This chipotle is consistently really bad. First time my food took forever and came out with a partly frozen tortilla burrito. Second time the food smelled and tasted like something had gone bad. Third time the bowl was half empty, it had pretty much only guacamole/sour cream/cheese. And I ended up almost choking on something weird, turns out it was the avocado label!

Ordered a burrito bowl marked “Severe Dairy Allergy” for mobile pickup. Waited in the cold for 30 minutes after the pickup time because it was delayed and then had to retrieve it amongst the 30-40 people packed in the restaurant waiting for their late orders.. during a pandemic. Got home to see my “Severe Dairy Allergy” meal was garnished with a fist full of cheese. Best part: this is the 3rd time IN A ROW that I’ve had to throw away a meal from this Chipotle because my allergy was ignored. Aside from flagrantly disregarding COVID restrictions, they could seriously kill someone with the way they handle food allergies.

This store has gone EXTRAORDINARILY down hill. Managers are lazy & always seem to be in the back whenever they’re needed because everyone always complains because this store is so poorly ran. Food never here & if it is here it is dry, cold, or uncooked. Staff can either be rude or nice but they are typically rude. Employees always look upset and angry probably due to how poorly ran this store is. Line always long with two people taking orders, unacceptable. Online ordering is the only good way to get food. This store is filthy and you are better off going to qdoba

I really enjoy Chipotle. It is tasty convenient and affordable Mexican food option but this location was a disaster. From the moment The staff started making my simple carnitas burrito it took almost 10 minutes. The staff just made me stand there while they did some mobile orders. I understand that they can be busy and overrun at times but the entire place was a mess. The containers of ingredients were cross contaminated and the area where the food is prepared was filthy. All the tables has food crumbs on them. The floor was also visibility dirty. There wasn't a place to sit without rice on it. Lastly I bought a fountain drink but when we tried the coke and sprite neither have us the beverage, instead it was just carbonated water. When I asked the staff about it they didn't have anything to say about it. When i was ready to leave with my very expensive carbonated water the there were only caps available that didn't fit any of the cups. This was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of my money and time. Step it up.

A nice and new chipotle chain restaurant. This one is a little better your average despite being a little dirty. The food tastes fresh and hot. The line is a little messy. They need to learn to be a little bit faster when it comes to ordering. I watched a girl rewrap a burrito 3 times. But it's a new place and people are learning so that's to be expected. Service and staff was alright. Other than that not a bad place. Just needs to be swept a little and have the tables wiped down. 👍🏽

Screwed up pick up order. Requested extra carne asada, black beans & no rice. Order I received did not include extra carne asada, no black beans & they added rice. Bunch of idiots & incompetent people working there. Worst thing is I had added a tip when placed the order.

Ordered Garlic Guajillo steak bowl and all I can say is SUPER BLAND! Yes you get the heat but no flavors of garlic or freshness of cilantro. For $14.07 I was hoping for a nice hit of flavors. I wish I lived closer because I would return this for something that tastes like something 😕 The staff was it's only saving grace!

The girl with the mask and glasses at the cashier is so rude and unprofessional. They should not allow her to work with customers since she has zero customer service skills. I made an online order for pickup at this location at 8:50 PM. When I came to pick up an order, I got a notification that my order is ready. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came up to me. I asked the girl with the mask and glasses at the cashier if she can give me my order when she wasn’t serving anyone, which I was told that she wouldn’t give it to me since it wasn’t her responsibility and told me to wait. Only after 15 minutes I finally got my order. Then I asked her for a cup and she gave me a cup with an attitude. I understand if she was busy with the customers but there wasn’t no line. I don’t recommend people to come to this Chipotle location if you want to enjoy your food. I hope the manager will take the necessary measures and do something about her customer service.

