Chic and elegant cafe on Newbury street with good coffee and pastries. Recently had a chance to visit this place after a brunch nearby. The place was quite small, and we were fortunate to grab one of the tables around noon. Since they were a hybrid coffee shop, one of the baristas came to our table to take our order. We got the red lavender latte and two butter cookies. Both were fabulous, and I liked that the cookies weren’t overly sweet. Since the cafe is located right next to the tailor room, we were also able to watch the tailoring process while taking a sip of the latte. Unique experience overall, and I would definitely come back to try more of their pastries and drinks.

Very cute simple patio, the downstairs bar is so gorgeous. The bartender was very knowledgeable of the cocktail list and was very kind. I’ll be coming back for sure. I got a gin cocktail from the bottle of list and honestly not super tasty but does the trick. Can’t wait to come back.

The coffee is so strong it could wake the dead. The price will make you cry, but thankfully there's an option for gluten free folks too!

There are cafes & then there’s Cafe Susu. Plz go here. You will have the best coffee drinks, tea, light drinks/snacks & service literally anywhere. It’s a hidden gem esp. on Newbury & always a pleasure to go to! If you’re in a rush, no problem. If you want to hang out, no problem. Also, the outdoor seating is sanitized regularly & the pastries are from Cafe Madeleine(!!) Check their Instagram (@cafe_susu) for more info. ☕️

Chic little cafe with good bites and attractive decor. Staff is very pleasant, especially manager Will. There are windows into adjacent workroom of the attached Suitsupply where you can view alterations being made.

Great iced matcha latte and French piece of bakery. My friend and I sat here and talked for about 1-2 hours and great thing was we didn’t feel rushed to get out of our sitting area. Very comfortable chairs and nice vibe in the restaurant. It is great to have a look in the Suitsupply sewing machines through the glass. The att murals are very beautiful and uplifting.

A little hard to find through gps and not much signage outside but it was so beautiful inside definitely a good coffee spot with a friend. One of my favorite lattes!

Cutest little art deco cafe! Great coffee and delectable baked goods. (Entrance is through the suit store).

Atmosphere is lovely, some of the most fascinating people-watching to be had in the city. Clients of the suit shop are remarkably... posh. Espresso is more traditional, not much brightness or fruitiness, best for a latte. The barista happened to be newer and doing a great job! Will be back for coffee (and a show.)

It’s a wonderful atmosphere. You enter the cafe through the suit store and can actually see people tailoring the suits next to the cafe. It’s very clean and pleasant. This place has wifi as well.

Cool concept. The place is a bit cramped and the food options are just ok.

I love café Susu. But recently, the drinks are too milky. It’s busy inside so the one barista may feel rushed to make drinks. It’s great that it is busy and popular, but I would love to enjoy my drink the way I always have.

I was so glad I walked into this coffee shop. This place is elegant and the guy in the bar was sooo nice. Great place to study or just to chill.

So cute, amazing service and chill vibe. Liked the friendly bartenders, decor, drink offerings. Sits right next to tailoring room and it was neat to watch them work!

This is kind of a hidden gem on Newbury Street. They serve aperitif cocktails, coffee and espresso and light snacks. The cafe itself is beautiful and welcoming and the staff are lovely. So glad this came back in full swing post pannie.

We were in Boston for two weeks and had coffee every day in different coffee shops in the Back Bay (mostly). This was the best. Great coffee (cappuccino and macchiato), good pastry - almond chocolate croissant and great service. Will come again when in town.

Chic and fun little coffee shop on the lower level inside the Suitsupply shop. Love the decro! The food and beverage director Stacey is the most friendly host I have seen! She really goes above and beyond! There aren't lots of seats, though. So don't be surprised if it's full.
