Nice and clean, very good and fast service considering the place was busy the customer service was efficient. Pleased with this place, will come again.

Almost every time I go, I don t get my full order. I used to go here every week but can’ t pay for food that I don t get!

My favourite branch so far, cosy, not crowded and very friendly and helpful staff. One thing that I didn't like was the fact that at some point some members of the staff started talking about going to the bathroom and at some point one of them got slightly angry because the other refused to go. I do believe that going to the bathroom for whatever reason is not appropriate in front of the customers in a restaurant as this topic impacts one's appetite

Their systems do not work if you add an offer from the app, making your order get in the queue much later on. The staff is not aware of this. When I tried to tell them, their response was "please be patient" even if I ordered 5 minutes ago and my ordered did not appear on screen.

Hate they use the parking lot as buffer. Since COVID, due to lack of people they constantly take your order and ask you to wait in the parking lot. Guys, it’s called drive-through for a reason !

payment with sodexo through the mc app is not working. although, if u go inside and pay at the cashier, it does. App is trash and not fully functional.

The guard in the parking lot was very verbally violent and asked for our receipt as soon as we got out of the car (how is it possible to be asked for my receipt when I didn't even get to enter the restaurant?). We decided to leave.

Took a bon beef on 30th Dec 2021...dry, no taste lack of all ingredients. They just sold me old meat and badly prepared. Few days ago bought another bon beef in ploiesti city and was perfect. Now I am afraid to order again bon beef ....

This is the worst McDonalds in Bucharest. Unfortunately i had a few orders to go and every single time I had missing products that i paid for. One star is actualy too much....

Good quality and tasty foods with outdoor sitting area! But giving order takes time.

This is the first McDonald's in Bucharest from what I remember, I remember celebrating my birthday here as a kid, it evolved so nicely.

Your normal McDonald’s experience. The location I visited was notably clean, which always makes for a more pleasant dining experience. Additionally, there was ample parking available, making it convenient for those who are on-the-go. As for the food, it was satisfactory and in line with what one would typically expect from McDonald’s - no surprises, but not disappointing either. Overall, a decent option for quick, reliable, and no-fuss dining.

Good like all the other McDonald's.. The place is always crowded.. That's why the services are slow a little bit.. You have to wait before ordering and after, to get your food.. The team in this branch is good and they work hard to get your order fast.. The problem was that there was only two waiters getting orders and the others working inside, and the place was crowded..

It's ok. It has clean and they have comfortable parking. Food is like a standard Macdonald's food. Not so crowdy, so we liked the atmosphere. I could definitely recommend this location.

How about paying for a Medium 300ml Cappuccino and get a 100ml one?

5stars for the McCafe coffee, the cafeteria inside McDonalds. Good coffee, similar to the taste of Gloria Jeans one s but cheaper. Love it.

Good place to eat on a rush, food it's hot, staff don't talk to each other, after placing the order and pay at the screen the order doesn't show up and you have to wait more until they realize you are waiting and ask you what you order.

The food is better than all McDonald's in town

Drive through always busy, but that's because food is served fast and the order is always complete, always hot/fresh. Good experience.

Went in for a coffee and everyone seemed happy either to work or to be there. It's one of the nice ones, used by many as a stop before exiting the capital towards the A2 freeway. Eat moderately here, please!

The wait is pretty long but you can't go wrong with McDonald's

Excelent for a quick bite. A little pricy for some items but for other items you get a very good deal.

It was a really good and quick experience. Not to difficult to be found, small parking. I've used drive through and the employee has moved really quick and i was able to enjoy my meal in seconds.

Invalid number... How do I call to ask for my delivery to be with the straw and napkins (which should be the minimal standard as we aren't animals) they never put napkins or the straw and now their phone is invalid

The interior is different whit more space an you can order using the order from the pannel and you can skip standing in line.

Too expensive for just some little snacks, some people eat this junk food as their main food, as their main nutrition and that's so sad and dangerous for health on a large scale because there are so many people that are like this, they don't know what to eat, they choose just the fake taste witch it has no taste for me, instead of a healthy food with lot's of nutrients.

they gave me another salad dressing and forgot the garlic potato sauce!

It's like McDonald's the best fastfood but not the healthiest!