I ordered a wrap and upon going down the line I noticed most of the topping and fixing has cross droppings in them the avacado looked dried out and browning. I ask the kids could he refresh the line and was told no he couldn't I was upset I worked in fast food specially a line based serve and was trained to always top off everything keep the line fresh and clean. It was definitely not clean rice everywhere everything just didn't look appetizing with first glance. I was disappointed with the service the wrap was ok could of been better with fresher product but he couldn't do that. Honestly I don't think children that don't take food seriously should be working the line.....won't be back there anytime soon

Came in to get 2 bowls, girls up front just chatting among themselves then she comes to take my order in a rush, I asked about the new grilled chicken, she said “thats steak” didn't even bother to answer my question. Food was cold, bunch on corn pieces in the sour cream, i even had some pico I didn't ask for, they were only taking card, luckily i had my card with me. Just felt really low service today, deff not what i was expecting.

Roughly around 12 today the lady in the front making orders was unprofessional. before I could tell her what I wanted on my bowl shes already throwing a globe of sour cream in my bowl. Then when I tell her I don’t want the bowl she catches an attitude. I’m thankful that another co worker corrected the problem an fixed my bowl the way I wanted. But the extra energy wasn’t needed for a mistake she made this evening. Last time I’ll buy from this location. 👎🏿

Food was cook horribly with no flavor at all. Ran out of guacamole and tomatoe salsa and wouldn’t provide. By far the worst chipotle i ever visited.

This place has terrible customer service. On the visit I made, I ordered a burrito, I wanted to share half with my son and I was very kind when I asked them to cut it in half, they told me that they didn't do it, I had to use a plastic knife which they didn't have in the store because they have a big one. disorder there, having knives there, they didn't want to do me the favor because then they have to do it to everyone...... everywhere the burritos are cut in the middle to make it easier to eat... don't visit that place is a mess

They were late getting my online order ready. While I wish Chipotle would get their apps timing figured out the local branch made the effort to apologize and worked hard to get the order out. The chipotle in my home town just tells you to call the 800 number if you’re unhappy. They were about ten minutes late but made sure to acknowledge the issue and helped make it right.

I have eaten at so many chipotle locations it’s crazy! Chipotle is my favorite fast casual even though the quality varies depending on the day, location and employees. This is by far the best chipotle location I’ve ever been to! The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot and the employees actually know how to roll burritos.

I walked to Chipotle in South Bay on Sunday July 23rd and I ordered a bowl of rice with steak which I always order. As the young man kept adding stuff such as salad, salsa etc plate was ready and passed to cashier. I noticed there was extra $4 when asked why, the cashier said you have extra guacamole and I said I did not order guacamole. However, I spoke up which is unlike me but I had to because they are supposed to ask and say guacamole is extra $4. I told them to remove it as I was not told and the guy grabbed the plate and threw it into the trash angrily. I kept waiting and no replacement for 20 minutes. They served 9 people while waiting. I walked to cashier again and asked where is the manager she pointed to a lady next to her and when I told her what happened she shrugged her shoulders and said we will make another one for you unemphatically.lastly, I asked for refund but I still did not get my money back. This is horrible place and I do not recommend. I am not surprised about their low rating, I noticed after words is the lowest I have seen for a new place. Stay away!

I been coming here since Nov 2022. Fairly new in this area. Food was great and fresh. Kind of cheap with portions. I get a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken or steak, green peppers and corn. I use the green Tabasco sauce for my spiciness.

Staff was very professional and polite. Location was clean. One of the better chipotle experiences I’ve had.

The food was great, but the line was so long. There were about 7 people behind the counter, and only 1 person serving the customers. Probably won't go again since the line was ridiculous. Practically outside the door.

Zero star's if I could rate what they put in my in my taco a chunk of sticky rice a pinch of meat so not worth going to get anything in that chipotle and I told the worker not put a lot of rice and you can see in the pictures it was all rice never again

Staff were really nice but its just something about Chipotle? Like I asked the dude to make it spicy and I did see him add a lot of spicy sauces but it just tasted bland.

Don't order delivery from this location. They always mess up the order. Either they will completely forget something or you get a handful of stale chips when you order a large
