Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ein See lädt zum Spazieren gehen ein. Wenn man zum Schloss (ca. 10-20 min) geht sollte man durch die Seitenstassen gehen. Den ein oder anderen "Laden" könnte auch von Intresse sein. Der Weg zum Schloss könnte dann doch etwas länger dauern. Ein Besuch lohnt auf jedenfall.

Vintage Feeling.....ich finde es toll.... Für einen Berlin Besuch absolut empfehlenswert außer man braucht Luxus!

Zentral gelegen, Zimmer klein aber alles drin was man braucht. Waschbecken mit guter Beleuchtung darüber. Sehr grosses neues Gemeinschaftsbad ( wird aber nur mit 2 Zimmern geteilt) und super sauber. Handtücher vorhanden. WLan kostenfrei . Gerne wieder

The booking and the arrival was a bad experience for several reasons. I made the booking around 19:00 during the evening and was arriving the same day. I received a mail that my keys would be in a box outside the hotel. When arriving the code did not work, and probably they forgot to put the keys in. As the reception is completely unmanned, I called several times from my phone and mailed them telling them that I couldnt get in, but there was no answer. I therefore had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The next day I tried calling until 14:00 but there was no answer. When I went to the hotel later I found a person living in the building who called the owner. After alot of back and forth the Ukranian owner said that I would get one night for free if I stayed, but then withdrew that offer right after I agreed to it. Very dishonest. I ended up going to the better hotel right next to this one, for almost the same price. Overall a bad experience seen from all perspectives.

We only stayed for one night to visit Lollapalooza in Berlin. The rooms were very clean and had a nice and antique design. Both the washrooms in our room as well as the shared ones were very clean. As we requested it, we were able to also check in 2 hours early.

Altbacken/Altbau, deswegen sehr hellhörig (Flur, TV der anderen Zimmer, Toilettenspühlung der anderen Zimmer etc.). Dafür Zimmer sauber und eigene Toilette/Dusche. Preis subjektiv zu teuer.

Slechtste hotel waar ik ooit ben geweest! Je hebt geen lobby om in te checken. Je moet bij de voordeur aanbellen, hopen dat ze na de derde keer bellen wel reageren en dan 2 trappen omhoog. Daar bij nog een deur aanbellen wat ook weer een paar keer bellen kost voor er iemand komt. Het hotel is geen geheel dus ik werd via het trappenhuis van het gedeelde pand meegenomen naar een hal met kamers. Hier waren er 2. Ik zou volgens de website een eigen badkamer hebben maar deze bleek gedeelt te worden met een andere kamer. Ook de minibar die er volgens de boeking zou zijn was nergens. Alles in de kamer was kapot en vies. De deur paste amper in het frame waardoor deze heel lastig dicht ging en er boven de deur een flinke kier zat. Daarnaast was het bed ook echt vreselijk!! Heel hard en zoveel veren dat je bij iedere keer omdraaien uit je bed stuiterde. De checkout ging ook heel vreemd. Ik hoefde naar niemand toe maar moest gewoon weg gaan en de sleutels op de deur laten zitten. Niet dat dit heel erg was want sinds mijn aankomst hier heb ik ook niemand van het hotel meer gezien. Dus kortom, geloof niet de foto's op de site en boek hier vooral niet want niks aan dit hotel is de moeite waard!!!!

Cela fait bien plus de 13 ans que j'ai visité ce lieu,mais pour quelqu'un qui cherche seulement une chambre à bon prix à Berlin,c'est un endroit idéal dans un quartier très calme!

So nachdem ich eine Nacht hier verbracht habe kann ich nur sagen wow was eine Bude für diesem Wucherpreis. Die Lage ist super liegt eigentlich fas mittig zum Hauptbahnhof und Stadion und ist gut erreichbar. Zur Sauberkeit gibt es auch nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings 180 Euro für dieses Zimmer zu nehmen ist echt hat übertrieben. Okay vielleicht gab es Aufpreis wegen den Rammstein Konzerten da waren Zimmer eh kaum zu finden aber man kann sich in diesem Zimmer kaum bewegen und man muss raus auf dem Flur um aufs Klo zu gehen. Alles wackelt und der Boden knart und ächzt vor Geräuschen das man praktisch alles im Haus hört leider. Okay es gibt einen Fernseher aber es war nicht mehr und nicht weniger für mich nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für mich. Aber für das was man bei 180 für eine Nacht bekommts ist der Preis schon mehr als frech.

i stayed 5 nights at Pension Am Park with my Golden Retriever. It is in a beautiful location, right on a park/nature/greenery for walking and also a nice cafe but also super easy access to everything in the city. The owners and staff were top-notch; kind and aware of every detail to make the stay excellent. it's one of the best places i've stayed in all of my travels. Clean and beautiful (fresh flowers every morning) as well as a fabulous breakfast. 5-stars!
