Katastrophe! Der x-te Relaunch dieser - an sich wunderschönen - Location. Und was für ein FAIL (mal wieder - man hätte es wissen müssen!) auf allen Ebenen. Proleten im Service, Proleten als Gäste, Qualität Speisen maximal unteres Convenience Niveau. Preise astronomisch. Don't go there! Wir warten dann mal auf den nächsten Relaunch mit neuem Betreiber, Team, etc. Denn das hier kann nicht funktionieren.

Eine Empfehlung eines Freundes. Ich wunderte mich über die vielen schlechten Rezensionen. Das Essen ist durchweg super lecker. Ebenso die Getränke. Es gab beim Service ein paar Probleme, weil wohl die Bons an Theke und in der Küche zwischendurch nicht mehr ankamen, dadurch hat das ein oder andere mal länger gedauert, doch in Summe ein Geschmackserlebnis. Wir hatten für 3 Personen einfach alle Vorspeisen als große Portion bestellt und konnten dann von allem auch mal was probieren. Leider war der Tag verregnet. An Sommertagen muss es durch den schönen Außenbereich noch toller sein. Die jungen Servicemitarbeiter könnten mehr Souveränität gebrauchen. Die wirken noch etwas verschüchtert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eigentlich ein netter Ort im Westen Berlins. Aber wie kann man im Jahr 2019 so viel Müll produzieren. Plastikstrohalme - und da reicht auch nicht nur einer pro Drink, neun es müssen lächerliche zwei sein. Zwei winzige Pancakes werden in einer Styroporschüsdel serviert und im ach si feinen Beach Club mit immerhin 10€ Eintritt wird auch nur mit Plastikbesteck gegessen. Dazu dann bei der Hitze schön Thunfischsalat ( natürlich fett in Plastik verpackt) 🙈🙈🙈Zu recht selbst an heissen Sommertagen recht leer.

Irgendwie passt das alles nicht zusammen. Auf der einen Seite schöne Location und gutes Essen. Auf der anderen Seite schlechter Service, welcher den astronomischen Preisen nicht gerecht wird, und asozial protzige laute Gesellschaft mit krimineller Energie. Für einen schönen Abend mit der Familie nicht zu empfehlen, außer man ist Deutschrapper der asozialsten Schiene oder heißt Bert Wollersheim und wünscht sich einen Kellner, der eine gefälschte Audemars Piguet am Handgelenk trägt. Man verlässt den Laden mit schlechtem Bauchgefühl, obwohl man 300,- EUR hingeblättert und vermeintlich gut gegessen hat. Ach so… und der Besitzer schreibt seinen ominösen Gästen auch gerne mal Zwischenrechnungen (Steuerbetrug).

Slight excuses. We didn't got any free drink, we got a "free salad" in replacement from our hair salad.... I go to restaurant around the world on a daily basis. THIS IS THE CRAPPIEST SERVICE I EVER SEEN. RUN FOR COVER AND AVOID THIS PLACE FOR EATING. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND JUST GO FOR THE POOL DOWN WHERE YOU MIGHT BE LUCKY TO ORDER JUST A DRINK!!!!!

Champagner für die Reichen im schicken,fetten Glas und Kaffee wegen der Sicherheit im Becher???!!!so ein quatsch.dafür zahlt man 8€ Eintritt oder wofür nochmal? Lausiger service, Bedienung versteht kein Deutsch, Preise völlig überteuert. Wir wollen nicht noch mal hier her. Sehr schade, das hier nicht jemand das cafe und Beach bar führt, der Ahnung vom Erhalten der Stammkundschaft hat.

Awful service; very unfriendly staff, my boyfriend and I were there for couple of cocktails and decided to start with a simple capuccino; it took more than 20 minutes to arrive; after finish our coffee no body else approached us to offer something else, we were so angry that we decided to leave the place, when we asked for the bill and gave our debit card the waiter was so rude and said the minimum amount was 15€ to be able to pay with cards; however due to the terrible service we couldn't anything else, after making ugly face a to us he decided ti charge the card. Even the place was not so full they took more than 25 minutes to clean the table used by the other customers , the staff look to each oder guessing who will start cleaning the mess. Will never come back, and even is expensive the service is the worst!

Super Aussicht am See, aber... Getränke total überteuert: Bier war nicht kalt und der Cocktail schal und viel zu süß. Schade um die schöne Location. Wir kommen wohl nicht so schnell wieder. Update: der Barmann war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sowohl Bier (mit Eiswürfeln) als auch Cocktail (mit Limettensaft) verbessert.

Der desinteressierte Kellner war ganz offensichtlich nicht mit seiner Arbeit, sondern mit anderen Themen beschäftigt. Gerne an diesem schönen Ort, aber nur mit einem professioneller Betreiber.

The location of the place is fabulous but the service is very slow. It took them half an hour for a cup of coffee and almost an hour for my plate! I didn't feel that they felt sorry for that by any mean :( my husband didn't give a lot for tips for that reason and we got this terrible look from the waiter who was really rude!

