It's an amazing Hotel I would recommend everyone! The rooms are spacious with a beautiful design. I loved the large windows, modern TV, super comfortable beds and modern furniture. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally clean. I also loved an electric kettle and complementary drinks in the room. Our room was cleaned every day and also the reception is super professional and works 24/7! Also the location of this Hotel is perfect- right next to the U-Bahn Station and on one of the main streets in Berlin with amazing nightlife and loads of food spots!

Rooms are old, duvets are dirty as you can see from photos. Carpets are dirty and stained. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. Shower leaks and so does the wash basin, so had to put towels down to stop water. No English Channel on TV at all only German. Don’t book to stay at this hotel.

Pretty good hotel for the money. Rooms were very clean and attended. Staff were very friendly and dealt with any of our requests. Marked it down as they only top up the shampoo and hand soap with minimum amount so the two of us always struggled to have enough to clean. They also did not have any irons for the rooms. They did have an iron in the disabled toilet which was fine, but don’t really want to be traipsing down with your clothes every morning in-front of everyone. Also. No English TV channels available.

First of all, I would like to say that I feel my personal experiences are not in form with the normal experience in Leonardo hotels in Berlin. I’ve stayed with them many times, and every stay was lovely, heck, I even booked this stay now with only points. I booked a 2 night stay in the hotel 31/10-2/11. The reception staff was lovely and accommodating as always, the breakfast staff was amazing and so nice! The room was great, however the one and major thing that I had problem with are the housekeeping staff. At 9 am in the morning, even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door, one if the staff member knocked and since I was asleep and didn’t hear him, and instead of giving up he just continued till he got a response from me half asleep. I’ve stayed in many hotels and didn’t even see or heard this thing occur before! That’s not supposed to happen . After that, I kept the sign on the door for the whole day since I was checking out at 14 (once again, great reception and very accommodating!) at 12, when I was trying to sleep one more time before my flight the housekeeping staff knocked again! Now shouting behind the door “good morning!!” And keeping to knock until I respond. That’s how you ruin an experience.

Rooms are great, well placed in town near everything. Not cheap but worth the price and location. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, perhaps a little on the small side. Breakfast included was fantastic can't fault it at all. Certainly worth coming here again.

The receptionists were totally unfriendly, The lady S.goslinowksi and the other guy with dark skin in the night shift they were totally unfriendly and don’t know how to treat guests We stayed there 3 nights Next day no room service and no water so we called the room service they told us call reception so i did , the receptionist told me it’s not my job ! After that we asked some one from the staff at the floor to bring us toilet paper Then we talked to receptionist that we need water but she told us it’s only complementary for the first night ! I told her that we reserved on booking.com comfort double room which mentioned in it facilities “room service, bottle of water also coffee/tea bags for the tea maker EVERYDAY but she didn’t reply and ignores us ! The air conditioning/Heating not working Only the location was near from metro station which good to reach landmarks

I went to the hotel for a technology conference and everything was fantastic since the check-in. I appreciated a lot the quality of the breakfast and the kindness of all the staff. A special mention to the receptionists, they were very great and helped me a lot with my issues, and thanks for borrowing me the umbrella. See you next time in Berlin

The room was fine. Clean enough. But WiFi was horrible, it drops frequently and is very slow. And the negative reviews about the service are somewhat true. I stayed for a week and almost all the staff are polite and welcoming, but a few incidents were quite upsetting. For example, they kicked me out early even though I had confirmed I could check out late. They barged in 3 times and finally called to say to get out. No apologies after finding out that I did have permission to stay, just that, I had to get out soon. At least they gave me 30 minutes to pack. Another weird encounter was with a staff at breakfast who basically told me how the authoritarian government I had escaped from is so great and also that I needed to keep quiet when I asked if my request for iced water in my water bottle could be fulfilled. It's weird. Maybe I'm just not accustomed to the local culture or it could be a language barrier because I don't think it's intentional hurtful, and he did apologise when I told him he can't just tell people to keep quiet. Tbh, I might come back if they improve their WiFi, and it's probably good value if you hadn't come on a busy week like I did when the rates were much higher than usual.

