Had lunch with my wife there on Sunday and had a good time. It was cool that I was able to order a welcome drink for us during the reservation online. We had burger, nachos and buffalo wings. All tasted good and there was no delay in the food arriving. The staff were friendly and spoke English. Recommend to others yes.

Unfortunately we were unable to make the reservation we made. But the colleague at the entrance was very nice and gave us warm, warm advice. I hope next time we can come visit you.

A nice cafe at the hear of Berlin. We were booked tables for a work dinner there and they came with a number of options. There was starters such as bruschetta, hummus, guacamole, and chips. We were served house wise which was ok not great. The ambient is very nice, There is a terrace faving the street and have a nice view to the memorial building at night. The food very very moderate, the Caesar salad was very salty, the rib bbq was HUGE! Looked fine I did't try. The grilled salmon fish was also very good. The decoration is unique there are some outfits on the wall in frames that I would have really wanted to know the story.

We ordered wings and two Hot Fudge Chocolate Brownies today for the kids. The wings came fast. They were delicious. The brownies took some time. Both, the waiter and the manager came to our table, excused for the time we had to wait, explained the reason and the manager said, we'll get them for free because we had to wait such a long time. That was a very positive surprise. We just found such kind of great hospitality and customer orientation in the US so far. Excellent place. We left a hugh tip. It's always the people that make a difference.

We had a really nice time at Hard Rock Cafe yesterday. The ambience is really nice and the staff are extremely fun and attentive. Shout out to Roger for the amazing hospitality we had at the restaurant. The portions are huge and we had our Man vs Food moments yesterday and had to pack some of the food as take away. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Berlin. Will come back for more in future.

We were there for the first time. Despite the reservation, we still had to wait 15 minutes. Then we were taken to the table. Service was nice and friendly. Food was okay, with room for improvement. My burger was a little too spicy and my wife was missing the BBQ sauce. Ambiance is typical Hard Rock Café. But this is the smallest we have ever visited. Dessert was very big and unfortunately way too much.

Kudos to all staff of this place. A special mention to Tiffany and Madelane and their lady supervisor (I think her name began with an N…, Natalia, or Naftalia..not sure..) who was tops in offering service and discounts down to the specials of the hour, survey discount coupons, outstanding waiting service, smiles, even a complimentary glass of sparkling water from the supervisor herself. Her name tag said supervisor but I didn’t get her name clearly. Made to wait all in good time to take advantage of discounts and specials. Came on the day of HRC’s 50th birthday, was truly a lucky day!

The experience at Hard Rock is always nice, and the music is great. The prices are a bit high and there are very few vegan options, which aren't marked clearly on the menu. I was also surprised they didn't had vegan cheese like I had in hard rock in vienna for example, considering Berlin is much more vegan friendly.

We had shrimps and ribs,chicken&pulled pork. Food was good and location is perfect. Also I d like to thank you Juan & Eric. They are so friendly and talkative. They make place special and live. We had a good experience from begining to the end. Also we sat in terrace. Busy street but not noisy. You can enjoy the weather and ur drink in terrace. Thanks for everyone.

as hard rock cafes go, i was alittle disappointed with this one, it wasn’t very big or particularly cool… it had a small shop where the employees would just stare at you from a distance, it was fine but just not as other ones i have been to. the restaurant was unorganised and it sort of felt like you were just forced to sit somewhere and eat, we looked at the menu for abit and then left to eat somewhere else as the menu wasn’t very extensive, i would imagine that this is similar or other hard rock cafes as it is american diner style…? some of the decor was nice

We ordered the wings (very good), bbq bacon cheeseburger (wish was the only thing i did not like) and the legendary burger (a bit dry), but it was really good. The patty was perfect and I could taste the individual ingredients that merged into the burger 👌

Great place to sit and drink something. Prices higher than other places but it is really different experience to sit in place that included a lot of old/ historical stuff. You can get some staff before starting your food or drink and there are a lot of good things. Thanks all workers that helped us a lot.

They handle allergies really well. I have a lactose intolerance, the manager came and explained what was possible. Service was great, staff is really nice. As always the Hard Rock Cafe is a bit chaotic and busy, but as is expected of the restaurants. The food was decent, but we feel you pay more for the experience. We love the feel, the music, the atmosphere and the staff of every Hard Rock Cafe to be honest. We were seated upstairs, the toilets were on this level. They were clean and fancy. Would like for them to have more options for vegetarians/vegans, but the option they do have is pretty nice.

