We’re a running group and reserved a table for our post-run brunch. This was made clear in the booking. Unfortunately we were kicked out for smelling (none of us is stinky; we’re pretty presentable). Weird how this establishment is prepare to take our money in summer but not winter.

If we want to have a cocktail in Spandau and go, we prefer to go there. The cocktails have been consistently delicious for years. I've been going here for 20 years. A small note about the cocktails, a bit of a breath of fresh air with the non-alcoholic cocktails would be welcome. I had a burger that evening, the burger pattie was terrible (grade 5) and not up to par with the rest. Otherwise, nachos and tarte flambée and sweet potato fries were delicious.

Good place to stop for a drink, sitting in the sun. Very busy, our service was slow, getting the bill.

An institution in Spandau. Admittedly, the food here is not an absolute highlight. So it's not bad, but just a normal standard without a lot of frills. The service and ambience are quite good and the prices are also extremely moderate in a good old town location. In any case, there is a healthy relationship between price and performance. I like coming here.

Nice bar, there is a separate place for smoking so as a non smoker you aren't annoyed by it. We ordered chips and a milkshake and they both where really tasty. The price is also alright, we paid 3,90 for the chips and it was a good amount for 2 people.

There were four of us there for breakfast...breakfast for two is highly recommended...very rich...and sufficient...cozy atmosphere...friendly staff... We recommend

Quite okay. Waiters are always very friendly and accommodating. The food is very tasty, the cocktails average. But I didn't find dessert that tasty. Like bought. If you sit close to the smoking area you can really smell the smell. As a non-smoker, this bothers me.

The service was super nice and attentive. The food was okay. Absolutely average. Price performance was very good. Cons: It's just incredibly loud, we were there around 12 noon and everyone was trying to shout over the loud music, so it was an unbelievable level of noise. Furthermore, there are no allergy labels on the card. That was very difficult for me because the staff couldn't make a correct statement except "Uh, I don't think that's what's in there". Unfortunately, I caught something that I reacted to.

This is the third night we come here. The first two nights waiters were nice and we had drinks up to 1am. Tonight we came in at 23.20 and they told us they were closing and couldn't serve us. Finally we managed to get two drinks with a totally unfriendly service. Bring back the waiters from the previous evenings and fire the ones of Tuesday night please!

I always come back. It's a causy casual place with good service n food. Great cocktails n the building is a bit older n has its charm

We love visiting this authentic and cozy café several times a month. The service is attentive without being intrusive and always puts you in a good mood. All food and drinks ordered meet our taste

Nice breakfast for two. We had two latte macchiatos as well. Delicious and enough for two. Nothing to complain, the scrambled eggs included were very nice.

A Spandau institution - rightly so! We were there again for breakfast. It was no problem to get the cake stand for two as a vegetarian option. Everything was very fresh and tasty and plentiful. The coffee is great and the service is very relaxed and friendly. We recommend!

Bad service!. We couldn't get a service in our table because they said that we are smell bad. So weird!.

We have been visiting this cafe for a long time and have been there many times, but not anymore! Yesterday January 13th During the afternoon shift, the waiter with glasses and a black beard (I don't know his name) behaved very badly towards us. We sat in the smoking area and the friendly waitress served us and brought us drinks. In the meantime we wanted to order food, the mentioned waiter came and was very rude. The young gentleman should leave his arrogance behind and be respectful towards the guests. We just wanted to order food and hang out normally, but this behavior was very ugly. :(

Somewhat outdated furnishings. The service is always friendly, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed when it's full and especially in summer when additional service has to be served outside. The food is always consistently delicious. :)

Normally, me and my companions always felt comfortable in Charlotte. Yesterday I came to the bar with someone around 11 p.m. We were ignored by the waiters, the tables were dirty and full of empty glasses. Incompetence and unfriendliness at its finest. I asked for a microfiber cloth so I could just quickly wipe my table myself and put the glasses aside. Then the young man (“waiter”) literally said “What do you want?” I was shocked and he also told me he would be there “in a moment”. After 20 minutes without any service and sitting at the sticky table, we went over to the bar opposite. No further visit desired. I am an experienced waitress and I have rarely experienced something like this.