Rooms are smaller than expected and the washroom is very compact. The receptionist was very casual with guests at the time of check in, it took more then 25 min to check. The location is far from the centr but you can have a train which is near to hotel.

Everything is in best order with this hotel. For a standard price you get a comfortable room somewhat more spacious than the usual box and a decent continental breakfast with more than average choices of pastries. The location of the hotel is great. It's central with a nearby subway station. The staff was always friendly to me, even when I tried to sneak into the breakfast room without waiting to register my room number.

The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was spacious and well-designed, allowing me to unwind and feel at ease. The bed was plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, such as a spa or a lounge area, added to the overall comfort and allowed me to indulge and rejuvenate. The staff was attentive and ensured that all my needs were met, creating a stress-free environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt completely at ease throughout my time at the hotel. It was a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.

It is a very clean hotel which is the most important thing about a hotel. The breakfast offers a rich variety until 10:30. The location was ok since it is 20min walk to Berlin Messe.

Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The whole hotel only has 1 iron and you need to bring your clothes downstairs and iron them in a toilet.. which is the reason for 3 stars.

room was incredibly tiny and seems to not have been updated in over 10 years. double bed was actually two single beds. hallways were narrow and dark. Bar was closed. Even in Frankfurt I have stayed in much nicer hotels for half the price. At €140 a night this hotel is absolutely unacceptable, maybe if the price were €50-60 it would be appropriate.

Basic hotel, pretty much like any travel lodge in England but it served its purpose and was in a good location! Parking at the hotel is €18 but we found parking on the street for free, definately worth having a look about. Breakfast had good options and staff where friendly. Room cleaned every day we were there. Complimentary water given. Shower was fantastic, I'd say the best I've ever had in a hotel stay.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of options. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The parking place is a bit small and has costed us 18 euros for 8 hours.

It's really loud at night because windows aren't properly sealed, so you hear people coughing 10 metres below you on the street. The rest is great, staff is lovely, place is clean, breakfast is tasty and full.

Really nice stay, rooms were clean and modern, staff were friendly, can’t complain in the slightest. Perfect for the Christmas markets as it’s fairly central (metro straight into Berlin from outside the hotel). Overall amazing trip!

Bottle of water provided in the room gave us relief after we arrived at the end of our long journey. The hotel was very clean, bathroom was sterile-clean. Bed was comfortable and fairly large. Opposite to the hotel was an excellent bakery combined with cafeteria - we chose to eat our breakfasts there. The only thing to improve would be to add an option to check in earlier (even at additional cost).

Great centerally located hotel. Clean and room was adequate. Breakfast standard everything there cereals, different kind of bread and rolls, scrambled and also boiled eggs, Bacon and sausages, cold cuts and cheese variation. Fruits & veggie, juices Coffee and different Coffee types to press. Good Bar with a friendly Barman Philipp. Alltogether a good short stay at Leonardo Wilmersdorferstr. in Berlin.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the metro station. The room was very clean and neat! The only problem was the broken air-condition on the weekend we were there and it was very warm. Thankfully our room wasn't the warmest so we were fine! There is a 24 hour reception which is great. Staff was helpful enough but not the friendliest staff I ever met. Overall a great experience for a great price!

Pro's: + Location perfectly located at 50meters of subways U2 and U7. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby + Rooms are rather clean, beds are good + Breakfast is variated, employees there are friendly. A suggestion : The buffet is very crowded. As there is only one coffeemachine people are queing up there and blocking the way for people that want to take other breakfast items, so move the coffeemachine outside the small buffetroom so that people are spread more. That would be nice in times without Covid, but especially smart in the current times of Covid. Con's: - The curtains do not cover the complete windows. In the winter time this is usually nota problem, but in summertime bring your own eye covers - I sent an email three days in advance if an early check-in was possible but never got an answer. - People behind the reception are not very friendly at check in , do not take the initiative to show the way to the elevators. For instance : They do not ask : "Do you have any more questions ?" - At check out, the receptionist ask me to pay an openstanding amount for expenses at the bar. I asked if I could see the invoice to check it and then if it was correct I would pay it. No he said I cannot print an invoice. You first have to pay and then you get the invoice and specification. That is not correct. It should be the other way around. First check and then pay, as in all other hotels I have visited so far.

