This should be read with a somewhat understanding of the current labor shortage. Hotel is in need of some serious upkeep. Rooms felt uncleaned and were very cramped for space. Sheets were worn and frayed, but the bed was overall comfortable and smelled cleaned. Very dim lighted bathroom. Casino was quite the let down. Dealers were nice and pit bosses were easy going, for the most part. That being said, if you're looking for 24/7 gaming action, you will be in for a let down. Not only did they only have 1 table open per game, they also shut down card games after 1am. Slot action was decent but with limited options and play levels. Additionally, if you fancy liquid refreshments of any kind while you play, you might want to bring your own beverages. While the wait staff was very friendly, they were severely short-staffed and spread quite thin. All in all, if you just want a bed and a daytime place to try your luck, this is not a bad place for the price. Also, it seems fair to say that this area has been hit pretty hard by the economic and atmospheric storms over the years and does appear to be in "rebuild" phase.

My least favorite Harrah's...our trip was "complimentary" but has cost us a small fortune to only receive a less than hotel stay. Room was not thoroughly cleaned when we checked in, it had a musty smell and the water smelled just as bad. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. The bed sheets and bath linens were cleaned so that did help offset the feel of dirty. Pool and hot tub was still shut down even though it was scheduled to be back up and running during our dates...which meant no relaxing by day. Food was good and staff was great. We really enjoyed Kiwi at Mix and Mingle as well as Brian the evening bartender. Great job guys ๐Ÿ‘ Thank you! Now on to the casino...we spent a huge chunk of change to not have any pay outs and very few bonuses. My trip here really took the joy out of gambling for me. I was ready to go home after day one. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Checking was quick. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms are nice, a bit dated. Coffee maker was a bit of a nightmare, but went down to Starbucks and got "real" coffee then my world was fine.

Hotel is below average. Our room isnโ€™t much bigger than the bed. The remote has no cover on the batteries. A few lights donโ€™t work. Itโ€™s pitiful. Iโ€™ve been here before with a great experience. This time is different all around. The casino is now 3rd rate at best. Even the workers donโ€™t seem to care anymore. That was the most surprising part. Typically the workers are great. Not this time. Very disappointed in this trip. I cannot imagine Iโ€™d ever come back here.

Hotel right at beach. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable.. good deal for the cost (was less than a motel 6 nowadays). But.... hotel (or at least the 5th floor is very dated. The room could have been cleaner and the carpeting is filthy. Could hear a man in the next room talking and coughing (they do have ear plugs at the front desk) everything is closed at night except steak and shake. It's okay for 1 night!

This hotel is not as big as some I have stayed in, but it is clean, the staff were some of the nicest we had, and it was very clean. From the entrance to the lobby, and restaurants we visited. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well stocked. While there is not housekeeping daily, unless you ask, they were very quick bringing you anything extra you might want. The room was average size. We had plenty of room for our things and did not feel cramped. It was very quiet. We had a room with a view of the gulf and it was beautiful. The casino is not the biggest, but it had a good variety of games and tables. Service was ok when needing a drink, but could be better. I'm going to assume it is because they do not have enough waitresses. All in all I would stay here again with no hesitation.

We appreciated the free parking when we arrived. Check-in was fine. You have use the bell service to use the luggage cart which just means you need to tip someone to do something you are perfectly capable of doing yourself. The rooms were VERY dated. Our room faced a parking lot, but we were only there for 2 days so not a big deal. No security using the elevator which is usual at a casino hotel. There is no daily room service, but there is an envelope to leave a tip for โ€ฆwell, Iโ€™m not sure what since we made our own bed every day. The phone in the room did not work, so we were unable to call down to the front desk or request bell service when we left. We finally just used our cell phones to make a request. They met our expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The room was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. I recommend this hotel if you are just there for the casino, but if you are sightseeing itโ€™s not near much .

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are well kept. There is not a microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, however you can rent one for 10.00 a day. Towels are available upon request. The meals at the mix and mingle were very good, however again you pay for those yourself. The slots are very tight, so gamble accordingly. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The pool area is very nice and well kept, except for the long tubing which cost 9.00 each. Again use common sense.

