I have been to many places around the world, and trust this is one of the WORST places o have ever been. First we got in and waited so long to be sitted. Second out waitress was so rude and not friendly at all, we asked her for water and she ignored us, the I asked the bartender and he ignored me, I even asked the manager and she told me sorry we don't have water, what kind of bar doesn't have water!!!. Here is the worst of all, when the server got us the bill she charged us 15 Euros of cover charge that nobody told us about. Berlin is a great city, there is so many other options, so please be smart and stay away from this place, I would of given them -stars but unfortunately I couldn't.

They charge 15€ for the entrance and there was absolutely no sign for entrance fees. Then they threatened us if we don’t pay they’re gonna call the police. Seriously the worst music, The worst service, The worst bar or whatever you wanna call it which i have been into in Berlin. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to go there.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Knutschfleck, wurden von Freunden dorthin eingeladen. Zunächst wurden wir zu unserem Tisch geführt und dort mit Speise- und Getränkekarte vertraut gemacht. Die freundliche Bedienung nahm unsere Bestellungen auf und war den ganzen langen Abend so aufmerksam wie nett. Die Speisen hatten uns allen schon mal sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Cocktails, die wir ausgesucht hatten, waren keine 08/15-Cocktails sondern schienen Eigenkreationen vom Knutschfleck zu sein. Auch hier waren die meisten an diesem Abend sehr lecker. Im Laufe des Abends begann dann die Varieté-Show, in welcher die verschiedensten Künstler ihr Können zeigten. Manche führten Kunststücke auf, andere sangen oder tanzten. Zwischen den Aufführungen wurde stets Stimmungsmucke gespielt, zu der das Publikum häufig mitsang. Kurzum, es war ein sehr stimmungsvoller und lustiger Abend. Allerdings muss man zum Ende auch erwähnen, daß ein Abend am Ende hier recht teuer wird, da Speisen und Getränke (z.B. alle Cocktails 11,90€) sich sich enorm hochschaukeln.

Let us in and seated us with no bother, had a few beers. Upon trying to leave we were informed of a 15 euro entrance fee that no one had previously mentioned. Another group had the same experience and when questioned it was assaulted by the doormen.

Extremely poor staff. We were with around 50 people so they could have made a lot money out of us, but we weren't treaten with respect. They didn't want to change money (€50) on €20 orders and the waitresses were acting very cranky towards us. If you want to have a good time, don't go here! They will rather frustrate you than take good care of you!

After arriving to celebrate a friends birthday, we asked for the cake that we ordered and we were bluntly told that we did not book anything. We insisted that we did and the guy told us that they are never wrong about their orders which of course we proved him wrong as we had written confirmation. He told us they had cakes “at the back “ and would he would organize one for us. No apologies whatsoever from his side for their oversight. long story short, we got the cake 2hrs later, which was given to us during our main meal and we had to squeeze everything on the table. Our drinks and food service were equally bad, at one point it took over 30mins to give us our order (yes we had a fun game putting the timer on every time our order was taken). While we were exiting we had a discussion with staff about the service and one of the security told us in our faces that “we do not need your people’s business”. Now I want you to read this review again and put in mind that we were a group of ladies - POC. And I want you to label the experience we had however you see fit. From my end, never again will I subject myself to such a service

Awful. They charged us an extraordinary amount of money just for entering the pub without letting us know in advance. We realised that when we were leaving the place. We were to pay 10.80€. Such was our surprise when we ordered the bill and we were asked to pay 40.80€. One of the waitresses was really comprehensive and she offered us a 10€ discount. In any case our experience was simply awful. We stopped by just for having a drink and we ended up paying a lot of money for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

TOURIST TRAP!!! Wish could give it -5 stars. Arrogant waitress and security. Nice Irish bartender. It was my first time there. As I joined some friends. I asked the waitress for a glass of tap water as my friend wasn't feeling well. She wanted to charge me either 3€ or 7€ for a small or big bottle of water. The Irish bartender kindly gave a empty glass so that I could feel it up in the toilet (exactly in the toilet). The arrogant waitress called the security as I refused to pay 3-7€ for a bottle of water. The securities showed their power giving me 10 seconds to leave the place, even though I have my full glass of beer. I have worked in a bar and I would never refuse anyone a glass of tap water. From what I know it is ILLEGAL. I wish that the authorities could really check this place out. Completely abusive and disrespectful. It's very easy when four big men are around force you to leave just because you refused to buy a bottle of water. :/ TOURIST TRAP!!! Discriminate and useless!!!!!!!

