Pizza was cold, not very tasty, and absurdly expensive (>$12 for two slices). Additionally, they do not accept personal cups to serve fountain drinks. The cashier was very dismissive of my concern for the vast amounts of toxic plastic waste produced by such a policy and would not offer any explanation for why he would not serve me soda in the cup I gave him. Absolute trash from top to bottom.

Employees were pushy to the point of rude. Reminded me of the soup guy from TV. Food was typical mall pizza... ok, but expensive.

Bought this pizza and two more slices for my husband since the pizza looked good but unfortunately, it might be artificial food coloring to give the illusion of a fresh pizza. Yuck! The dough is so chewy and it tastes stale. Perhaps the most money I've ever paid for a slice of pizza: $4.79. We also bought a two layer pizza which was $6.47! And it feels it was deep fried in oil. Ugh!

Do not ask me how, but months ago we stumbled across these google reviews for the only Sbarro in the Boston area. We clocked the split in reviews - breakfast reviews get 5 stars, pizza reviews get 2 stars. When we ended up in terminal A for our trip, and saw Sbarro awaiting us at the top of the escalator at 10 am, we knew our time had come. We each ordered a breakfast sandwich including one meat. One of us got sausage on English muffin, the other got bacon on a bulkie roll. They both were outstanding. The bacon+bulkie reminded me so much of bodega egg sandwiches in the best possible way. Greasy, gooey, dripping with yolk and cheese, it cured any future hangovers in advance. Docking a star for confusing pricing / service - Apparently, the breakfast sandwiches come standard on a bagel (this wasn’t clear on the menu). All type of bread products were in the front display case so we picked our choices from that. The service was fine overall, it seemed like we annoyed the worker that we wanted to deviate from standard bread selection though? And once we paid we realized we’d both been upcharged 33% each for the non-bagel bread choices. Overall the end product was so good that we’re going to have to come back next time we’re in terminal A, but just be aware of upcharge. PS - we also got a slice of cheese pizza. Honestly, in a small quantity, we both really enjoyed it for what it is. Pizza has so many variations it’s impossible to compare it to La Befana, Umberto, Stoked any of the really good spots in Boston. This is more reminiscent of cafeteria pizza - floppy, heavy, greasy, salty with a thick layer of squeaky cheese. We were not at all mad about it and got our fix of nostalgia pizza for a good while.

Wow I think I just had my best airport breakfast ever here. Sandwich was made to order and it came out hot, fresh and tasty. The egg in my sandwich was cracked and cooked in front of my eyes. It was Friday 6:30 am but it only took them 5 minutes to give me my food. The price is also super reasonable. I will get my breakfast here again next time.

A worker who was setting up gave me my food, 2 slices of pizza, a drink, and a receipt that said $9 and told me the Manger wasn’t in yet to open the tills but told me I could have my food then pay when she comes. When she arrived she rung me up for $16 and when I asked about the price on my first receipt the man who gave me my food angrily said are you telling her I gave you all of this for free. I was just trying to pay for my food . Anyway before leaving I asked for a refill and the manager who was a female was very rude and said she was too busy. I would not recommend to anyone who wants to spend $16 on two pieces of pizza and a drink with no refill. Manager definitely needs to be retrained or find better work if that’s her attitude coming into work every day.

Had a wonderfully fresh western omelet (delicious!) and was delighted by the red potato homefries that had just been taken out of the pizza oven! The staff was cheerful, helpful, and efficient. The price for breakfast was reasonable.

We grabbed some pizza and a Stromboli while passing thru Terminal A. Service was good but the pizza was a little soggy and the Stromboli was flavorless. The marinara served with the Stromboli was just a little thicker than water and had a hint of tomato flavor. It’s been quite some time since I had eaten at one of these but I remember them being much better. I won’t be going back. UrbanCowgill August 2022

Manager was very rude, claimed that specialty pizza only included pepperoni. And that 2 topping pizzas were $40. Got a cheese pizza that was lower quality than krogers frozen pizzas.

EXCELLENT OMELETTE. I was cruising the terminal for somewhere to eat breakfast, and everything was packed. I peeked around the corner, and found sbarro. The line was small, and the gentleman making breakfast was cheerful. I'm glad I decided to eat here. The omelette was made with REAL eggs (rare in airports, these days), and the home fries were pleasantly seasoned with Italian herbs. I am very glad decided to eat here.

Zero stars. Terrible pizza. Overpriced (like 7 bucks a slice) and rude service. The guys that work here couldn’t be more unpleasant unless they literally told you to screw yourself. I ordered four slices for my family and they weren’t good. The bill was 36 bucks. Pizza tasted bad and was lukewarm at best. After being super polite to the guys behind the counter and I received a very cold reception. Skip this place. Hell, skip Boston if you can. Bunch of rude people.

Get breakfast here. Seriously--real food for a good price. He cracks and cooks the eggs right in front of you. It's the best and cheapest breakfast I've had in an airport.

I asked for 2 slices and a drink which should have been the number one combo. The guy charged us once for the two slides and another time for the drink. This caused the total payment to be $4-5 more than it should have been.