The hotel is decent. Room was clean. Towels and bedding was clean. Staff is very friendly and polite. Casino sucks. If your are coming to gamble, either go to another casino or buy scratchers you will have better luck. Lost a bunch of money and $0 free play.

My comments did not post with my initial review so here it is. Only 2 things that need to change....1 is stop putting the A/C on motion sensors. Its hard to sleep when its hot. 2 please open some small place that serves snacks and drinks late. There is literally nothing to eat or drink except at the Shake Shack and its beyond awful. The rooms are good but trash was left in the bathroom under the sink. I can overlook all of the little things but sleeping in the heat and no access to anything to eat late and having to get in the car and drive to find food was really an inconvenience. All the workers I encountered at Starbucks were INCREDIBLY RUDE ..but I'm not sure who they actually work for. Are they Harrah's workers or Starbucks ? I don't need to be treated like I'm putting them out by ordering coffee. And I order a very easy uncomplicated coffee not the ridiculous 10 step coffee. But they still looking for that tip...even after being so rude. My tip to them is BE NICER.

We came over to Mississippi last minute just to have a quick getaway. We decided we would just get a room when we arrived. After deciding on Harrah's, we get there check in. The staff at the counter was outstanding!! We were having issues with our bank card, and not one time did either of the ladies get rude or hateful. It is refreshing to see someone smiling and trying to help figure out the problem! She made our morning a lot less stressful. The casino and food are fantastic! Rooms are great and calming. I love this place and will return. Thank you to every single staff member we walked by that spoke and welcomed us!! It was refreshing to see people do still care.

We were happy with the location even though it's not right on the beach like the other casinos. They have an enclosed bridge that allows you to walk from the casino over to the Blind Tiger restaurant which is on the beach and has fabulous views of the sunset. The pool was okay, cabanas we're more expensive than ones I've rented in Vegas. The hot tub didn't look clean, the water was green and somewhat murky. Our first experience there wasn't the best but we will give them another chance in the future.

Such a nice place to stay. Our room was outstanding ๐Ÿ‘. Very comfortable. Everyone was nice and helpful. There was a gentleman who helped us unload our bags ๐ŸŽ’ and take them upstairs. And when we left, the same gentleman came to our room and got our bags ๐ŸŽ’ and loaded our car for us. His name was Jerry. In the gift shop, a lady named Marilyn was very helpful. She took the time to help me pick out a couple of things. In the Mix and Mingle restaurant, our waitress, Bridget, was so helpful. She made a suggestion for me, and I loved it. It was the first time I had ever tried fish tacos ๐ŸŒฎ ...

Absolutely the best and biloxi! Five stars all the way, the employees of this Resort never cease to amaze, true Southern Hospitality at its best. Employees always have a smile on their face. A somewhat smaller property than most on the coast but they more than make up for it with their attention to every detail by even remembering your name every time you walk into the casino. You are always greeted by all the employees not overlooked like most of the big properties. Drink service is excellent the servers remember what you ordered every time and are right back to give you a refill. Magnolia house is a terrific steak and seafood restaurant right there on the property and as always delicious. They even have a steak and shake 24 hours right inside the casino! I like the fact that this is a Caesar's property and that you are earning points for comps that you can use throughout the Caesar's Network. They also have an incredible waterfront dining restaurant that is attached to them which is called The Blind Tiger a simple stroll of the boardwalk and you are dining on the water with delicious food! Hotel is clean and updated.

Really unfortunate that a horrible experience with the hotel will have us looking elsewhere next time we are on the coast. 24 hours with no A/C and then we get the "convenient" opportunity to pack everything up and swap rooms only to get the hotel fees waived when speaking to the "warm" and "hospitable" manager. This was the worst part but also want to mention there was food and crumbs left over in the fridge and the shower did not drain so you got the luxury of grimy water around your ankles. If you go, enjoy the pool, casino and restaurants, but do not stay in the pathetic excuse for a hotel.

The Hotel and Casino are small and dated compared to other Harrah's properties. Employees were nice and super helpful. The Magnolia House Restaurant was amazing! We got a very good deal on our hotel/flight and it was worth it. What they lack in modern they make up for in customer service.

