Ate here twice while staying for business....food quality and service were meh (and I'm not hard to please)....got attitude for asking questions about the menu the first day, got lousy coffee the second day. Employees appear to have been recently released from alien abductions.

Our go to place in Boston to grab some delicious breakfast and coffee . Their sandwich is always fresh and nutritious . My fav is Avocado toast sandwich . If you in Boston and would like to have some healthy breakfast I will def recommend this bakery !!

Stopped by this coffee shop looking for a quick bite to eat with my morning coffee. They have great bagels and pastries here. Definitely recommend the coffee over any chain as well. The highlight was really the staff though, everybody working was very pleasant. Maria made my iced latte, and she is a delight, a true superstar.

I came here yesterday to grab some breakfast. I live in the building and I agree with the other reviews that the service is hit or miss.. there seems to be two guys that work here..one is very friendly...the other one makes you feel like a burden. He's down right nasty and rude. A few weeks ago I stopped in to grab a coffee real quick, I didn't realize it was close to closing time and he made it pretty clear he wasn't happy about it. So when i got the same attitude yesterday I just walked out and went to Starbucks instead. As convenient as this place is for me I won't go in if he's working.

We came for a quick breakfast and coffee in the morning. We had a salmon bagel and a turkey sausage bagel with a mocha and an iced coffee. Everything was delicious and made to order. Place was very clean and covid restrictions were maintained.

Decided to try a pastry from this place and was pretty disappointed. They had no cake or cupcake, which is understandable. I bought a brownie instead and it was SO stale. Like, brick hard. I guess I should've known with the pastries being out in the open, but still.

Stayed at the Intercontinental around the corner. Ate breakfast here three days in a row because they were super quick and the bagels sandwiches were great and reasonably priced.

He gave us a discount when there wasn’t really a mistake, and had the brightest smile on his face. I was mesmerized by the service but also his charming personality, voice, hypnotic eyes and handsome looks. Needless to say, I’ll be back 🤗

Had the quiche of the day but they didn't heat it up enough and it was lukewarm even for dining in. Also a bit wet and soggy and the crust wasn't flaky or buttery. Asked for mixed fruit or fruit side and they said fruit wasn't ready yet at 7:45 in the morning. Coffee fine..

Drinks were delicious and made correctly. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d have given them 5 stars if they weren’t sold out of all pastries before noon. I really wanted a chocolate croissant but I settled for the 7 layer bar and it was good but crumbly.

This cafe has a wonderful atmosphere. A very relaxed and nice place to stay to get out of all of the commotion in Boston. I came with a few friends, and we all received excellent service and had a great time. The food is amazing and I will definitely be returning soon!

So I stopped in to bring my family a new years eve tart. It was 630am and both my favorite dynamic duo women from 1993 were there, making my hot chocolate just the way I remember, with whipped cream, with my sour cream muffin still warm in its bag complete with napkin.

Honestly an amazing place to hang out. The service was great, the staff were friendly and the food offered was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone in the Boston area who needs a place to just relax and sit down with some friends.

Weird vibe. They are overwhelmed with only 4 customers. Each staff member makes an order for two customers while nobody takes orders from the other two customers waiting. One of those customers waiting was me. Then when one of the staff members was finished making one of the orders she proceeded to clean up and find other things to do instead of take orders. Then when she realized there were other customers waiting she came over to take my order, but with an annoyed attitude. Like i was an annoyance waiting for my order to be taken. The staff are just awkward and unfriendly.

The staff are extremely nice and made my long order correctly. The food and coffee are delicious. I would definitely recommend it to my friend and family.

There was only one guy working but he was such a hard worker. We got all of our stuff really fast. It was also amazing the coffe my mother got had real cream and my hot coco was so creamy🥰.

Update 12/31/2019 Still terrible customer service and piss poor attitudes all around. The female cashier should 100% be fired along with the rest of them. To the manager: you can take your gift card and you know what! Original review: Second day at company upstairs, came in for some oatmeal, forgot to sign receipt, cashier rudely and in a loud manner , says "sign here!". Very rude service. Will not be coming back .
