Dear Sir/Madam Am writing this text to you to complain about a very rude and unprofessional attitude of a bus driver. At aprox. 19:27 hours i were waiting a bus to travel from Hähnelstr. (Berlin) station to Rathahus Steglitz and this driver of M85 saw that there is some one waiting and showed indicator to stop but saw that am black (i might be wrong but the circumstances tale as i were the only one there) and just left without stoping. Such scenarios happened for the second time. I have a contract with BVG and pay monthly 64 € but with the money am paying am being humiliated for how i look but the fact of the matter is am even not a refugee am just a diplomat who is here to do my job paid not by the tax of German citizens but of my own country. I know where such horrible actions come from everybody is not on the shoulder of citizens. So hoping for things to improve for now there is no reason i should pay monthly for which am not entittled to have full and equal right of using transport service with other human being.

What a good example of customer care. I arrived to the office 15 minutes before closure and wait in line. Then without telling you anything they just close the office. How unprofessional.

Really the BVG Kundenzentrum at Steglitz are unfriendly, they dont give information. Felt that I was chassed. Really other BVG Kundenzentrum are better

Worst people you can deal with, they confirmed something 2 times and it was invalid. Looks like they’re drunk during work.

the staff was very patient and understandable. even though my german is not good enough, and my problem with abo is a bit complex. They still made every efforts they could and helped my finally solved the problem. Deeply appreciate all of your help.

The staff were super friendly! The only problem is that with the 49 euro tickets there is a very long queue.

The staff is very friendly and had a pleasant way of dealing with things. Helped around the process of getting the bvg ticket. They were patient and guided through the process clearly. Kudos to the team. Great job. Especially in trying to accommodate a newbie to their city.