I booked this Hotel for business, mainly because is near CityCube Berlin. The price was ok, my room was clean but some furniture was a little bit damaged ( chair etc.). The room was big enough for its purpose but I found it a bit cold, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff friendly and helpful. The receptionist was also very attentive and made the stay pleasant! I didn’t really use the lobby downstairs but it seemed comfortable. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. PS: if you have a room facing the front, don’t open your windows in the evening. The whole smell from the restaurant below will be inside.

We spent 4 nights here after Christmas. On the second day of our stay, we were woken up by a fire alarm at 7 in the morning. Later once more again at 9. The hotel did not take any action in regards to the inconvenience and I still do not see why the hotel would think that this was not a big deal. And what makes it worse was how untrained the front desk was. The same night, we came back to the hotel wanting to understand what happened in the morning. And the girl, which said she was only here for 3 months, told us it was a fire alarm and there was nothing the hotel could do. Soon after we requested for a partial refund, the girl told us it would not be possible because then the hotel would have to compensate everyone in the hotel. And how on the world do you not think that some action should have been taken when something this outrageous happen?? It clearly shows that the hotel lacks of crisis handling and the inefficiency on front desk training. The hotel also had some debatable design. For room 601 to 609 or sth, you need to take elevator to the 6th floor then walk up a stairs. Yes you read this right. So if you get assigned into these room, good luck with it. The bathroom was also very werid in the way the toilet and the showe area are separated. The switch for light is also placed behind the door. I personally would not recommend staying here. Maybe if you are lucky enough, a one night stay is fine. But otherwise, dont even think about here.

  • 1/5 S T. 3 months ago on Google New
The entire hotel for evacuated TWICE early in the morning due to false fire alarm. I had to walk 6 stairs down. Afterwards, they didn't explain what happened either (6 firetrucks came). When asked, they said it was out of their control and didn't bother to apologize. I can understand fire alarm and needing to evacuate, but I didn't pay for being awaken in the morning and ran for my life due to technical issue. Also no apology, no gesture or anything? They don't care about their reputation and customers.

The hotel was perfect. The cleanliness of the room was great, comfortable and cozy beds, the room was big enough. Also, very good breakfast buffet, lots to choose from. Andthe location is very good, you have everything at hand.I would repeat.

we liked the hotel, it has good location in the west part of Berlin, easy to reach the center by subway that is right across the street. We found free street parking, hard to find a free spot but then it's fine to stay there. room was comfy. the downside tho is that the staff is not very friendly, lobby staff was not really nice, like if anything was a bother to them. but well if no interaction is done then the hotel is great

  • 4/5 Marc P. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is really nice for its price. It's located very close to the subway station and to some stores. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and I didn't really miss anything. The one thing I could criticize is that the bed sheets are a bit short. On the plus side, I was surprised about the breakfast buffet, which was included in my rate. It's actually quite a rich breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, meat, and everything you need for a start into a business day.

  • 5/5 Franziska S. 2 years ago on Google
We enjoyed our stay! The room was great, and here are 2 points of improvement: larger trash cans, and a mini-fridge. That would have really helped, even with the breakfast option. And password-protected wifi. We have already recommended this hotel to friends, but for people coming from abroad and having to do some work while in Berlin, reliable wifi is absolutely key.

Very friendly stuff. Guy at the register in the evening hours was very helpful. He told us about opening hours of museums and shops on the Easter Monday. Rooms are good but could've been warmer at the night time. One star less for the room because of blanket. Location is good for the price. You have to take U-Bahn to the Mitte. Tickets price is 3€ one way for one person.

30 minutes from the tourist centre. Quite place, spacious and clean room. Need a little bit of maintenance for some marks in the floor carpet and in the bathroom painting.