Wir waren 10 Personen und waren an einem Freitagabend dort. Wir wurden na ja...nett begrüßt. Wehe die Tür ist eine Sekunde zu lange auf. Wir kamen zu unserem Platz, ein Tisch wurde noch dazu gestellt. Die Cocktailkarte...wow, super viel. Es erschlägt einen. Es wurden alkoholische und nicht alkoholische Getränke bestellt. Die Kellnerin stand dann etwas hilflos an unserem Tisch, wusste nicht was was ist. Ich solle doch einfach meinen Cocktail kosten ob er mit oder ohne Alkohol ist. Unverschämtheit! Übertroffen wurde alles vom Essen...nicht. Es war kalt. Alles war kalt. Wie ließen alles zurückgehen. Nach 2 Min. kam alles wieder. Also gehe ich davon aus, dass es schnell in der Mikrowelle war. Es war zumindest etwas wärmer. Das knusprige Hähnchen war weder knusprig noch gewürzt. Puh, alles in allem schwierig. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Ein unvergesslicher Abend mit tollem Buffet (Danke an den Koch, es war top), gute Show, tolle Bedienung, leckere Drinks und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Türsteher. Allein die Einrichtung war schon der Börner. Was verbesserungswürdig wäre, ist die Platzsituation beim Essen (das war schon ein wenig eng, aber natürlich machbar) und eine Showeinlagen nur für die Damenwelt hatte gefehlt 😉. Für die Herren gab es an dem Abend genug zu sehen 😀. Es war aber alles in allem, echt cool bei euch. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Such a fun place to spend your evening in. Be sure that you will end up dancing and drunk. Great shows and really lovely people!

I wanna write worst service ever but I can't. There was no service.

Good fun but impossible to order a drink. 5 barmen but you have to order with the one roaming drink taker who is far too busy unsuccessfully trying to hook up with bridesmaids.

Ich bin einwenig gespalten: die Geschäftspolitik finde ich zweifelhaft, die Mitarbeiter im Service und auch die Protagonistin und Protagonisten versprühten Professionalität und ein hohes Maß an Motivation. Service immer am Ackern, aufmerksames Nachfragen, schnelles Arbarbeiten. Servicekraft am Tresen wirken wie ein Teil der Show - Gute Laune verbreitend! Geschäftspolitik: Reserviert im Februar für Wilde Mathilde aber dann einfach umgebucht auf Knutschfleck. Getränkekarte mit niedrigeren Preisen ausgeteilt. Differenz bei 2 - 3 Euro pro Cocktail. Nachfrage warum es inhaltlich zwei Karten mit unterschiedlichen Preisen gibt: die eine sei die "Alte" und der Preis nicht mehr gültig. Aber auch hier: Kulanz !!! und Fehler können passieren. Ganz ehrlich: wenn ihr eine nette Varieté Show wollt, bucht gleich den Knutschfleck. Bessere Bühne, Platz zum Tanzen direkt unterm Fernsehturm. Geht es um 20ziger Stil dann eher die Wilde M. Cocktailkarte riesig und neben Klassiker auch mutige Kombinationen. Auch die neuen Preise halte ich noch für okay. Rund 8,- plus Alkoholfreie und rund 11 - 12 alkoholische Cocktails. Für ein Partyabend mit Freunden toll.

