5 dollar pizza made much better than it was 15 years ago and cheap.

Long hair hanging over my pizza from boys preparing food does not impress me. I did not eat the pizza and will NOT go back there ever again.

Extra most bestest is a regular pizza… nothing extra about it. Overall quality is poor

When you order multiple wings like I do I can order 6 or 7 and I asked the guy to please put them in a bag he tells me we don't have any to put them in when I can clearly see the bags hanging on the wall my drive home is over 30 minutes with a single cab pickup I have to stack them in my spare seat and pray they don't go flying

Waited on people who came in after me because they had call in orders and I was a walk in customer. Pizza wasn't even fresh but was kind of stale... hope they do something to improve their service and food quality......

Little Caesar's is a mom's wish come true. My family not only craves their pizza, we order out when we don't want to cook! The business is also practices efficacy economically! It's a win win!!

I'm strictly a hot and ready buyer but just make sure you have them show you the pizza before you buy it or you might get a stagnant one but once I figured out that trick never had an old or cold pizza again and always get the 2 dipping sauces for a buck they are delicious!!!!! And chip in the extra buck and half for the extra most bestest I'm a miser but it's worth it like I said just make sure you check it first to make sure it's really extra or you might get one that doesn't look extra I guess it depends on the worker making them.

At 9:15. I tried to make a order online to get the special and it says it Was too late 2 order. So I called in and tried to make the order but they don't do specials over the phone man as much as pizza I buy from you all and you got to do that. I mean somebody else might would like to get a special all the time. I buy a lot of pizzas. It's just not fair? Why couldn't you go ahead and punch that in and save a whole dollar thirty. So sad it may be another day. Lost a sale for no reason..

When you go get a pizza in the ends are curling up it's been sitting there a while. Not sure I will do this again Domino's is pretty much always fresh

Pulled through Drive thru and ordered pizza was told to pull up front and would bring out as soon as done so I waited and watched others Walk in order and leave I walked in and asked about my order they apologized and said they forgot about me waiting in sun

Sent out for a pick up and found that they forgot to cut the pie. When I called to inform them about it, they went above expectations and made a brand new pizza (even though there was nothing wrong with the old one). Actions like that solidify a good customer base. Thank you, Little Caesar's, and I will most certainly be bringing my business back.

Fast and inexpensive after a long day at the hospital with a family member. Very hot and fresh

I’ve eaten at several Little Caesar’s and they’re hit and miss but the one in Brownwood is SO good every time. The pizza is like half the price of the other pizza places around town and just as good, if not better. Never disappoints.

When the girl came to get my order she said it would be 10 to 15 mins, I said ok well I'll go grab drinks and come back. She said she needed needed go ahead and ring me up up I agreed...Came back 20 mins later. After about 5 mins another girl comes to the window and automatically says "we dnt got anything but an order of wings". I informed her my order was already placed and paid for. She comes back asking for a name, then the first girl came back asking what I had ordered. The second girl comes back saying they have most if my order except 1 pizza. She asked me to pull up out front and wait another 10 mins. After those 10 mins she brings out my food. I check it, crazy bread is missing, I go in to ask for it and don't u knw they dnt have it ready. In total it took an hr for this place to get my complete order out. 2nd girl was nice, friendly, visibly as frustrated as I was with the other employees. If I hadn't already paid and had hungry little ones wanting their pizza, I would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service and bad business. 👎

Very friendly and always helpful with orders and offers a variety of other specials. It's my favorite place too order and pick up.the employees always nice I give this place 5 stars bcuz they have the best pizza in town(domino's)comes in 2nd lol!
