of booking schedule. They operate in their own timings. No respect for our time.

Excellent staff and very experienced doctors. Visiting a hospital for your child is not something we look forward to, but Aster removes as much of the pain and discomfort from the ordeal as possible. Being a children’s speciality hospital, they have a nice dedicated play area. The staff is warm and comforting. And the doctors are excellent, always available to answer our queries and guide us through the process.

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. They took good care towards patients and the management sections was quite a bit impressive because they provided us the best possible ways to finish our works in time being. Overall experience is satisfactory.

I feel room cleaning and services are good. Hemavathi and Sivamma services are good during my 48hrs stay in this room. Thanks to Aster women and children for my 1st pregnancy, labour time and 2 days lactation period.