Zum 30 jährigen Jubiläum unseres Betriebes haben wir einen wundervollen Abend im Knutschfleck verbracht. Lia hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Sie war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dank des Programmes von Raliza, Mr. Caipirinha(Saxaphonist) und Co. ( Alice und Tänzerinnen) hatten wir viel Spaß und eine unvergessliche Zeit. Das Essen war umwerfend und preislich auch alles im Rahmen. Ein Abend im Knutschfleck ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Es war mega toll hier. Das Personal (Anastasia) ist super nett und immer freundlich. Sie macht einen sauber Job. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall einen Tisch reservieren. Die Show war super. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sie haben eine super große Auswahl an Cocktails. Es war echt klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I came here for my birthday and we were placed at the back of the stage. Although we told the waiter that we would like to change and he told us that he will, we continued sitting in the same place. The waitress who served us was very friendly, but the food and the cocktails were really bad. The show was nice, but thinking that a cocktail costs around 12 euros, I would not recommend this place at all.

My husband and I had a very bad experience, I had paid the amount for a place for 4 people, when we arrived at the place it was just me and my husband, when we informed the receptionist he placed us at a table completely cramped with 9 unknown people. Last person wanted to go to the bathroom, we all had to get up! I asked to be placed at the table I had paid for, even though I knew there were 15 people at the table in question, it was still easier to move around because they were individual chairs and I could move them back and forth. The waiter was inflexible, rude and didn't want to let me keep the place I paid for... I want my money back!! I don't recommend this place to anyone

Ich wurde zu meinem Geburtstag überrascht und hatte einen wundervollen Abend im Knutschfleck mit meiner Family. Super liebes Personal, tolle Shows, gutes Essen und super leckere Cocktails gab es.

My second visit there. As ever top service and friendly staff. Won't be my last.

Not a fancy place, but we had a great time here a Saturday night. The entrence fee 10€ doesn't seem reasonable in the door, fyi.

Das ist unser Ziel zum Wochenende. Mädelsabend..und ich guck durch die Röhre. Der Name Knutschfleck erinnert mich an eine Zeit wo ich ständig einen hatte. Heute weiß ich das zu vermeiden,,,😅👍💋 Es ist immer sehr amüsant hier und die Show und Musik unterhalten gut.

This place reminds me of Circus in London. There was a lot of entertainment and things going on. When we went on a Sunday evening there was live singers and tribute acts, a circus act, a juggler and a Coyote Ugly act (girls on the bar dancing pouring shots into guests mouths). Needless to say well worth the entrance fee and the cockatails are absolutely insane

Ich war das erste mal im Knutschfleck 💋 das Programm war witzig gestaltet, einige Künstler haben ihr bestes gegeben. Leider war an dem Tag Personal Mangel wie überall momentan. Getränke 🥤 kamen nicht ran, essen hat sehr lange gedauert, verkehrte Getränke. Ich hoffe das ist nicht immer so. Aber sonst war es gelungener Abend. Kann ich trotzdem weiter empfehlen.

Great venue for a works team building event, learnt about cocktails, drank loads and had lots of fun. On my list for a night out next time I am in Berlin.

Ursprünglich hatte wir Tickets im Lieschen Müller aber aufgrund einer Havarie wurden wir ins Knutschfleck umgeleitet. Es war eine tolle und lustige Show. Unser Kellner war sehr aufmerksam. Die Portionen sind riesig und es ist mittelklassige gute deutsche Küche. Kulinarisch wäre noch Luft nach oben und die Cocktails sind äußerst teuer. Allen in allem war es ein schöner Mädels Abend.

The place has a great atmosphere, the shows are entertaining and the service (waiters and staff) is really good. The only issue is that we had to wait quite some time for our order to be ready. The 15 eur fee was ok considering all the shows that are presented during the night. However, nor sure if I will repeat the experience. Food definitely overpriced, nachos 20 eur and these are basically supermarket nachos with cheese.