The location is amazing, the Kudamm is 3 minutes away but you feel you are in the middle of Grunewald forest already. Perfect location to chill out in a nice summer evening. The food is really good too, the only big problem is the service that is really disorganised, long waiting times to get attention, things like your expresso arriving 20 minutes before the dessert you have ordered at the same time. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! I was visiting Berlin from London and was taken here yesterday 23rd June 2019 for what would have been an early dinner. We arrived at the restaurant around 18:30 the place was not busy. Not one person from the wait staff greeted us or offered to escort my friend and I to a table so, we took it upon ourselves to find a table outside. We waited 15 mins and no-one from the staff approached us. My friend who is German and from Berlin had to call one of the waiters as he delivered some desserts to two ladies who were seated in front of us. When my friend kindly asked him to serve us or at least give us the drinks menu he said he could not as he was ending his work shift but, someone else would. We found this to be very strange behavior from someone who works as a waiter to say to customer but we accepted his response with faith that he would have a colleague come and take our order. We waited another 15 minutes... and still nobody came to our table and the waiter who said he was leaving was still very much there and appeared to be working on other tables!!!!! We asked another person to take our order - he too said that he could not because it was not his job. He simply clears up the plates from tables but, would get a waiter to serve us. After waiting a total of 35 minutes with no drinks or order we decided to leave!!! The service was disgusting and it become clear to my friend and I that no-one wanted to serve us. This kind of behavior is bizarre for any kind of hospitality establishment. As we left the restaurant we informed the manager on duty. He seemed not to bothered to be losing our custom he did not even persuade us to try and stay. As we were walking out we could hear him and another waiter shouting at each other. It was deeply uncomfortable. I admit, I was quite looking forward to this place as the views looked great from our seats outside but, the slow service is beyond shocking and not what you would expect from any restaurant and it ruined my last night in Berlin. I travel to Berlin often and I have dinned in many beautiful places in the city and all around the world but, this has to be one of the worst establishments ever. If you want simple service and to be served by very simple people then go here! I did not get a chance to taste the food but, from the previous reviews from other unhappy people it appears that food too is simple! Therefore, It seems that we had a lucky escape. DO NOT GO HERE!

Und wie man es von einem Haus mit diesem Anspruch erwarten darf, kam das Essen stets synchron. Die negativen Eindrücke aus vorherigen Beurteilungen können wir, Gott sei Dank, so nicht bestätigen. Die Bedienung war makellos und das Ambiente ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Essen hat allerdings enttäuscht. Der Salat war extrem sauer und die Tempeh-Streifen schmeckten so als würde man an einer Schuhsohle kauen. Übermäßig gebraten, zäh und kalt. Mag sein, dass die nicht-vegetarischen Gerichte besser sind. Für Vegetarier jedenfalls nicht zu empfehlen.

Food is never good but only location is nice. My husband called and had made the reservation for 5 people two days ago. Of course the reservation went through and we went the restaurant with the guest. However they have some events and only buffet is available. Manager came out and it was mistake and recommend us to go another cappuccino restaurant ... it was a compete joke on Saturday night .. she didn’t even offer any drinks or some discount on its restaurant. So why should I even bother to go stupid sister restaurant and spend my money for them? It was so embarrassing in front of the guest. Do not ever go there with the plane or the guest. Super Service & Neue Speisekarte Am vergangen Donnerstag waren wir zu einem Geburtstags Essen im Cappuccino Grand Café. Anscheinend hat sich der Besitzer geändert, der Service sowie die Speisekarte waren deutlich besser. Wir wurden professionell und herzlich von Omar und Philipp bedient. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein toller Abend mit einem tollen Blick auf den See! Sehr empfehlenswert

The restaurant is perfectly located in Berlin.the food was absolutely incredible. They even had vegetarian and vegan options. To book a table was absolutely easy and very convenient. We enjoyed a very nice evening as a group. After dinner we enjoyed a few nice drinks at the bar.

Kelnerzy perfekcyjnie doradzili w doborze wina do potrawy, opowiadając o regionie z którego pochodzi. Gdyby nie fakt, iż mam do Berlina 300km Byłbym średnio raz w tygodniu :) Restauracja super współgra z plaża Q BEACH, która jest usytuowana w dolnej części kompleksu. Polecam :)

Horrible service and arrogant. It took over an hour to get something served although the place was not full. The surrounding could be very nice, but no one cares about cleaning, mowing the law or even just getting the tables clear. Big warning!

First impression about this restaurant? wow, it’s so marvellous and fancy. However I want you to warn it’s not: Think Again. Let me tell you a short story of my yesterday’s shift: at 10pm, when I had to finish my work, the owner of this restaurant calls my name while sitting with other people (manager, italian friends) in the terrace, surrounded by guests. I go to him and ask what does he want, he goes (without using words like “please”, “could you” etc): - go to the gas station and get me the cigarettes Marlboro light. I told him: I’m just about to finish my work and didn’t exactly understand why should I go there and get you the cigarettes. He repeated one more time that I have to do it and it’s not far away, like 500, 200 metres from there and just because I didn’t want to argue with him in front of everybody, I went to the gas station and paid for the cigarettes with my own card. I got back to him, handed the Marlboro light and the check and told him: next time you could go to the gas station and get the cigarettes yourself because as you said, it’s not far away. And then he goes: no, you must do it. I disagreed with him and said that I don’t have to do it, it’s not among my duties. He goes again: no, I said you must do it. I told him one more time that I’m not some kind of a marionette and I surely don’t have to do it. After the argument, I said the price of the cigarettes I got him with my own money: 6,4eur. He didn’t even move from his spot giving me the money back nor did react to this although even his friend told him in italian (without knowing I understand italian as well) that “this girl wants the money back”. I went away to wait for the money because it was already quite embarrassing asking for it while the terrace was full of guests. To my surprise, the owner, Antonello Petrocelli, didn’t take any further actions so I got back to him and his companions and reminded that he owns me money. He didn’t even look at me therefore his friend got up and told me he’d go to the car and give it back to me. He got back, gave me 5eur and I told him the cigarettes were 6,4eur. I didn’t want to get any further into already a disgusting enough situation and told Antonello and the manager Alexandra that they could start looking for another person who could substitute me because I’m not coming there ever again.
