After reading the reviews online, I had chosen this place to experience a lovely lunch in Bergen. When I walked in, it seemed pretty quiet where maybe 3 other groups of people were there, most of whom already had their food, and one couple ordering at the bar. So I lined up behind them to order...and the waiting began. The food was relatively expensive but looked pretty good, so I was willing to wait. After taking their order, the bartender began making their cocktails (sure, happy to wait as it was also entertaining to watch). She then delivered it to them, but started clearing a few tables on her way back and even took out another table's meal before finally coming back to take my order (about 6-7mins already at this point). I only ordered a cider and a sandwich, took the cider, and went to wait at a table for the sandwich while I drank. After about 20 mins and still no food, another 3-4 groups came in, ordered, and sat down. 45 mins after I ordered, I went to the counter to ask if they had forgotten my sandwich as 2 of the 4 groups who came in 20mins after me had already received their meals. After bringing out a meal for the new group next to me, I was told my sandwich is only a few minutes away. It was very disappointing to experience this poor service after coming specifically to Luddi after reading such great reviews. I hope that they can improve things in the future, as it is currently not at an acceptable level to recommend, despite being patient and trying to find any good points to comment on! I am trying to be constructive in my criticism, not just trashing the place. However, to put it into context, I was very close to asking for a refund and walking out
