I
didnt
know
that
this
clinic
only
takes
appointment.
So
if
you
fall
ill,
do
not
go
there
cos
they
will
not
take
you
no
matter
how
sick
you
are.
I
told
the
clinic
assistant
that
I
am
really
quite
sick
and
ask
if
the
doctor
can
see
me.
She
came
back
with
a
NO.
I
kept
asking
her
to
check
if
there
is
any
possible
slot
she
can
squeeze
me
in
and
she
kept
telling
me
they
only
take
appointment
and
they
are
quite
full.
I
tried
to
tell
her
that
I
am
really
not
well
...
then
she
repeated
that
they
are
quite
full
and
ask
me
to
come
2
days
later
cos
next
day
also
full.
Hearing
that,
I
was
really
annoyed
with
such
insensible
reply
and
inhuman
suggestion.
So
I
asked
her
loudly
"I
am
very
ill
and
you
ask
me
to
come
2
days
later?"
Then
the
doctor
came
out
herself
to
shout
at
me
to
say
that
she
will
not
allow
people
to
shout
at
her
health
care
worker.
I
repeated
my
statement
and
the
doctor
raised
her
voice
to
tell
me
that
i
should
not
shout.
So
who
is
shouting
at
who?
There
were
3
other
patients
there.
Isn't
family
clinic
serving
sick
patients?
How
does
one
make
appointment
days
before
he
is
sick?
I
will
not
visit
this
clinic
again.
I
don't
think
this
is
a
4.2
star
clinic
too.

IS
A
RESPONSE
TO
THE
REPLY
BY
THE
OWNER
OF
THE
CLINIC:
1)Owner's
reply:
The
patients
in
the
clinic
whom
you
saw,
are
also
ill
and
already
had
appointments,
therefore
it
would
not
be
fair
to
them,
and
compromise
their
time
with
the
doctor,
just
to
squeeze
you
in.
My
response:
I
did
not
ask
to
jump
queue,
or
be
unfair
to
the
rest
who
had
appointment.
I
meant
to
squeeze
in,
if
there
is
any
short
in-between
appointment
slots
or
as
the
last
patient
in
the
afternoon.
That
is
what
I
asked
your
assistant.
Please
check
accuracy
of
message
told
to
you.
2)Owner's
reply:
You
also
refused
to
abide
by
the
clinic's
safety
protocol
for
screening
potential
covid
patients,
which
put
our
staff
and
the
other
clinic
patients
at
risk.
My
response:
This
is
not
true
and
you
need
to
retract
this
statement.
I
was
not
asked/screened
for
covid.
How
was
I
putting
your
staff
and
patients
at
risk?
3)
Owner's
reply:
Abusing
health-care
staff
is
also
against
the
law.
My
response:
I
don't
think
I
abused
the
health-care
staff,
unless
you
take
"Huh?
I
am
so
sick
and
you
ask
me
to
come
2
days
later?
"
as
a
crime
against
the
law?
I
saw
the
reply
when
I
was
away
on
holidays
overseas
and
the
accusations
and
untrue
statements
have
caused
me
anger,
mental
stress
and
anxiety
when
I
was
supposed
to
be
enjoying
my
trip.
Why
was
I
committing
something
against
the
law
when
I
was
begging
and
begging
to
see
a
doctor
for
my
illness
and
got
rejected?
3)Owner's
reply:
We
empathise
and
understand
that
being
ill
or
in
discomfort
can
affect
one's
behaviour,
and
we
hope
that
you
are
feeling
better
My
response:
Thank
you
for
the
well-wishes.
I
left
your
clinic
to
another
immediately
and
was
given
an
injection
to
subside
the
pain
I
had
and
I
felt
much
better
in
that
evening
already.
I
recovered
well
in
the
next
2
days
with
the
doctor's
prescription.
He
said
the
infection
would
have
gone
really
bad
if
I
had
delayed.
Conclusion:
I
really
did
not
want
to
engage
myself
on
social
media
platform.
I
was
merely
giving
a
review.
Please
call
me
or
meet
me
to
talk
in
person
if
the
owner
of
the
clinic
have
further
things
to
refute.
But
please
do
not
accuse
your
once-loyal
patient
on
laws
and
untruths
in
your
reply
to
bad
reviews.
That
is
not
what
health
care
is
about.
In
fact,
I
am
emotionally
and
psychologically
drained
and
down
with
this
encounter
and
reply,
which
I
hope
I
need
not
seek
another
medical
treatment
for
it.
Happy
new
year
ahead.
