One of the most poorly managed Panera's I have been to! Coffee is always cold, microwave doesn't work properly and there is always puddles of water on the floor in front of the drink fountain dispenser. A serious accident waiting to happen. When manager is asked if coffee is fresh, responds so rudely!

My everyday go to place! The almond coffee with Margherita flatbread pizza along with some Greek salad are everyday favourites. It's delicious. The staff is friendly and overall, it's a nice cozy cafe.

As a regular customer of Panera Bread, I have always been impressed with the quality of the food and service. The menu features a variety of options, including classic sandwiches, soups, and salads, as well as healthier options like grain bowls and smoothies. The ingredients are always fresh and the portions are generous. One of the things I appreciate most about Panera Bread is the convenient ordering process. Customers can place their orders at the counter or through the Panera app, and the food is typically ready within a few minutes. The restaurant also offers catering and delivery options, making it a great choice for office lunches or special events. Overall, Panera Bread is a great place to grab a quick and delicious meal on the go. The wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and convenient ordering process make it a top choice for fast casual dining.

It’s not my first time having a negative experience at Panera. At this point, this place has become the “I know it sucks but it’s near by spot” that people go to, anyone thinking Dunkin? Yup! Just more pricy and lousier coffee. But what caught my attention this time was the broom sitting right next to the supposedly fresh bakeries. I mean what is the cut off line for abusing your customers with bad service ? I think Panera had the potential to be more decent if they reconsidered their coffee supplier, and dropped their fake breads recipes. Also, I tried the fall soup in a bread, which turned out to be the most confusing dish ever! why keep the soup inside a huge bread?! I avoid this place religiously these days. Of course, until the next time I find myself walking in there after forgetting their abuse 🤨

Panera BREAD doesn’t have bread? Today Monday September 25th at around 8:00pm I walked into this location to order dinner to take home, I ordered and was NOT able to get BREAD as a side, the cashier didn’t even apologize she just said “we don’t have bread right now” so I finished telling her my order and the total came out to $45.31 and I only had $45 in exact cash so I handed the cashier a $100 bill and she kinda just stared at me and explained how since the order wasn’t over $50 she couldn’t accept a $100 bill. So I said “ok well I only have $45 in exact change here” and she told me I could take it out of the tip “cup”, after taking the 0.31 cents out I handed her the money and went off the get the food. After receiving the order I got home unpacked my bread bowl and the top of the bread bowl wasn’t even sliced, the really expect college students have to sharp knives in their dorms to slice the top of the bowl open. Totally not worth it either the didn’t even fill the LARGE sizes halfway with the Mac and cheese

Horrible experience here, the people working there were rude and the quantity of food you get for the money you spend is ridiculous. And we ordered items online and they were out of literally all the items we ordered so we had to get other things, but they let us order things that were out of stock

I'm a regular visitor at Panera Bread, and I'm consistently impressed by the incredibly friendly staff. Their warm and welcoming demeanor makes each visit a delightful experience. The fact that I visit daily speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere they create.

I think that Panera really cares. But I didn't really find it at the location. The portions were way too small, the bakery was so phenomenal, but I couldn't afford anything. I wanted too use Panera silverware, but a cup of soup was over $6.00, I'm sold here. Somethings not matching up.

Like most Panera locations these days, service levels & cleanliness have trended downward. They got my order right & the food was good. The folks working there seemed very new, which seems to be the case at all the Paneras i go to in the past couple years. Interior had a lotta dirty tables. I tried not to look too close, though, because i didn't want to be disappointed. I liked the outdoor seating area. I hope to see Panera get their stuff together on store cleanliness, though. It's one of my favorite brands but i've been regularly disappointed lately no matter which Panera i go to in various cities.

They have excellent offers for every user (Specially for the new ones). The food and drinks are also better in quality.

Cheapest coffee in the area and it’s decent. Just don’t always feel safe here as there are homeless people following you in and out of the Panera…

Twice I have received a delivery order from this location. And BOTH times the order I received is NOT what I ordered. I don't know what is going on with this store and why they can't make the orders correctly. But, I recommend you avoid this location.

I’m obsessed with their Autum Squash soup! It’s creamy, sweet and has a hint of pumpkin seeds to keep your taste buds entertained. If you are a fall lover and haven’t tried it yet...what are you waiting on?

Not to order to Go place but if you decide to eat at the place you better bring your napkins and Lysol...tables always dirty ...not a handicap friendly place...my fathers handicap and loves Panera food but this place has no space for wheelchairs ...no electronic doors for handicap people...floors always wet...the waiting list display nevers working...

Great Baja Mac & cheese. I really liked it. The food is expensive for the quantity that they provide. I ordered a pick 2 combo of Baja Mac & cheese along with a Mediterranean veggie half sandwich. Order usually takes more time than at other comparable places. First visit to Panera bread and I did walk out impressed even though I’ve pointed out some shortcomings.

Bad experience. I ordered a Cesar salad with no chicken and I go to pick up my order and it is filled with chicken. I have to go all the way back to get them to change it. When they give me the salad back, it seems that they just removed the chicken and gave it back to me, so it was practically empty, filled just a third of the way with lettuce and a few croutons. When I ate the salad, some of the lettuce was brown and the croutons tasted bizarre. I do not recommend this Panera.
