Very few restaurants are worthy of just one star especially a burger place. I decided to go out on a limb and try a turkey burger. They informed me it might take a bit because it has to cook. No problem I prefer it that way. 30 minutes in and still no burger, drink, or pickles. Only 6 other customers had been helped by this time so I’m realizing I must never get a cooked burger from anywhere. I then see my pickles appear on the counter and I’m getting excited. 34 minutes and I go to throw in the towel. I then approach and ask if it’s ready and from nowhere comes a turkey burger! Hooray! But wait the final test... was it made as I asked and is shown on the receipt? Of course not. I did get my refund and left everything on the counter. Unless there is a change in leadership at this burger joint I wouldn’t recommend it.

The first time I went here at about 5, they were out of everything but the classic burger, fries, and vanilla milkshakes. So I got all 3 for almost $20, and then waited 35 minutes. Not to mention the milkshake was warm and milky, the burger was okay, and the fries were good. But the last straw was when they gave me my order and I asked why the milkshake was warm, the lady working rolled her eyes and didn't answer. The second time I went the 3 people in front of me left because they didnt have burgers and I just wanted to get a milkshake but I ended up getting the same warm milky taste, I was dumb for going there a second time and they were dumb for opening that restaurant.

I had the Baja Crunch Burger, onion rings, & Fiji water. The best crafted custom burger place at the airport. The fresh jalapeño peppers on the burger with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion & fresh meat patty. There were so much onion rings (one size) that it’s a meal by itself (see the picture for yourself). It’s refreshing to take a break from regular burgers. 🍔

No chicken, no turkey, no ice cream, no pickles was the sign posted at the register. I'm not picky so I chose the Baja burger as a second choice. Long wait to finally get a burger that was not as described on the menu. They used banana peppers instead of jalapeños and there was no avocado on it at all. I ate the burger nonetheless and I mentioned that they kinda messed up my order just as a heads up. They looked at me like I was crazy so I just walked away. Terrible service. Burger tastes like it had potential with the correct ingredients.

Ordered our meal. All employees promptly escaped to the back in the kitchen and left the grill and register empty for 10 minutes. Finally returned to the register to see us and appeared confused as to why we were still waiting. They acted shocked to learn we had already ordered and were still awaiting our meal. Received no apology for the delay. Unacceptable for an airport where people depend on quick service between flights! EDIT: Halfway through our meal, the woman working the grill came up to our table, unprompted, and passive-aggressively handed us the number and email for customer service

I ordered my food around 6:40 and the clerk was very rude to all the customers that I watched come though the line. She closed the restaurant 20 minuets early and as customers came to order she would just say "we are closed." Some customers were calling her out on the early closure and she responded "You can wait 30 mins for your food if you have to order." She was telling everyone that they were out of food as they came up to order. Also, a few people that came after me ordered just fries (she decided to take their order) and she just handed them out for free after I paid $8 for a Classic burger. Very unprofessional and also waste of money. Don't go here, you will have better luck with the star bucks right next to it. FYI they don't take cash at Starbucks, just card.

Takes forever to get a burger, on the flip side at least it was fresh and tasted good

My wife and i had 45 minutes of down time at BHM before our flight boarded and departed. I ordered my food (a turkey BLT and a grilled chicken sandwitch) and it took them 47 minutes to make my order. We were the only people in line and the lady in the back was just talking on her cell phone. I originally wanted a burger but “they were out”, but then overheard her saying they had some but they were still frozen and she didnt want to unthaw. Horrible experience. Especially since the order was wrong and we waited forever