Ein schöner Abend in Knutschfleck. Fabienne hat sich den ganzen Abend gut um uns gekümmert. Die Cocktails sehr teuer, die Essensauswahl passt nicht zum Ambiente, ostdeutsches Essen im Showtheater hmm, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber es hat geschmeckt und war reichlich. Die Show war gut, aber die Pausen waren sehr anstrengend, obwohl die Musik super war und wir auch ein wenig geschunkelt und mit gesunden haben. Dennoch haben die Pausen genervt. Zusammen gefasst, schöner Abend, Konzept beim Essen und die vielen langen Pausen sollten überdacht werden.

Ein toller Abend mit wirklich schönen Showeinlagen. Der Eintritt von 15 € ist völlig gerechtfertigt. Beim reservieren eines Tisches wurde ich darauf hingewiesen. Und es wurde auch nochmal nachgefragt, als wir nun endlich an Ort und Stelle waren, ob wir über den Eintrittspreis Bescheid wüssten. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber wie ich finde, im Preis recht üppig. Mein Gin Tonic an diesem Abend war mit 8.90€ im Budget und lecker. Unsere Tischdame war an diesem Abend etwas verwirrt und kam ständig mit Getränken an, die wir nicht bestellt hatten. Also es lohnt sich, am Ende des Abends mal auf die Rechnung zu schauen. Im Großen und Ganzen ein toller Abend und ich werde wieder mal vorbeischauen.

Also wirklich, vom Programm, bis hin zu den Cocktails war es ein magischer Abend. Ich bin international viel im Nachleben unterwegs und ich habe noch nie ein so stimmiges Konzept gesehen. Besonderes Lob an Leon, der super zuvorkommende Kellner, der immer zur Stelle war und uns Cocktails mit frischen Früchten brachte. Gute Tür, die einem immer die Tür aufhält.

Eine tolles Erlebnisrestaurant. Preiswerte DDR Küche, gute Getränke,riesen Auswahl. Hochwertiges Showprogramm. Gutes Publikum und Musik. Muss man bei einem Berlinbesuch unbedingt auf dem Plan haben.

Wir waren zu einem Junggesellenabschied an einem Samstagabend da! Die Location ist sehr schön und das Ambiente ebenso. Trotzdem gibt es nur 3 von 5 Sternen. Warum? Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht klimatisiert. Fenster sind geschlossen und wurden erst auf bitten und betteln (wohl wegen der Lautstärke) erst 22 Uhr geöffnet. Da wir seit ein paar Tagen über 30 Grad in Berlin haben, war es kaum auszuhalten. Die Bar war voll und die Menschen, die Lichter usw. haben alles so aufgeheizt. Es war so schade. Zwischendurch hatte man das Gefühl keine Luft mehr zu bekommen, selbst die Kellnerinnen litten deutlich unter den Temperaturen. Wo wir gleich beim nächsten Thema sind: Der Service ist Klasse! Die Mädels sind freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und vermitteln Spass und gute Laune. Thema Essen: Deutsche (DDR) Küche. Eine Speisekarte ohne Preise, was ich unverständlich finde, man ist gezwungen die Kellnerinnen zu fragen. Auswahl ist gut, Qualität ist okay, für den Preis aber nur eine 3 von 5. Ich hatte das Jägerschnitzel: Jägerschnitzel war topp, die Nudeln leider einen ticken drüber und Tomatensauce einen kleinen Klecks, für die Menge an Nudeln aber zu wenig. Die Cocktailkarte ist der Wahnsinn und zweifellos sind alle Cocktails ein Hingucker. Mit 11,90€ allerdings schon etwas höher preisig. Abschließend zur Show: Für 15€ bekommt man wirklich etwas geboten. Die Darsteller geben sich Mühe, machen Stimmung und es war wirklich super. Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder... aber auf jeden Fall erst im Winter 😉

We had Prawns “all you can eat” deal. Prawns were really fresh and great taste but service can be for sure improved.

The drinks here were delicious! The bar has a very laid back vibe, but you are able to get on the raised dance floor and dance and request songs from the DJ. There were some people there that had amazing dance moves! Some of the people at the bar though, were kind of sketchy. My friend and I did like the bar though, but would have preferred if the dance floor was not in the middle of the bar.
