The empanadas were delicious. The habanero sauce is Top. I'm a foodie and have been to any other popular "good" Argentinean empanadas place in Amsterdam, and 👍These are the best, so fresh. Plus the owners take care of their business and service is great, my toddler loved the food and the kindness. It's quite and nice, a gem 💎 in Amsterdam to enjoy lunch, try a 🧉 Mate also. Such a great experience on our last night in Amsterdam. The empanadas are AMAZING, and so authentic. The owners are kind, and you can tell they take such pride and care in what they do. Wish I lived in Amsterdam just to be a regular at this place. Thank you again!

The place is newly renovated and looks beautiful inside. The food was delicious and I recommend you stop by and try the empanadas. You won't be disappointed. This is a family owned business with authentic Argentinian roots. I can't recommend them enough.

I visited Mercado Uno today and had the pleasure of trying their delicious empanadas. The pastry was perfectly flaky and the fillings were incredibly flavorful. My personal favorite was the chicken empanada, but the beef and veggie options were also top-notch. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend checking out Mercado Uno for some fantastic empanadas! Transported me straight back to Argentina

I ordered empanadas. The dough should have been thinner. It was impossible to eat them without a glass of water next to me. The filling was not flavorful. I am surprised with the reviews. The proper Argentinian empanadas are much better. I was a little disappointed.

Had a perfect lunch here, with steak sandwich, pulled pork burgers and empanadas. Everything was outstanding and the owners were so friendly. Totally recommend this place!

Delicious food for a fair price. The food was made fresh after we ordered and served quickly. The place has a pleasant atmosphere and looks very clean. The owner is super friendly and likes to share interesting stories. In addition to the freshly prepared options which you can eat in or take away, you can find traditional Argentinean products there like Dulce de Leche and Alfajores.

i always get the classic burger and it is one of the best burgers i had in Amsterdam for that price its delicious , juicy and simply at a great price . the owner is always friendly and welcoming . a great feel good feeling of a local spot when you go in very highly recommended.

Great tasty empanadas. Tried delivery - nicely packed, the price of 1 empanada is 3.70 (if anyone compare with photos here). Really unnecessary cutlery inside. Great idea to mark tastes with a letter on a side. About alfajores- not a big fan: chocolate cookie had not a crispy texture one would expect, maybe because of thick chocolate coating, also with some crystals of sugar i assume because of storage in a fridge. Anyway i would recommend trying empanadas (especially tuna, grilled veggies) - perfect for picnic

Mercado Uno has become our absolute go-to place. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable – the empanadas are excellent but the vegan burger might be the best burger I’ve ever eaten.

Argentinian soul and amazing food! 🌞 You can choose between different kinds of empanadas, my favourite is the Vegetariana with spinach and Gorgonzola. They have an empanada of the month always with a different flavour and always delicious. The sandwiches are so good as well, the Quarter Pound Classic it’s the best! The service is kind and attentive, you fell they love what they do! Always a pleasure to go there and eat amazing food!
