The
location
of
the
hotel
is
perfect,
and
the
newly
renovated
rooms
are
stunning
and
very
comfortable,
with
many
modern
comforts.
They
did
a
great
job
during
the
renovation,
and
having
seen
all
the
luxury
hotels
in
Bucharest,
I
would
say
this
is
the
nicest
one.
However,
the
staff
are
problematic.
There’s
a
culture
of
disinterest
in
their
work,
and
they
will
actively
bend
over
backwards
to
do
the
bare
minimum
they
can
(ironically,
with
great
effort).
Our
requests
were
very
straightforward
and
basic
(the
most
we
asked
was
if
someone
wouldn’t
mind
bringing
up
our
food
delivery
order,
as
we
weren’t
comfortable
giving
the
driver
our
room
number
and
we
had
retired
for
the
night),
but
at
times
we
had
to
beg
and
plead
for
assistance,
and
any
assistance
that
was
forthcoming
was
usually
accompanied
by
an
openly
hostile
attitude.
Housekeeping
service
ends
at
17:00
(accurate
as
of
September
2022),
but
if
you
don’t
request
it
in
the
morning
it
won’t
happen.
Also,
you
have
to
sign
a
special
form
if
you
want
your
windows
unlocked,
and
it’s
very
easy
to
lock
them
again
if
you’re
not
careful.
All
in
all,
this
is
a
beautiful
hotel
with
the
perfect
location,
but
it
suffers
greatly
from
its
staff’s
attitude
and
working
culture.
However,
it’s
worth
noting
that
this
attitude
exists
in
most
luxury
hotels
in
Bucharest,
so
I
would
happily
return
here
in
spite
of
this.
