Nice rooms, nice ambiance. Breakfast was good but too expensive for what you get. The fire alarm went of in the evening and none of the three numbers picked up the phone (also not the number for emergency services). So everyone had to stay outside for quite a while. It appeared to be false alarm, but nothing got communicated to the guests

The room was decent for the price but the garden within the property was wonderful. It creates a calm environment to spend the leisure, in an otherwise busy area in the midst of the city. The antique decorations were beautiful too.

Wonderful, well kept oasis of peace in the middle of the city center. Very friendly and efficient service. Love staying here! The rooms are very well appointed, breakfast is luxurious.

Beautiful garden loved the stay. The people that work there are friendly. Also enjoyed Maxi the hotel cat. If i ever go back to berlin i would stay here again.

Wonderful pieceful and cozy place in the center of Berlin. Historic elements, large windows an amazing garden all add up to a very good atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff, well maintained rooms and great breakfast. Even the birds that woke me up in the morning (I left the windows open) have found the green oasis in the city.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit liebevoll ausgestatteten Zimmern inklusive Holzboden! War eine Woche dort und schönes Zimmer gehabt, super nettes Personal. Allerdings war mein Zimmer im Hochparterre und zur Invalidenstraße, was Fenster öffnen über Nacht und Nachtruhe massiv beeinträchtigt hat.

This was a great experience. We had the room in the garden and it was just fantastic. Summer time, the tiny sound of the water flowing in the pond, Maxi the cat walking around. Central position and very suitable for work and leisure purpose. We will surely come back!

The excellent play. Stayed in the apartment for over 2 months in 2 different apartments. The first apartment had a microwave in the kitchenet. The second one didn't have, i requested and was told they don't provide as a matter of policy. Strange, right? I got a valuable life lesson: microwave in the kitchen makes huge difference.

Great hotel in City center. We got upgraded to a studio, which was very big, homy and cosy. Little kitchen with everything one can need. We did not try the breakfast as there are many cheapest options nearby. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Should get five stars but...our room was up 86 steps ( not advertised) so made popping out to the excellent garden for a coffee a thing to be avoided. Will go back but only if we can get a lower floor room. Other than that can not be faulted for location, cleanliness, staff, restaurants nearby and so close to tram and subway stops.

Very quaint and romantic place to stay. Breakfast every morning was so delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed like putting our lost luggage in our room and recommending good places to eat. Quiet little garden space out back. Very clean and cosy. Best way to start our holiday!

Nice hotel but in not one to stay in summer. No air conditioning and overlooks a main road junction so you will be woken up at 5:30!

Very nice, cheap, clean hotel. Friendly courteous staff in a hotel nicely positioned near the Nordbahnhof station. Recommended, will come back again.

Fantastic location and atmosphere, garden great

Ankommen und mit einem Lächeln Abreisen, um wieder zukommen Das Hotel ist eine Oase, wo das Herz und die Neugierde zu Hause ist. Alles ist stimmig und aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Ausstattung stilvoll und außergewöhnlich. Ich war immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs,der Garten ist ein Traum,wo man geträumt hat, der einen inspiriert und glücklich macht, eine grüne Oase in dieser trubeligen Stadt.Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, der Kaffee, mega lecker, Brötchen, Brot, unterschiedlicher Aufschnitt, Saft ect Ich war ein Tag da, ich würde immer wieder dort hinfahren,mit einem Lächeln ankommen und abreisen, kreativ,Stil und das Grün des Lebens im Sinn, Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Entree: sehr beeindruckend. Der Innenhof ist eine Oase aus Pflanzen und heimischen Vogelarten und das Zimmer ist einfach nur schön ... Der Service allgemein und das Frühstück passen perfekt zu diesem wunderbaren Hotel: individuell und einzigartig.
