A charming hotel! My room is huge and was spotless when I arrived. It looks out over a courtyard so is absolutely silent. Great shower, good wifi, Ubahn station practically next to the entrance. All in all, excellent!

Niedliches Hotel - im Altbaustil mit separaten Eingängen zu den Zimmern. Zimmer klein und niedlich - Bad ist sogar mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zimmer an sich ist kleingehalten und reicht völlig aus. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig. Standort ist sehr gut - direkt an der U-Bahn-Station.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel Brandies. Der Check-in war schnell, unkompliziert und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel zeichnet durch seinen Stil der 20er Jahre aus und hat dadurch einen gewissen Charme. Wer im Hotel Brandies nächtigt kommt nicht umher den Aufzug zu nutzen. Dieser ist über 100 Jahre alt und somit etwas ganz besonderes. Unser Zimmer war recht groß und war ausgesprochen sauber. Man hat hier eine seperate Toiletten und ein Bad mit einer Regendusche. Das Zimmer ist mit einem TV und einer Minibar ausgestattet und recht preisgünstig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß.

Located to the metro station, has very good access to public transport. The rooms were good with great service. Food was very tasty.

Schönes, kleines Hotel in Stil der zwanziger Jahre. Perfekte Lage um Berlin zu erkunden. Ich habe mich gefühlt wie in einer Zeitreise. Sehr sauber, nette Begrüßung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Hotel befindet sich direkt von dem Zugang zu der U-Bahn.

I notified hotel of my late arrival. They said they will leave a key to the hotel and my room in the special locker outside. They gave me the code to the locker but the locker was empty. Their phone line was closed as well. I spent 2 hours at night in the cold in front of the closed hotel doors looking for alternative accomodation in the middle of the night. They replied almost a day later (!), in the afternoon next day, saying it was a mistake and that they left keys in the other locker. That was the worst hotel experience in my life. Please avoid this place

Tolles Hotel das reich an Überraschungen ist! Besonderes Highlight - ein 100 Jahre alter Lift der zwar seine Tücken aber auch viel Charme hat. Man könnte jetzt sagen - das Haus ist alt - ja, aber ungemein stilvoll. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, dabei aber mit Charakter und dem Stil des Hauses angepasst. Auch das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich - viel Auswahl sowohl bei kalten wie bei warmen Speisen, die auch täglich wechselt. Die fußläufige Nähe zur Messe Berlin ist noch ein besonderes Extra...! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!!!

Hotel Brandies is a first class hotel. The staff at the reception is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very good and plenty. My room was large, very clean and tastefully decorated. I spent some ten wonderful days at the hotel and can recommend this hotel to every one.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, a big bathroom. Quiet and very clean. Free coffee/tea, minibar. Friendly personel. Just a few steps away from the next tube station and just around the corner from ZOB / ICC.

Stayed here for 4 days in April, lovely rooms and very clean. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is perfectly placed for transport links all over Berlin and is situated in a lovely area. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

We have been here a second time to celebrate New year's Eve (Sylvester night). We love it and we definitely return.

We had a very nice room with a lot of character. The personnel was very friendly (we wanted to go to a night shop for still water because our minibar didn't have any, the person at the reception went to get some in the kitchen for us) The breakfast was really very good!

Chose this location for my last night in Berlin to be close to TXL for a morning flight and couldn’t be happier! It’s a little quirky: you get an actual KEY for the door, but it doesn’t just open your door, but the door to this strange anti-chamber that leads to your room (and others). The room itself had a chandelier in it! Obviously, a very high ceiling. The room was compact, but not out of line with other rooms I had at more modern Berlin hotels. The bed was fine. The bathroom was gorgeous and had clearly been remodeled within the past year or two. Had both a large, deep tub and and enclosed glass shower. The bathroom was probably 2/3 as big as the room itself! And then there’s the old-timey elevator. A relic from before-the-war, I imagine. It was a little heart racing the first time, but it worked fine. Hotel is literally steps from the U-Bahn station entrance. Neighborhood is fairly upscale, but I went to a nice restaurant around the corner and had a hard time spending more the €20 on dinner (including several drinks). There’s no AC, so a summer stay might not be great, but steam heat in the winter!

Great staying. Very good beds. Clean room. Super breakfast. Highly recommended. If You like rooms and elevator from the past but with the comfort of today this is the place to be.

This hotel was worth 5 stars. Beautiful only a bit further from the city center. It had a vintage elevator and a very nice douche. I would go here again if i would come with the flixbus since its only 8 minutes away walking

The hotel had a spacious and open atmosphere. The rooms were well-designed and had ample space to move around. The common areas, such as the lobby and corridors, were also wide and uncluttered. This sense of openness created a relaxed and unrestricted feeling, allowing guests to move freely and comfortably throughout the hotel. It was a delightful experience to stay in such a breezy and open environment.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. We arrived late at night and the key was provided in a box. The staff was nice upon our departure. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet as facing the courtyard. The only downside was that the cleaning in the corridor or neighbouring room started around 8 AM by which time we would normally still have slept.