Hard Rock Cafe is a tourist thing for anyone visiting large Western cities. . I've been to a few in the UK and abroad. The Berlin restaurant is a little as expected to be honest. It's not got the same wow factor as some of the other sites I've been too but it's still a treat and good for kids. . I tried the new Lionel Messi chicken sandwich which wasn't great. I think it just wasn't to my taste as I found the chicken to be very rich and covered in butter (too much butter) . The staff and service was very good and very welcoming. . If you've never been to hard rock you would probably love it, however if you been to some of the other larger cafes you might find this one a little underwhelming by comparison. . All in all it's still a great place to visit

This is my third year at Hard Rock for Christmas day. You can never fail. Great atmosphere, and a couple of dogs got to join their families, which was an amazing thing to see.

I had a Diabolo burger with fries. My son a flatbread. Food was very average. My beverage was a non alcoholic cocktail which was good. Payment was strange because I was requested to give a signature on my card payment though I authorized with pin. Service was good. Overall disappointing. Food is the most important thing when you go out for dinner.

Great music, food, and staff. I recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich. We also had our Christmas Dinner here and the turkey dinner was excellent.

We arrived and it was super busy. Luckily the staff was able to offer us a seat at the bar. The servers were super nice and friendly, despite having to rush a little. The food was really tasty, so were the cocktails. The only real downside that we had to wait for a while to get the bill and that there were a lot of families with young children.

I had the legendary burger and it was absolutely amazing; we also tried the steak salad and twisted mac and cheese and both were perfect. Our server was amazing and made us both feel wonderfully comfortable. We also tried 2 cocktails and they tasted great although very strong :). We will definitely be returning

Today 3 friends and myself had the pleasure to pay a visit to the Hard Rock Café in Berlin. We were welcomed in a very nice way and shown to our table. Very shortly afterwards we were greeted by our waitress/hostess for the evening, Veronica is her name. We ordered our drinks and some starters (tacos and chicken tenders). The starters we had were perfect the tenders crisp in the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The Tacos we ordered with guacamole which was fresh and with very good seasoning and an awesome avocado taste which shows the high quality food that is served there, the honey mustard and BBQ Spices was awesome as well. As soon as we finished the starters the mains were served, awesome ribs as well a chicken sandwich and a classic burger. All meals were created in perfection as well and the previously mentioned high quality ingredients are Programm here as well. In light of the current global pandemic I want to point out that they follow all standards as well. All tables were clean the staff was wearing face covers, quick touchless temperature check when entering checking that everyone is asked to wear a facemask when leaving the table. While still ensuring you feel welcome at all times and feeling save. I think you can see why the 5 star rating was given here. However I want to take some words in the end and thank Veronica. She is a very charming and outstanding on how she does her job. One can only hope to have her as waitress the next time again! :) Thank you! Björn

Es steht draußen vorm Geschäft eine riesige Schlange und wenn man selber nach dem Essen ein Tshirt kaufen will gibt es nur einen kleinen Stand. Wenn es schon so einen Andrang gibt, würde ich eventuell den Laden ein bisschen vergrößern.

Wir stellten uns draußen in einer Schlange an, als ein Angestellter auf uns zukam und fragten, ob wir etwas essen wollten, was wir verneinten, wir wollten nur in den Shop. Der Angestellte willigte ein und sagte, wir dürfen reinkommen. Wenige Sekunden später kam ein anderer Mitarbeiter auf uns zu und fragte erneut nach, worauf wir wieder antworteten, dass wir nur in den Shop wollten. Daraufhin wurden wir in einem unfreundlichen Tonfall gebeten, den Laden zu verlassen und sich wieder draußen anzustellen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nachdem wir also mehr oder weniger grundlos rausgeschmissen wurden, obwohl wir hineingebeten wurden, sind wir schnell weiter gegangen. Sehr schade, aber das war definitiv mein letzter Besuch in Hard Rock Cafe in Berlin.

I look back at these photos fondly from August of 2018 reminiscing about my first HRC experience outside of the USA--simply put, it was phenomenal!

The food is really good, both burgers and side dishes. Also the service is great. Yesterday I ordered via lieferando, which happened to have system failures that caused huge delays (even 3 hours) everywhere. Despite it not being their fault, hard rock cafe reimbursed me the order, prepared a new burger so I'd get fresh food, and personally called to apologize (they also speak English by the way). Really great food AND service, definitely recommend to everyone!

