Both Fenway & Fenway Pharmacy: South End have been an invaluable part of my health & well-being, without them I would not be here today or been able to represent #TeamUSA for the past 20 years. They provide amazing care, service and kindness through a plethora of offerings too long to list and if there is something they can't provide in house you can be assured they have it available within their healthcare network.

Sometimes they get it right other times they don’t. Can’t find prescriptions. Ship things out without authorization. Seem to be understaffed and that attitude shows to the customers. The app for the pharmacy works 20% of the time and waiting on the phone can be upwards of 20 mins

I love my provider Jennifer, when I go to visit for an appointment. However, trying to change ANYTHING over the phone is horrible. I called once to try and reach someone to change my insurance, and last name. Waited 20 mins then decided to leave a message so someone could get back to me, around 1pm. Never got a message back. Messaged my provider online as well, nothing yet a day later. Called back to try and change this information again, and in the process of being bounced around to multiple different people. AVOID calling if possible.

Excellent Care! Very friendly staff with onsite pharmacy and lab . Clinicians are some of the best in rhe country when it comes to LGBT care. There affiliations with the Harvard University School of Medicine and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center gives access to the best of the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else!.

The pharmacy workers are rude & cold hearted , especially Julie. I wait 2 days for script delivery after being told each day it was gonna be delivered. In person last month they were just as rude aftaftcallitverify each day

The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the pharmacy itself is a bit behind the times. The app never seems to work so I still have to call any time I need a refill and the website is basically useless. My PCP is at Fenway, the staff here are great and I want to support a local pharmacy, so that’s what’s kept me from switching to one of the bigger, national pharmacies.

Worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. From the attendants, to the Manager Swas. They were very disrespectful, liars, and do not have a clue what client satisfaction and service means. Yesterday i bought over 3 thousand dollars in medications, and at first they could do a simple delivery, after hours of waiting on the phone and keeping me in hold, they did not follow my instructions, did mot provide a tracking number. Almost lost my meds. Capsule pharmavy is way better

Always very busy, overloaded doctors who have no time to contact their patients for test results. Refills take forever to be processed with patients having to call their primary care physician to remind him/her to refill despite the online or over the phone refill request. I had to book an appointment with my primary care physician, after requesting a refill both over the website and over the phone without a result, in order to remind her about my refill . I send an email asking about taking or not the flu shot while on medication for acne and it took three weeks to get an answer not from my pcp but from her supervisor. When I went to the appointment, which I booked just to get my refill, I mentioned this to her and she just replied that it’s too busy. Looking for a different place and a different primary care.

This pharmacy is horrifically inept. They take literally weeks to fill prescriptions, and then can't fulfill simple basic requests either. I have been out of my medication for over two weeks because they don't have the staff to process them and are incredibly inefficient. And then when the pharmacy manager promises to overnight it after inexplicable delays, it doesn't get done, and guess what... now it's the long weekend and I can't get it for another 4 days. They do not care about patients and I guess this is the quality of service you can expect when you use a community option. If I had any other options I'd be out of here quicker than I can say Mass Health.

Really the BEST place for not only the LGBT community, but anyone who feels they need a little more attention or feel they do not get the specialized care Fenway provides. Really excellent place I've had my PCP for 12 years!

I've had a growing list of problems with almost every visit when dealing with Fenway Health. Everybody is a pleasure to talk to, but there seems to be very poor communication. Two largest issues were: 1- They sent an incorrect address to a diagnostic lab, causing an overdue bill that triggered a collections on my account (I was never informed I would be expecting a bill). 2- I was never informed that I would need multiple visits for a given procedure. 3- When visiting their optometrist on Boylston Street I had asked point blank if I was covered there as well and was told 'yes' only to learn later that I was not. 4- They have registered 2 different account numbers to my name that process the same statements, and on last speaking with them they have no idea how it happened nor how to resolve it. This was all caused by visits that occurred within a single month. Very disorganized.

