    Assalamualaikum, actually this clinic is nice and friendly but what I don't understand is why the SOP is a bit strange. I listed the doctors that I will pursue because it is highly recommended by the neurologist Dr. Mellia Ambarningrum, SpS, I registered via WA on Wednesday morning for Friday's appointment and was told it was full and was told to register on WA again on Friday at 8 am for Monday's appointment, I was registered on Friday morning at 08.08 and was still transferred back to Tuesday for Register again via WA on Saturday morning at 8. So is it accurate to say that parents (seniors) who are seeking treatment for neurological pain have to come directly and wait hours just to register? The WA admin has been very helpful by switching to another doctor but once again sorry for being a match with Dr. Mellia Ambarningrum, SpS. Please review the SOP, can you register via WA how many days before the appointment because according to the WA admin the quota is only 30 patients and that's cumulative from via telephone, WA and coming in person!?