Although I do love the fact that they flew us here and gave us a room for $35 I am not happy with the cleanliness of the room. Or the fact that the gift shop closes at 9:00 so you can't get anything to take to your room to drink and there isn't a convenience store close. As I got out of the bathtub because I had just had a back surgery I pulled my sheets back and here is what I found on my bed sheet and a pillowcase as you can see there's black stuff and something that looks like maybe a blood stain.

My husband and I stayed at Harrah's gulf coast the end of May 2022. On the day of check out I forgot some of my clothes one being a very expensive bathing suit. I was called to inform me of this by security officer Jim. He assured me not to worry they would sent me everything I left to my home And they did. Excellent customer service by Jim I differently will be visiting your hotel again An excellent employee. Thank you again Jim I really appreciated your excellent service.

Rooms were great, pool area was good. Casino is small but does what it needs to do. Employees kept everything looking clean consistently. Dog friendly was a huge plus! Tip: park on the 4th floor of parking garage where nobody else is (everybody else is in 3rd floor)

The location was perfect and very easy to get to could use a little bit of a facelift for more curb appeal compared to other hotels but very nice inside. pool was very clean and nice was not extremely busy but very friendly staff in and around the hotel. The only hang up was the smoking smell in the room. Bring your Lysol if not a smoker!

I enjoy the casino for entertainment. I limit my spending and had a fantastic time. Enjoyed the steak and shake. Before when I visited they had a mushroom burger that was wonderful but it wasn't on the menu, now. But I'm sure that was a company choice. My pattie melt was good.

Before reviewing this hotel, I have to preface by saying that we did receive this trip as a gift from Caesar reward points. We had a room on the sixth floor and the room was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, the pillows were comfortable and the shower had very good pressure with hot water. The hallways did smell like smoke but casinos are known for that. Our interaction with the front desk was positive. The pool outside was cold but the hot tub was warm (and honestly the weather wasn't the best for outdoor swimming.) Now for the casino, the floor size is smaller than Hard Rock Casino down the road but there were still plenty of slot machines, black jack tables, etc. The dealers were very friendly and welcoming. The Mix and Mingle restaurant was easy to access for breakfast or dinner. (There is also a Starbucks located inside.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was amazing. Starting from staff. Front desk is one of the best. I got there around 10 pm to check-in and the guy was in super good mood. The only problem I had was by the edge of the door. The carpet wasn't all the way to the door and had some needles sticking out and when I got the extra towels that I ask I step on those needles Room 562

The rooms were nice, front desk was great, all of the staff was helpful and friendly. However, for any needs you have to text "Ivy". The first time, I received a response in 11 minutes and a door knock in 45. The next time 1 hour and 45 minutes later I went to the front desk, and politely explained I had not even been acknowledged. The desk clerk explained that happens sometimes, and she would call and take care of it. If a system fails, stop using it.

A star symbolizes positivity, but there really isnโ€™t anything positive about this motel disguised as a โ€œhotel.โ€ This dump qualifies for 5 pile of poo emojis. Donโ€™t waste your money staying or gambling here. Itโ€™s outdated, dirty, understaffed, and inferior in every possible way to the real casino resorts in the area. No amenities. No service. No housekeeping. No cocktail waitresses. The casino is pathetic and looks like a ghost town. But if you like the smell of weed on every floor, this place might be for you.

Amazing staff, beautiful location, clean rooms and clean facility. Enjoyed talking with folks traveling through. Woody at Mix & Mingle was awesome, very friendly and attentive! Enjoyed a late night snack at Steak n Shake and look forward to visiting again soon!

Harrahs, is a really nice resort, they have a nice large rooms with super comfy beds, the bathroom lighting is not the best more โ€œmoodโ€ lighting then functional. The gym is wonderful it has just about every type of workout equipment so thereโ€™s something for everyone. Great pool and hot tub comfortable chairs outside. My only negative is that there is no microwave to reheat food if you bring back leftover, would be nice if they put one where the Ice machine is.

