A
little
piece
of
Italy
in
the
heart
of
French
Bask
Country...
We
called
on
the
day
at
17u
for
a
table
that
night.
At
opening
at
19u
there
was
only
one
table
available.
Tip:
Make
a
reservation
or
otherwise
accept
a
waiting
line
at
the
door.
Little
expectations
on
forehand.
But
at
the
entrance
of
the
Pizzeria
naar
the
hart
of
the
beautiful
Bidart,
we
were
greeted
kindly
by
the
host.
Great
table
at
the
window
with
a
view
of
the
Bask
mountains.
Menu
only
in
French,
but
the
waiters
are
happy
to
explain
everything.
Sufficient
choice
(a
not
overly
large
menu
is
mostly
a
good
thing).
Pizza's
in
one
word
Sublime..!!
fast,
crisp,
fresh,
thin
crust,
Authentic
Italian
with
a
hint
of
Bask
influences.
Carpaccio
was
large
and
abundant.
Free
table
water
available,
lots
of
staff
and
very
friendly.
Pricing
was
very
reasonable,
just
under
30€
pp
incl
drinks
and
medium
desserts..
That
Tiramisu
🤤
By
paying
with
card
at
the
register,
the
good
tip
was
immediately
put
apart
in
a
tip
jar
for
all
personal...
kudo's!!
If
we
ever
go
back
to
this
part
of
Bask
Country
we'll
be
sure
to
revised.
In
the
meantime,
spread
the
word
and
visit
this
lovely
restaurant..
And
If
you're
timing
is
right
you
can
go
watch
the
sunset
afterwards...
