- 5 STARS! By far the worst hotel experience. Miguel the manager has no customer service. How he has his job is shocking. He defended Raphael the clerk who gave us the worst welcome we have ever received. You cannot tell me hes your friend and he wouldnt trest people like that. He then came around the desk and got in my face. His tone and disrespect was unreal. Voices were raised by myself and him in the lobby in front of everyone.The fridge didn't work, the AC didn't work and they did not have parking for us even though we requested it. The parking is super dangerous to go in and out of as well. So mich so we had to get a staff member to get our car. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT COME HERE. The worst experience at a hotel in our lives. I hope the owner reads this. You should be ashamed of your staff. One staff member even told us that the hotel has terrible reviews and he even didn't reccomend the hotel. How embarrassing. I am disgusted beyond belief.

Very nice hotel located in a great location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms are quite spacious and come with good amenities, including a John Corby auto trouser press! The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Great foyer with bar and lobby area. The breakfast room is adequate with room for guests and tours. Service was warming and professional. Highly recommended Colino1861 ✅️💯

I have spend two days in this horrible hotel. Its way overpriced and i dont recommend it. The rooftop bar is way better on the pictures than in reallife. Terrible staff who are always complaining. One good thing and that was the pingpong table.

Very bad experience. Our room was robbed (a dress, a ring and Bose headphones). They reimbursed us the dress and the ring, still waiting for the headphones ( we discovered they disappeared on our way to the airport).

The room was clean and regularly maintained, the only complaint is that huge obstacle right next to the door, I almost fell. The staff was amazing, helpfull and all around professional. Note that parking is quite difficult, the only parking offered by the hotel is 30 EUR per night which I think was quite expensive.

Nice location, within a few mins walk of everywhere. Only negative was €20 per night for overnight parking in the basement. *sorry wont allow me upload video of room, photos are of the area outside the hotel and not of the hotel itself.

Perfectly located with a beautiful view over the Atlantic. The hotel is a bit old and you can see and experience it. Since I use the gyms in the hotels I can say the gym in this Radisson ist very very outdated.

Needs to modernize bedrooms, but THE perfect location and a classic when in Biarritz for short vacations

Excellent location, always smiling and pleasant staff, outstanding terrace and pool. We really enjoyed it. I recommend it.

Service is good, restaurant at the top has nice view and tasy food. The property a bit tired but for us it was not a problem. Very close to beach and restaurants.

Good brunch with limited choices, no proper cereals for example. Slightly expensive for what it is. Very nice staff. <- this is just for the brunch and 4/5. Had a premium sea view room and the room in itself is nice but some details are lacking, notably that the TV are not cast capable even though that’s specifically mentioned when reserving. The bathroom is in a sorry state as well, not worthy of the 200€ price tag during the off season. Plus are hidden and not available easily, as if electricity is a treasure. <- this is just for the hotel and 2/5. Total = 2/5 since the room is way more expensive and has more weight.

The beds were old and very uncomfortable. We had to ask for an extra bed for our children because they would not be able to sleep without waking each other all night (at extra charge). Very disappointed that Radisson does not refurbish the beds and baths more often.

Very nice. When we arrived we couldn't access our room, because a group of important people had booked it last minute. So the manage gave us a room upgrade and we didn't have to pay for our last night. The staff is very professional, there's a pool on the roof top (a bit smaller then it looks in the pictures), the breakfast is good and the rooms are nice. Would recommend, especially for big groups.

Excellent views from my very spacious room. Very comfortable. The restaurant was good and had fantastic view.