Was there for 4 days. Had 2 towels called 4 times to get more brought to me and more coffee. They brought the coffee but I had to track down a housekeeper the next day to get the towels. Lights went out one night in the rooms and called front desk they wouldn't answer the phone. Went down to desk they said "they should be on now". In a rude tone. Slots very tight didn't see anyone really winning. Small casino.

The poker room is small but nice, itโ€™s closed on Mondays. The rooms were nice but not spotless. I like that the food court is by the nonsmoking section so you donโ€™t have to smell smoke while you eat. Most of the dealers were very friendly. Shout out to Ms. Terry, she was the best. The pool area was really nice, I liked that there were adult only hours. The beach is right across the street!

  • 4/5 Jeff W. 5 months ago on Google
It was my first time at this hotel. The rooms were good but they wanted to charge me $25 to check in 15 minutes early. Really? You're a casino, you can do better than that. Also, the people at the front counter weren't very welcoming. Quite the opposite actually.

  • 3/5 Dana 4 months ago on Google
The slots are definitely tight, we saw no one winning which definitely caused us to back off from playing as much. Food options would have been better if they werenโ€™t always closed. Hard Rock definitely had more favorable food options.

  • 4/5 Tina M. 5 months ago on Google
I will start by acknowledging I had a comp room, which I chose to upgrade for a gulf view rather than parking deck view. Rooms are a bit dated, toilet ran and tub faucet dripped, shower sucked. But the room was clean, bed pretty comfy and location is good. Slots are super tight. I had better luck elsewhere, but thatโ€™s gambling for you; the house always wins, especially there. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Spa not open Monday through Wednesday which was when I stayed, so disappointed in that. Everyone is nice and itโ€™s goof for the money, but to be honest there are better places in Biloxi to stay.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the pleasant accommodations and efficient staff. Ate several times for tasty meals at Mix & Mingle in the hotel and then also across the sky bridge at The Blind Tiger. The games were lively and fun. The casino bar has the best coffee!

  • 4/5 Stefanie 1 year ago on Google
We enjoyed our stay here! Rooms could use some upgrading and some halls smelled of smoke but overall it was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The heated pool was a nice amenity. Steak n Shake is open 24 hrs, we definitely took advantage and had a 2am shake!! Breakfast at Mix & Mingle was pretty good and our waitress was a sweetheart. Didnโ€™t have much luck in the casino but we would love to come back and try again!!

  • 5/5 J R. 1 year ago on Google
This casino and hotel were both nice! The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the sky walk across to The Blind Tiger for dinner. It was foggy while we were here, so the views weren't very clear, but I can imagine they were great once the fog lifted. We didn't gamble at the casino, but from looking in, it looked clean and inviting.

Nice casino hotel. Enjoyed the slots and craps...There a Starbucks and a couple of restaurants here. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were courteous. All the staff were courteous and friendly. The pool was wonderful. Nice view of the ocean and the ferris wheel in the distance.

  • 4/5 Caitlynn W. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms were clean and the staff that management did schedule to be there were super helpful. Hot tub was really nice as well. Ultimately, some of the negatives we had were due to staffing, and the employees at the Purple Zebra having full autonomy over when it was open or closed regardless of the hours shown as 11-11.

My daughter and I (77 yrs. Young) went to Harrah's for a 3 day trip. Hotel was clean, employees polite and pool was beautiful. Although the facilities were older, the place was immaculate. Casino was not very large, but big enough to keep you busy. Restaurants were very good also. Looking forward to my next trip.

Well haven't stayed yet. Will be there mid July . My first time. ๐Ÿ˜Š Looking fwd to it. Hope I get a room with a view. And a huge issue - I truly hope the room will be clean, have plenty of towels and def not smell. OMG -Wow lots of comments about the room issues. Will def need to move rooms if that happens ๐Ÿ˜. We shall see. Will make my own opinions tho and not take a lot of credit with others negative issues. My stay will be perfect - hopefully.

Beautiful place. A little small gaming area. Service was good. Played but no win. Didn't win on any machine we played. So we left. Might come back. Cant promise that though. Wish the payouts were better. Make it worth coming. And also the whole time we played we never seen a waitress or even got asked if we wanted cocktails. Gotta do better. I understand that nothing but losers built this place but sometimes we want to win. Not build a building.