Good food and excellent service! Both waiters, especially Rio, were very friendly and very attentive! That was really great and we had a very comfortable stay! Just keep in mind that portions are fairly large. So make sure you come with an empty stomach!

Mhhh very efficient I must say. Very friendly welcome and friendly staff. 😅what I didn’t like was the menu more especially if you want to order cocktails and shots it’s pretty confusing. I only saw the happy hour menu for that kind of thing. Oh I tried to ask the waiter ohhh lala big city thing reaction so you want the happy hour menu? 😅 But anyway it would be nice if that part of the menu was clear. To be honest I have been to a lot of hard rock cafes all over and it was my first time to come across a confusing drinks menu like that. other than the drinks menu everything was perfect 👍🏾.

Very friendly staff (Marta Hostess & Tina the Server), very attentive and friendly to talk to. Wings were delicious, HRC is the only place I can find the perfect wings. Cocktails (happy hour) at 6.50€ and absolutely delicious too, both the Mojito and Starwberry Daiquiri.

You know what to expect with the Hard Rock Cafe, standard American food and the same sort of atmosphere no matter where in the world you are. If that’s what you’re into, it’s hard to be disappointed by the fulfilled promise! It’s generally at least a safe bet for unadventurous eaters or large groups. The vegan options here were extremely limited, which was unfortunate. The vegan burger was very disappointing- it was served completely dry! I understand that there may have been no vegan mayo (although this is very easy to come by), but at a minimum some ketchup or mustard would have made the burger more edible.

As usual looking for hard rock shop for some stuffs. Then head to the cafe for quick lunch. A lot of crowd and there's this British waiter who make make things more colorful in the cafe.

The place is awesome. Service is great, food is amazing: I've picked the most traditional Legendary Burger and it was incredible tasty, with perfect fried and oil-free French fries. You might get a table besides Eric Clapton's guitar, Rammstein's e-guitar, or John Lennon's jacket. And obviously all of this with a nice rock playlist in the background.

Wherever I go abroad, I always visit a Hard Rock Cafe. The one in Berlin was a good one and had a great time. Cocktails and food were delicious and happy hour was great too.

Food was great and staff was very nice, but for a Hard Rock Cafe there was surprisingly not a lot of rock music played, there was Pharrell Williams - happy, and even Don't Worry, be Happy. Live music was okay at best, mostly off tone. The food and beers were great however.

It's the best Hard Rock Café i've visited so far and i've been all around Europe already. The food is very delicious and the staff, especially Cosmine and the Lady with the dreads, are so nice and polite. I recommend it and will definitely come again! Enjoy!

We had great evening with my colleagues at HRC. The waitress Raquel who took care of us is the most wonderful, friendly and joyful person I ever met in any restaurant in my whole life. One of the best customer service I ever had in Hard Rock Caffe! I loved the fact that they had as well flammkuchen at the Special offer of the day. I stayed in Berlin for a few days and have eaten at Hard Rock caffe 3 times.

It is a tradition for us to book and eat a Legendary Burger in every Hard Rock Cafe restaurant in the cities we visit (where applicable). From all of the restaurants, this was by far the worst experience. Beginning at the entrance, where the person had no control whatsoever over the reservations and the available tables. When our time came, we were told that because they were full, our table was not ready and we had to wait!!!! When we could perfectly see there were some free tables over the rooms. Overcame this first situation, and already sat on our table, our burgers arrived in less than 10 min after order! The food was cold, it was perfectly visible that the burger had been prepared for a long time. The cheese slice was not melted, rather looked like plastic, the bacon was so hard it broke like glass and the burger was completely dry! The fries were not freshly done! A complete disaster and disappointment! Hope in my next reservation in the next restaurant we have the experience at the level we got used at Hard Rock Cafe.

Great food but it is definitely overpriced because they are an international chain that rely on tourist to ensure their profits. It's a novelty that tourist want to say they experienced. With that said their food is very good and if you don't mind slightly over paying for your meal, I definitely recommend it.

A great classic Hard Rock restaurant. The food was great and full of flavour, there is a good selection of drinks as well. The service was friendly and efficient and there is a great collection of music memorabilia decorating the entire restaurant.

But it is the only Hard Rock Cafe I’ve been to where if you sit outside you do not feel like you’re at a Hard Rock Cafe! If you look at the windows you definitely think you have arrived at a clothing store. Also there is no music outside. At all. The terrace is ordinary and nothing makes you feel you are at a Hard Rock Cafe. Pretty sad.

It's a typical American restaurant. The waiters also had an American accent which made the experience of this restaurant way more real.