Great pharmacy and great community health center! I have been going to Fenway Health South End since the fall of 2017 and I really enjoy being a patient there. They truly care about me, always listen to my concerns, and work with me on my care plan.

On the phone for an hour trying to get meds refilled after a nurse lied and said she’d both refill them and mail them to me. The automated system said there were originally two callers ahead of me. After an hour they booted me to the beginning of the system, now with four callers ahead of me. This is incredibly bad service and organization. It’s like they resent you for any attempt to get healthcare.

I have been a patient of this practice for less than two years. In that time, I have had 3-4 primary care providers. The first one moved, the second closed is no longer there, the third went on extended personal leave and my last provider, I couldn't even get into the building to see. My first rounds of visits offered absolutely no diagnosis, no course of treatment and when they did offer information or short term care, it was sent through the majorly frustrating online system that I had no credentials to access. Fast forward to today. After 6+ months of waiting for an appt with this new primary care doctor, the useless power hungry rent a cop at the front desk wouldn't allow me to enter with my foldable escooter. He instructed my to leave it on the sidewalk. So after 6+ months of waiting I was turned away at the door because of my only mode of transportation. When I attempted to call the front desk of the current location I was at, I was transfered to an very cold, non concerning person who could have cared less for the inconvenience of traveling 50 mins by scooter from Malden to 142 Berkeley and being turned away at the door. I have never had such a repeated awful experience one, after the other, after the other. Find another source for queer gender affirming care.

Service is outstanding. Drs are caring, thorough, and prompt. There are an onsite lab and pharmacy, which is so convenient. Refills usually ready in 15 min. and the lab workers are super fast too.

Been a patient here for nearly five years. I've usually enjoyed my experience here but it's a little frustrating that I can't go for an in person visit when I'm sick. I had a telehealth appointment last week that basically didn't accomplish anything and then I had to go to urgent care for a flu test because the doctors here wouldn't see me (despite testing negative for COVID twice). I ended up having the flu but because I was so far along (because my primary care physician wouldn't see me) I can't be prescribed anything. Frustrating.

I've been with Fenway Health for many many years and they taught me so much and they shared their emotional support to me in ways I can't even explain. I was with the Sidney Health Clinic from 21 to 38 and( yes they don't take patients back in the 90's who are 38, but since I was there, they didn't want to let me go), but they had no choice. I got transferred over to the Main Fenway Health Center by the same Doctor who was still my Doctor then and I had 2 Amazing Male Doctors I adored and loved with all my heart and soul, but things got a little bit crazy at Main Fenway Health Center and I had to switch over to Fenway South End Clinic and I fell in love with the clinic, because it's Private and it doesn't expose you like the Main one does. (Main Fenway in my experience is the place is too open and I had a problem with an old lady who was receptionist at the lab and it went downhill) I realized that since that one lady exposed my Privacy to everyone inside the lab and nobody did anything to fix it, I went to Fenway South End Clinic and I'm now 46 and I've been at This place for 8 years and I wouldn't trade it for any other place. People bad mouth this place and they don't give it their all. This place is Awesome, except for the Pharmacy I won't allow them to have access to my Debit Credit Card ever, because they are crazy with refills and money unbelievable. The Receptionists the staff and Nurses and My Doctor they are Awesome...more like "Family " to me in so many ways. Thanks for letting me share my experience with Fenway South End Clinic ❤

Small, well staffed clinic I've gone to for years. Never had to wait 20 or more minutes for my appointment, more like 10! Easy to get to byT... Take the 9 bus from Broadway.

😠 Would suggest patients to avoid this hospital and go to one of the area's many better facilities. The Carney is very under-resourced, the staff is jaded and unhelpful, the nurses are rude, the doctors can be hard to reach, and the patient care is sub-standard. We are facing frustrating issues there...

😠 Horrible experience. I would not go here again. I had a referral here from my PCP due to some issues I was experiencing.
