This is the type of restaurant you keep looking forward to. It has its own history and tradition, the dishes are proven, set according to the customers' taste. You will find many regular customers here. The menu is traditional and the service is absolutely great. The problem was, unfortunately, that I didn't like the food at all. I had the Schnitzel Cordon Bleu which was terrible and the Wiener Schnitzel was miles away from the real thing. It was maybe just bad luck, or wrong choice, hope next time it’s gonna be better.

I had the salmon eggs benedict. Classic. Exactly what you would expect. The home fries are good, eggs are runny, patio seating was nice, kind servers, great location. I believe this is the best location between GTA and small towns west. I'd come back again! Great pit stop.

Best Breakfast place in Burlington. The staffs are very friendly, less wait time and tasty food! Worth for the money ! Kid friendly meals available. Must try place if you are in Burlington.

I revisited Russel Williams Family Restaurant recently and, despite the consistently delicious Canadian cuisine, my experience was marred by subpar service. While the food remains a highlight with its authentic flavors, my last visit left me inclined to adjust my rating from 5 stars to 4. The inviting atmosphere couldn’t compensate for the disappointing service encountered this time.

Lovely little family restaurant. We love going there for brunch. The staff are very friendly and make us feel at home every time.

I drive from hamilton to Burlington for their breakfast. No doubt the best eggs Benedict you’re going to find around here. The best. Classic, done well. Delicious home fries.

First time, loved this place. Food was great. Service was good overall and the ambience was quiet and nostalgic. If you're looking for a cozy place & a selection of tasty food, that's your place. Will be back again!

This was my first visit here...I've seen this restaurant my whole life I think and have never been there! Great service, excellent portion sizes and reminded me of the family restaurants of my childhood. I had the smoked meat eggs Benedict which was FANTASTIC! The meat was lean and piled high and the hollandaise was excellent. My dining partner had the fluffiest Belgian waffle I've seen at a restaurant with apples and cinnamon. Coffee was delicious as well. I'll be going again soon for dinner next time!

The All-Day Breakfast meals we ordered were absolutely amazing! I never knew hash browns can taste this good, and same with the breakfast burger. You can't go wrong with this place when it comes to great tasting food. The big chain breakfast and brunch restaurants have nothing on this place. Our compliments to the chef. They definitely know what they're doing.

Visited here for all the good reviews, and I was a bit disappointed. The food was tasty, but the portion of the chicken fingers was absolutely small. The server was very nice though.

Comfort food! Consistently yummy breakfasts and lunches. Attentive waitstaff that will remember you the next time you visit. Excellent omelets - Western is my fave. Crispy homefries, better than Mom's. Eggs as you like them, French toast, and pancakes with your choice of side meats. Homemade soups and daily lunch specials are all great.

Classic diner! Everything you could want from a legit greasy spoon. Reasonable prices and huge quantities. My first time visiting and I will certainly be back if I find myself in the area again.

Lovely family style diner restaurant and great pit stop on the way to Niagara Region. Extensive menu options, free coffee refills and great portion sizes. Overall 5/5 for the food. We had to wait a couple of minutes for a table (at noon) but not too long. My only small peeve was the waitress... she was impatient and not very friendly. Without any prompt she dropped over the bills and stood waiting with the card machine.. We felt a little rushed out of the place. Otherwise I would definitely recommend for a hearty breakfast experience!

This is meant for constructive feedback. I visited the restaurant with 4 friends this past Saturday for brunch. The restaurant felt incredibly understaffed. The two servers were running around trying to handle the busy afternoon. It took over 20 minutes to get our orders in. The server was in a bad mood and was short with us. We had a few small errors in our orders. Once finished, it took 45 minutes to cash us all out. The server came by multiple times letting us know that she will be right back with our to-go boxes and bill, but proceeded to cash multiple other tables out and take new orders. There was a girl just clearing tables who could have been utilized to assist with the bills. Hopefully this was just a one-off poor staffing experience.
