The medical center is nice and spacious. Service counter staff we efficient and prompt. Only issue was there is plenty of paper work to be done during registration in which they could improve a little. I liked the lay out of the medical center and design. They also provided biscuits and refreshments for their clients which was considerate.

Grateful for the short waiting time to see the doctor. However, it took us more than 45 min just to receive our medication. Feedback for dispensary team at Raffles Medical Holland Village. Despite being fully staffed at the counter, they are not being efficient in their process in dispensing medications after appointments. There were 6 staff at the counter, 3 assigned to medication, 3 to registrations. 3 doctors were on staff. Would have been good if the other counter staff that were not attending to other patients could have helped out.

COPS (Cost of poor service) is high in this location. Maybe the staff dont have the tools, systems or protocols they need to be effective. My experience was that I had prepaid through the app but the staff on the ground had no idea and tried to double charge a higher price. Upon challenging they had found 2 out of 3 payments, upon a second challenge and me producing my own payment record via the app to resolve it. However this took 45 minutes before we could get in the queue for a flu vaccination. Unable to find records is not what you expect to hear from a healthcare institution. This is a systemic failure at all levels and have put me off this brand which demands a high premium but delivers low quality.

Had a very positive experience for health check! Staff nurses were very helpful and patient in directing me to the right areas for screening. During consultation, doctor was very understanding and considerate, especially when psychiatric matters were involved. Process of the health check also quite fast and efficient! Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend!

Would not come again! Unprofessional and complete lack of empathy. Clinic supposed to close at 5.30pm. We arrived at 5.15pm and they refused to register my son, stating that they have to stop seeing patients by 5.45pm. They insisted that we wait till 6.30pm to register and see the doctor! However this info was not made clear to us at 5.15pm. My son got a queue number at 5.15pm and waited 5.45pm. The last patient they called was at 5.35pm. We waited for 30min, not knowing that they did not register my son until I went to the counter at 5.45pm and asked why we were still not called. Between 5.35-5.45pm, there was no other patient, so they could and should have registered us at 5.15pm and we would have seen the doctor at 5.35pm. Can’t believe such poor attitude and patient service. Would not have even given a single star!

Very disappointed. Came here for my flu vaccination appointment and was told that they did not do flu vaccinations in the weekend. I informed them that I had booked it via their own website and the weekends were not blocked out. The response was simply that website probably did not know to flag it out. When I asked when in the week they did vaccinations, they said weekdays with the latest slot at 4.30pm. So working individuals would need to take off just to do the vaccination with them. Sigh. The only silver lining is the courteous staff who felt bad for the mix up.

I took my mom to receive the latest dose of covid vaccination. We were in queue at number 5. The queueing was systematic. We hardly waited for 5 minutes and she was up. Nurse Filma was meticulous. When she realized mom has an allergy to alcohol, instead of using the usual alcohol wipe, she left the room to wet the cleaning cotton with saline solution. She administered the jab with such skill and gentleness that mom didn't realize it was already done. Well done!!

Consistently bad, wouldn’t be here if there was an option. Registration/ “Pharmacy” counter staff lack empathy. Most of the time come across as uncaring & inpatient. Doctors, like others have said, seem extremely basic, inexperienced and make inappropriate comments. Don’t quite listen & seem to request for unnecessary tests/ further consults or prescribe the most basic meds leading to people (as others have said) needing to return for multiple appointments.