  • 3/5 Federico R. 1 year ago on Google
Nice place in the outside of the center of Berlin. The room is medium cleaned, if you look for the details you see things that are just better not to see... There is literally nothing to do there in night. Is near the U2/U7 Station, witch is very good connected. The rateo price/nights is a bit high for what it offers, and the breakfast is not always included (15€/day). For business is very good, for a tourist is not the best option.

  • 1/5 Nur “ExcesS” Abas G. 1 year ago on Google
The night staff was quite rude when confronted with the fact that they are not picking up the phone for 30 minutes while being called from the room, forcing me to go downstairs to reception. Apart from that, we arrived at 9am and weren’t provided even with basic services irrespective of the fact that the checkin is at 3PM (completely senseless, who arrives to a hotel in the afternoon?) The 3* is solely based on the kitchen staff which provides really decent food but the reception + room service are ridiculously uninterested in providing any type of comfortable experience to their patrons.

Hotel services were ok , but bed is not comfortable for couples may be they have other bed also U have to ask first . It's like two different beds join together otherwise it's five star ..

Rooms are smaller than what I was used to, but I'm American and we do everything big. My aunt booked this room for a family trip to stay 2 nights while we waited for the rest of the family to arrive. I'd recommend a mini fridge in the rooms; that would have been very helpful to us. Breakfast is not included (it's 15€ per day) and there are no amenities, like a gym. Not bad for a 3 stat hotel. If you want something grand, you'll need to spend a bit more. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

For the money you pay = clean rooms. staff very nice. Downside is not necessarily of the hotel’s creation which Berlin’s parking situation that requires coins and ability to understand German somewhat 🫤. Would recommend to guests to plan your parking in advance and not take it for granted that parking is everywhere, because it’s NOT! What was a hotel created problem was the faulty electricity in our room. We couldn’t charge phones whilst boiling the kettle without the electricity tripping out. A little inconvenient… Otherwise great place!

  • 3/5 Candida P. 2 years ago on Google
PROS: Clean facilities, nice and comfortable mattress, nice room with more than enough space The best shower/shower head ever. Nice and quiet part of Berlin so one enjoys a good-night's sleep. Convenient distance to public transport to and from the city center. Access to everything on the same street, from ATM to food joints. Nice and perfect breakfast buffet. CONS: There is a complete lack of lean flow of internal communication resulting in the receptionist asking us what we had booked - we expected they would see our bookings as soon as we told him our booking number and names at check-in. It all seemed unprofessional and as though we had to go through the booking process all over again. Also, when we booked the rooms on Booking.com breakfast was included, only to find out while checking in that it wasn't and had to pay for that, which we did, and then come next morning down at the breakfast hall, we were told we had not paid for breakfast , and they had to call the reception to confirm. This happened each morning we went down for breakfast and so it was super embarrassing for us. The hotel's elevator is super slow and definitely needs work.

It was clear that the hotel doesn't focus so much on their maintenance. The interior looked so old. The sink in the toilet was looking brown, the door of the toilet was making a lot of noise, places in the room were dusty and obvious no deep cleaning had been done in the room. The breakfast in the hotel was great. They had a lot of options and the location of the hotel from the city was far and you have a shopping mall that walkable distance away. The receptionist was friendly and the waiters in the restaurant were really nice and helpful.

My experience was not that great. The hotel is designed that you MUST use the elevators which are always slow and busy. The furnishing of the room is poor in terms of the bathroom and the beds. And above all, baby cote were never available.

The had not the room we booked due to a technical issue. Ok, we got another one. Parking spots. It is not possible to park on the street because it is forbidden. The hotel parking lot costs 20 euro per night. Little to much. Queue in from of the elevators every time. Position. It is central but the location it not nice. Lot of hobos on the street. One evening we found one using the tree as a toilet and a news paper as toliet paper. Breakfast really good.

Positive :location of the hotel. Nice quiet room. Kind personnel. Negative :Service room, they don't change the bedsheets if you don't tell them to do that Pillows are uncomfortable They washed the glasses in the bath room instead of bring new ones I didn't like when service room knocked the door and opened it and went into the room directly. Other hotels wait until you answer or open the door for them. So never forget to put "please don't disturb" sign
