chaotic,
filthy
McDonald's
outlet
that
embodies
the
worst
aspects
of
fast
food
culture
and
none
of
its
efficiency
and
convenience.
Food
was
bad.
For
$7.40,
you
get
a
dry
patty,
an
egg,
two
buns,
a
miserable
piece
of
lettuce
and
a
sorry
little
bit
of
laksa
sauce
(the
only
nice
part
of
the
burger).
Daylight
robbery.
Bring
$7.40
to
Mos
Burger
I
can
get
more
premium
and
tastier
burgers,
with
change
to
spare.
Service
was
bad.
When
my
queue
number
appeared
on
the
collection
screen,
I
was
told
they
didn't
have
my
order.
When
my
number
disappeared
from
the
collection
screen,
they
still
didn't
have
my
order.
4
attempts
to
get
my
order
from
2
different
staff,
and
15
mins
after
my
queue
number
came
and
passed,
I
was
prepared
to
walk
out
of
the
restaurant
thinking
they
must
have
given
my
order
to
someone
else,
they
finally
called
out
my
number.
The
petite
auntie
staff
behind
the
counter
was
rude
and
condescending.
Filthy
outlet.
The
rubbish
bin
was
overflowing
and
patrons
started
returning
their
trays
without
being
able
to
clear
the
leftovers.
The
male
staff
came
by
for
a
minute
to
use
a
metallic
queue
stand
to
squash
the
rubbish
in
the
bin.
But
it
was
still
full
to
the
brim.
Why
not
use
the
minute
to
swap
out
an
empty
bag?
No
proper
demarcation
of
queues
for
the
self
ordering
kiosks.
Confusion
between
who
came
first
but
luckily
the
patrons
were
quite
gracious.
